Start of week 3. Threw some new cover crop seeds and added an alfalfa mulch layer in prep for the flower stretch. Spotted the first pistil on day 17, she is very eager to get going. Tied the main stem down in an attempt to train her. Never got this right before but practice makes perfect, haha! Gave her a good watering of some kelp

Here at the beginning of week 2 I fed these ladies another strong dose of compost tea. They seem to be doing great. The melato clone is exploding through the trellis netting. I’m glad I got another 7or8 clones of her for next round. I’ll probably only keep the strongest 2or3 and give the rest away but still. It’s always best to take extra clones so that you can keep the strongest growing clones and either compost or give away the runts. I’m also very interested with the Hyer up plant from seed in the front right corner this round. She seems a bit scragglier than the pheno I grew last run but I’m starting to see hints or purple on the forming Calix’s and the pistil’s. So We will see how she does this run and see if it’s worth keeping the clones I took from her. The one in the front left is the Ghost OG and this is the last time I’ll be running her in my indoor garden. I’m just not to happy with the strain overall but I already popped this bean and if by some crazy chance she turns out to be a keeper pheno I have clones of her as well. And finally, the empty spot that you see in the netting in the back left is reserved for the ATF you can see in the last few pictures. She is a super slow grower and her branch structure is crazy stacked. Barely 1or2 inches between each node. So I raised my lights up as far as I can to see if I can get her to start stretching out for the light a bit more. Hopefully by the time the clones I just took from her root she will be ready for the bud room. Usually my clones root in 8-12 days. This is my first time running this ATF Strain so the same thing goes for it as does the Ghost OG and the Hyer up. If I’m not happy with the buds in the end result I will get rid of the clones I took of her. I have very limited space and resources. I only want to grow strains I know are gonna be dank. Which is why I’m so glad I got some OceanGrownSeeds genetics. I now have their Tropic Moon and their Dark Plasma. The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering continues. 7/4- 🎉HAPPY 4th of JULY!🎉 The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo has taken the heat like a champ and is transforming into a very LARGE and beautiful lady! She's over 5 feet tall now and is stretching! She has maintained excellent vigor, color and has shown great resistance to pests and other stressors! 7/6- Yesterday we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod approx. 3g of water from the well, via garden hose.🌱🚿. 7/8- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and today, after watering her with 5g of well water, I gave her a good going over, looking at all the leaves topside and underneath and removing any leaves that were either yellowing or had other issues.
