Week 3, i defoliated a few of the biggest fanleaves on both plants now i just going to let them go the stretch has stopped and now the buds will grow i can already tell the forbidden fruit is my new favorite strain, the color, the smell is just perfect 🤩 😄 i wish i vegged her a few weeks longer

Hot and some rainy days which has been great for the growth of the girls. They are flourishing everyday. Responding well to the Grow and CalMag nutrients too. You can tell that the one I had topped is slightly wider than the untouched one. Might experiment a bit more with the topped one to get more of a lollipop look. Still have issues with the Japanese Beatles but I've noticed them getting attracted to the flowers in the garden so hopefully they stick to those instead of gnawing on the leaves of the girls.

Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!

From seed - LA Kush Cake - Just about done- Started flush three days ago. Very stinky and sticky now- piney lemon aromas of stankkkk kushhhh La kush cake can run into mid October but going to pull sooner than 15th probably… Caterpillars became very active last week and I’ve been picking one off my my top cola every twelve hours or so :/ … luckily they’ve focused on two specific plants so just babying them now making sure they don’t destroy all my gorgeous work. Lil buggards burrow into the nugs decay the buds fast so precious state right now during this time of year/ state of plant.

Day 43: Prior to yesterday i had a cal/mag def in my plants that i couldnt fix right away to to my city non essential bus. being closed, finally received what i needed yesterday and began to give the girls cal/mag. The garden has continued to grow despite the def but hopefully it will get better in a week or so because some of the leafs look really bad with spots and being crispy in general. I am trying a new format for the weekly summary portion of my diary. Let me know what ya'll think! 👃 AROMA: Her aroma is fairly strong for this stage of flower. Blueberry dankness all the way! I look forward to experiencing the evolution of her terpine profile. One of my favorite aspects of growing cannabis is how much these plants change from start to finish and how much variation is possible with this plant. ❇️ BUD STRUCTURE: She is stacking on big round mounds of calyxes and looks like she is going to have large dense buds! 🎨 Color: She is a lighter almost an olive shade of green, right now. Her bright white pistils have a distinctive yellow hue to them. 🌿 STEM, STRETCH, & INTERNODES: She stretched more than I had expected. She has thick stems and relatively tight internodal growth. She definitely looks Indica in her bud structure. ✂️ TRAINING/PRUNING: I have continued selective defoliation as needed to avoid crowding herself and her neighbors. I remove no more than 25% of foliage at any one time, and usually closer 10-15%. I space out defoliation with a minimum of 3 days between sessions, in most instances. There will be exceptions to that, but this is a good rule of thumb I try to adhere to. She has been trained to have 6 main shoots and I am using LST techniques to gently bend her stems to evenly fill her space without overcrowding. ❄️TRICHOMES/RESIN PRODUCTION: Her buds are already starting to sparkle amd glisten. It looks like she will be a good resin producer! 🚿 WATER/FEED: I have continued with a light bidiurnal misting of White Dutch Clover cover crop . This in conjunction with running lower temps (New AC) has seemed to have drastically increased feeding intervals. My plants are needing much less water than in previous runs. I typically give the whole SOG one feed per week with light watering of select individual cultivars as needed between feeds. I try my best to "read" my garden. The amount of water between feeds depends on how soon the next feed will be. I feed the garden as a whole and this run I have been generally spacing feeds out 5-7 days or until the the first plant shows beginning signs of wilt (slight droop of lower fan leaves). 📝 OBSERVATION/NOTES: She doesnt appear to have any signs of deficiency or toxicity. No indications of stress, disease, or pests. Any advice, suggestions, or constructive criticisms are always welcome. Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

Finished the last week of flushing WOO! and its harvest time! I put them in 48 hours of darkness on Wednesday ready to crop for saturday, I will do a proper harvest report next week when I have them ready to go into curing jars along with some pictures and a full report, but I will add this some of the smells I was getting whilst trimming where unreal smells like pine, citrus, beef and a really faint sweet smell I cant put my finger on... I'm not saying that's 100% what it smells like but it smells similar to wild garlic. Well these b*tches took 14 long hours( could of done it quicker but we made a day of it ) all bud is trimmed and primed for drying then curing. Happy Growing 👊👍

Another smooth week form how it looks should really remember to do this week to week but busy

Low humidity seems to be causing what looks like heat stress, apart from that they are growing at a phenomenal rate. Going to try and raise the light another inch but it’s already mounted pretty much to the top of the tent. I forgot how insane hydro growth is lol, next time I will be sure to flip them to 12/12 when they are a little smaller lol
