Not much really to report, the 2 seeds took 3 days to pop up- Still nothing from the 3rd BUT it also didn't crack open in water while germinating.. SO 2/3 aint bad. I will be waiting a few days and transplanting these autos into 3 gallon pots and put on 12/12 :) 2019.12.29 third one didn't pop up, kept trying and decided to give up! stoked about these girls, they are thriving in my tent.

This is another strain that is going full force and in both technical/free versions, we are talking about the Zookies Automatic by Zamnesia. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. This week went very well, she is still stacking on flowers, and Piglet is now being fed about 5 gallons per day, with about 1 gallon of runoff, she feeds five times per day, every 3.5 hours with lights on, and then once in the middle of the dark period. She is still just being fed Armor Si, CaliMag, powder Maxi Bloom, and a PK liquid bloom booster. I use the runoff mixed with dehumidifier water to feed my tomatoe plants, and they absolutely love it. I have found that using dehumidifier water in a reservoir leads to funk within only a few days, even when using food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, so I only use it for instant feedings and for the tomatoes. I am still cleaning the reservoir once per week just to keep her and the pump/lines in good shape, and it only takes me about 10-15 minutes per week. I also added another bag of CO2 inside the tent and have a bag sitting in front of each air intake screen, as well as one hanging about the plant., I have also added several tubs of mushrooms growing both inside and outside the tent, with a breather on each one, so she is getting plenty of CO2. The heatwave is over for now and weather looks great for the next 8 days. I am estimating that she has about 2 weeks left to stack flowers, and then 2 weeks to ripen, so I am hoping to harvest her around the end of June but will have to wait on the trichomes to be sure. I plan to flush her for about 4 or 5 days before harvest with just plain water. Overall, I am very impressed with Ethos Genetics, and I now understand why everyone was recommending them to me when I wanted to try a photo period plant. 4/27/22 Today makes the beginning of preflower. Notice the light xoxo of her tops. Also today her first white hair popped 4/28/22 Late last night i to the early hours of today I added some.LST clups qnd took 4 large fan leaves from the lower region of the plant to allow some light in to the emerging branches. 4/29/22 Today I did her first major defoliation. I only.took leaves on the inside margin of the plant that blocked light from emerging branches. This part of ganja growing always scared me because they look so yucky after for a day or two 5/1/22 My lady looks beautiful today. Looking better after her defoliation a few days ago. She I needing about 1 gal of plain dechlorinated water every other day to keep her topped off. She is drinking some water! I'm assuming this will mean I will have to feed her more that once weekly as well. 5/2/22 I realized today that the white hair I was seeing were just the plant reaching maturity and showing her gender... she is not behaving like a plant in flower. I have decided to change my light cycle to 12:12 in order to flip her I to flower. This is because she is getting too large for her to fit in my tent if she were to continue to veg any longer. The stretch during the first two weeks of flower will likely have my 4x4 filled up.

Getting tall. I have light wind blowing on it to strengthen the stem because it will be going outside. I think I'll need to start training it early.

The ladies weren't very thirst this week. They got 1 gallon of nutrients each on Sun., 12/29, Wed., 1/1, and Sat., 1/4. Minimal fan leaf clearing throughout the week. Since the stretch is definitely over, on Wed., I lowered the light to 25 inches from the top of the Kush. It's coming down to the final 2-3 weeks. Time to start getting excited ...I'm also trying to decide if I am going to try and dry them in my basement so I can start on my next grow sooner. Decisions decisions. hahaha Enjoy the videos. 11/30-12/5: Major stretch from the Muscadine Wine's and one of the Sucrose Overdose. I supercropped and tied down the apex on the big SO and I'll probably have to supercrop both MW's before it's over. The Platonium and GG4 aren't stretching vertically nearly as quickly, but have massive leaves and huge diameters (problem children). Sugar Bref is a shorty, like the Berry Bomb, but both have very thick stalks and may, yet, do some stretching. Both MW's and the big SO not only have red stems, but they have red leaf veins and the outer edges of the fan leaves have a nice pale-green to red gradient coloration....swexy!😍

Week 5 of veg. Swapped the plates for an alfalfa cover crop and put up a trellis. The London pound Cake and Purple Shah are moving right along. The blueberry muffins are looking good at day 14. Probiotic growing practices take a lot of stress out of growing. No need for ph up or down. The soil balances itself so you get to see a more natural expression of the plant than you’d get with synthetics. You will see plant health change as the soil increases its biodiversity. When the soil is populated with lab bacteria you can completely saturate the roots in still water without root rot or drooping it is almost impossible to over water unless your soil isn’t populated enough with the lactobacillus. Very easy fast pace growing.

Iniciamos con las últimas semanas, ayer hice 24hr de florakleen y hoy con el cambio de solucion solo ripen x 2 semanas, ya se empiezan a sentir los olores. Crecen bien, lo único que me preocupa son las altas temperaturas y la humedad, ya que al usar un dehumidificador me aumenta más la temperatura ambiente. Espero todo siga bien.

So I'm seeing some yellow tips, also on the new growth and I'm a little surprised because I'm not feeding that much tbh...at least I think I'm not.... reading up a bit, not sure if its nute burn or something else... got some cal-mag anyway , seeing i'll need it soon.. Tthe Northern Lights is going up like crazy! it has a completely different 'build' to it, much wider and distances then the more compact Diesel. Held off on the feeding, just distilled water ...but maybe 'll just switch to tap water, leaving it outside for a night or two...no more root booster....seems a little redundant.

The week has passed really awesome, a big height growth, thats is bad in my case, but will see to what it gonna lead, last very hard defoliation has been done as well, cheers! ;)

Plants have officially started their flower cycle this week. Gradually increased light wattage from 75% to 100%, originally had the light at 15” but raised to 17” after seeing small signs of light burn. My cheap Amazon PH meter broke after 2 months so I’m currently using the GH PH tester solution - hoping to pick up a Bluelab pen by the end of the week. The green crack has been the fastest growing seed by far! It’s been a bit nerve-wracking defoliating her, I keep having to pull leaves to uncover her flower sites (I know I’ll have to do it again too). One of the LSDs I’m experimenting with- I put about 2 inches of super soil (Subcool’s recipe) on the bottom of the pot and am continuing to feed her on the same regiment as the others. She’s happy with no signs of nute burn! The West Coast OG on the other hand seems to be a light feeder and had a bit of nute burn, so I’ve been going extra light on feeding. As we get deeper into flower, I will be posting more individual photos of each plant so you can see the bud development.
