Week 5 already, thats why they call it fastbuds... In no time its harvest time! We had some bugs (trips) running around, i think i took them from outside as i was working on my garden, my outdoor plant is also affected, that happens for being a dirty old man 🤦🤷 but not much we can do now, i tried to clean the leaves a bit and remove some, but i think its better to harvest and clean the room as i dont eant any pesticides on the buds, but for the rest quite ok, we gave aome extra pk and bloom this week so lets see how the plants do next weeks 😁

Last week, fed the plant the plant with a dose of Top Bud, just at the begginning of this week, and then, i will be flushing until she is done...so last photos with nutrients, next days she should be yellowing :) Hairs were like 50% orange at the beggining of the week, but some buds need to develope more so i think the timming will be fine im trying to flush for 1 to 2 weeks, until she is done, with like 90-100% of brown hairs Good vibez GD !!!

Well it's been an awesome week :) Plants have responded way better than expected to both LST & fimming, I've got a good canopy and plenty of potential colas that are growing well and at an even level. Also, won £200 on a scratchy, so decided to invest in a better light. Went from 300w LED (true draw 130w) to 1800w LED (true draw 595w). The difference in the light is clear to see. Both plants have motored through initial training with LST and fimming without skipping a beat. I've read so many mixed opinions on topping / fimming autos, it was a hard decision to make. In the end, I decided to give it a try and find out for myself. If I'd had any concerns about the plants ability to cope, I wouldn't have done it, but if your plant is looking strong and healthy then it may be something to think about. Personally, I think there is no right or wrong, because it's probably entirely situational - too many variables like strain, genetics, environment, growing medium, lights etc to say one way or the other really. But for this grow right here? I think it was a good decision I'm extremely happy with the results. Scrog net now in place, and both girls are starting to boogy on upwards. No sign of pre-flower yet, I'm hoping they grow into the net before they start stretching too hard. Also, some weird findings from my runoff EC since I got the new light. Runoff EC has always been about 50-75 micro siemens above input. It was predictable as hell. But when the new light was installed, the runoff EC started to drop to about +25 from input... then the same as input..... and now my runoff EC is LOWER than input. Thought it might just be an anomoly, but it has now been consistently lower, every feed for the last 3 days. I'm going to post a question, but if anyone has any bright ideas wtf is up with that, let me know!! I had lots of issues with this as it was my first grow essentially and I kept running into VPD issues, whether it be too high of a temperature or humidity, but that is not the fault of the plant or genetics, just have a tiny cabinet to grow in so it's hard to dial things in. There is not much of a smell, it's kind of like a Michael's craft store, or potpourri? It's very subtle and kind of sweet, but it does not stand out. Hopefully, the smell will come out more once it's dried and starting to cure? We'll see. Also, I have no idea the amount of wet weight harvested, I just sort of cut the whole plant at the base and then hung it upside down. 😅

Hi there my beloved stoners who take all the pain about reading these text walls, i'm taking this week as nutrient schema week because, as i changed to a new substrate i have to deal with new shit as i'm trying to bond over with these new medium. Organic Life Light mix is a local product that can be found mostly in Chile and some parts of South America as well. There is no much review about it but most insights nevertheless if the brand can be considered on the u get what you pay acording to its price , is more than that as it's a bit more complex to grow on a peat moss & coco coir mix and noticed it as im having some nutrient issues (detailed below ) as well watering is different , dear readers i have experienced it as well ! . I can make accountable the substrate on these ones 4 days evolved in a good and a bad way at the same time , as it's seems to be really light & airy gives the advantage of seeing some more faster growth , but at the same time has quite low nutritional value as older leaves already becoming yellow, yet discarding a nutrient block due excess because no edges are burnt , also considering the shit i used previous week is pretty organic and i stay on the lower doses. This gave me a bit more of dependency and record on the food i give to my babies, the reason that spams this post itself, if this CalMag helped to correct the issues depicted on photos as exampled. Hope this doesn't evolve to the worst hahahahahaha. (If anything shitty happens or something cryptic goes beyond my understanding i will post it , yet the update on 28/08 shows everything went better than expected! 😇). I discard tap water quality as secondary cause on the issue (water from a faucet ) as if that shit were causing glitches, it could have happened on the start of my previous grow too! And the substrate was different too, on the bright side now i have to think that its easier to correct carencies more than excess as well. On the space aspect also sorted the light bulbs to be closer to the plants now that are a bit more matured rather than seedlings, it's a 4000k & 6500k dominant mix according to what is better to vegging itself and changed it to 3 different modules to play with height if have some stretching differences between the killer kush f1 siblings. Another 12 gal of water for each plant this week as there seems to be no end to this drought. Added blood and bone meal to keep the plant going well into the end of august. Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

Today, after many mishaps, the grow tent test finally begins. I've never had so much bad luck before, and yesterday my internet provider also had an issue that wasn't fixed until this afternoon... fiber optics isn't as stable as I thought. I hope my bad luck is finally over, and I can enjoy watching the plants grow. Bueno familia ya finalizamos, estas red hot cookies son una cepa bestial. La verdad que el secado muy bien 7 días en Malla y a los botes, 45% humedad y 23 grados es la temperatura ambiental que han tenido en el secado. 4 plantas que se cultivaron en un armario de 1.20 pero estos ejemplares solo ocuparon 80x80. Así que ya está cultivada esta gran variedad que es novedad este 2020, americana de la familia Cookies, la Tropicanna Cookies (Girl Scout Cookies x Tangie) con un porcentaje de thc entre los 17/25%, una bomba. Que decir de Agrobeta, lo peta 💪 en cuanto a nutrientes. Un saludo y buenos humos.

The first week of the 12/12 cycle went without any problems. The scrog is going fine and I've done some pruning & defoliation underneath the screen making it easier to water them. On day 40 (5th day of this week) I spotted the first pre-flowers. I gave them tapwater with Plagron nutrients once this week. The rest of the week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater every other day (Ec 0.46 - ph 6.1 - 1 liter each/48h) The cobs stayed at the same height and power as last week (43 cm/17 inch and 188 watt – DLI 28 – PPFD 648) On the last day it got a bit brighter again with the cobs at 40 cm/15.75 inch and 208 watt.
