Day-43. Girls looking good. Still in the transition. One of the StarD girls has really had a growth spurt. Using next to no nutrients. 02/05/18-Day 48- Very pleased with fast buds, my first AUTO grow and they are taking off a treat, much easier to grow than photoperiods. But then again I treat them similar in terms of just defoliating as normal and LST'ing. Probably a little bit more sensitive to nutrients.

Timelapse! I've meant to get a timelapse camera set up since I first started this grow. I am reasonably confident that future weeks will include full-week timelapses. For most of this week, my plant has seemed to have stopped growing. It got to a point where the leaves were becoming wilted, which prompted me to add nutrients. I was a bit skeptical regarding whether it was a good time to do this, or if I would be adding nutrients prematurely. All has seemed to have gone well with the nutrients, as the next day the leaves perked up substantially. Mid week, I changed the light schedule form 18/6 to 20/4 because I figured more light would enable better growth. Currently, I am puzzled as to why the leaves have developed some light and dark splotches. Could this be a result of light stress? EDIT (in response to my leaf spotting question): Thanks to those who have responded to my leaf spotting question! I have raised the light from 18.5in (I never measured it until now) to the recommended 24in. There is no chance of nutrient solution getting on the leafs to cause the spotting, but I did spray the tent with water + (dilute) hydrogen peroxide in an attempt to raise the humidity. Maybe this is the cause? I am currently battling the relative humidity. As someone mention, it is low! If i plug in my room-humidifier, the humidity will get way to high (80%+). I've placed an open container of tap water + hydrogen peroxide mix in the tent, but it doesn't appear to do much! I'd like to note here that I am using liquid indicator drops for my pH, so the pH is only my best measurement at the time of mixing solution. My pH may not be as low as I indicated this week! I think I'll throw in some tap water in lieu of cal-mag supplements,. I figure my city's hard water may be of benefit here!

Calyxes swelling nicely :) Starting to get some color in the leaves on the higher buds :D The nice smells of watermelon candy and sour weed are slowly intensifying and the macro pictures surprised me! I can't wait till she is ready, I think she will be ready first :D

Defoliated - did some funky training on the "mutant" as it is super noodly! Sour D's looking super nice... one of these - on the stem rub... i swear, its super close too the classic "sour diesel"... My goal of this grow for the Sour Ds is mainly too try find one as close to the original Karma SD so super happy! (Seaweed drench once a week)

Day 49: last day of nutrition for the fast eddy, which seems to be almost ready already. Stoppage of pk 13/14, day 49. day 50: 2 week rinse for all. ⚠️ My led lamp is a Prima Klima - LED Shuttles 6 dimmable 240W, I am very satisfied with this lamp (check out my other diaries). which I recommend, but which unfortunately is not in the list proposed on growdiaries

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good week for the Red Hot Cookie, she is probably the smallest of the 5 strains, but she looks green and healthy, Day 3 from getting wet. I did start prepping the Coco Coir today by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I also have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. I have run several Sweet Seeds Auto Strains in the past with excellent resutls, but this is my first run of one of their photoperiods so I am excited to see what she can do. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. Ciao ragazzi e bentornati qui con me e le sorelle Mimorange🍊😉 Ragazzi! Mai visto niente del genere!!! La pianta numero 2 e la numero 3 hanno letteralmente raddoppiato la loro circonferenza.💪 Per non parlare dei colori, i pistilli iniziano a diventare arancioni e con il giallo e le varie tonalità di verde dei buds la rendono molto affascinante.😍 L odore ormai ha preso il sopravvento nella tenda, e sta cambiando in meglio. Note dolci di caramella si mischiano all intenso profumo di Arancia.🤤 Eh niente ragazzi! La più bella pianta che ho mai fatto..... forse lo dico ogni nuova corsa🤣😂🤣 ..... ma questa volta è davvero strabiliante la grassezza di queste cole!🔝 Grazie a tutti per aver guardato e restate sintonizzati per nuovi aggiornamenti.🙏 Buona settimana e felice crescita 🌱 🌱 🌱

Day 28 Flower Hey Growers. So it’s day 28 of flower, things are going well. Buds are getting bigger. I have notice a bit of mag deficiency and I decided to treat that with Epsom and a suitable ph for its uptake. I’ve only removed leaves that’s couldn’t be tamed, 1-2/plant each day max. The canopy is pretty packed which I’m not 100% thrilled about as these lower branches have grown up….I never lollipop right 🤦‍♂️🏻 Also I’m gonna try more plants, manifolded and see if that is more what I’m after structure wise. The smell is of skunk and over ripe lemon 🍋 so far, we’ll see how it goes. I’m just watering every 1-2 days in FFW cycle. Honestly I’m not a fan of Manual water hydro. It’s too time consuming and wastes too much nutrient. I’d rather do Dwc or stick with my soil. I’m going for less work, not more. Thanks for checking in. Happy Growing 🌱

This is a really great strain to grow with no issues at all! One of the plants was lime green and the buds didn’t seem to mature as well And were not as dense as the darker plant was. Blue cheese is great for making edibles and eating them in the evening and for relaxing and also for a great night sleep. No complaints about blue cheese.

Started LST with twine and removed several bad leaves. Waiting to see the flowers take off now.

this should be the last week of vegetation. Flowering should be starting soon. Seems like no end to this drought we are suffering from in Southern Ontario.

I maxed out my nuits on the chart before I flushed and switched them. First attempt on scrog looks like I know what I’m doing but i probably don’t lol.

03/16/2022 All progressing well. We are at 12 + hours of light will not suffer any set back from revegging, fingers crossed. For a girl. Day # 6 updating early this week.
