Apologies that this took me so long to update! This harvest was probably my second favorite, after my Choc Mint OG. Even tho the yeild was low due to only having 1 plant after a season on downs.

Day 28: nutrients like plan --------------------------------------------- Not much to say, we are in bloom now. Happy growing 🍌✌️

Beautiful full bodied plants that tower over the rest of the garden. Feed remains on point, humidity and heat issues in mid July weather have caused a bit of fox tails in one or two colas, but I could care less. This will be a bountiful harvest of a great strain.

Los niveles de humedad también son los correctos van entre 50%/65% de humedad relativa. Por supuesto el Ph lo estamos dejando alrededor de 6. Hasta aquí es todo poco más la verdad ya con ganas de empezar la floración, buenos humos 💨💨💨

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

This C4 auto was very fast to flower, and stretched up to produce some very pretty, berry smelling/tasting nugs! The buds didn't flower very dense, they formed as fox-tail shapes. Yield is on the low-end of acceptable, but good considering the bud structure! I'm growing another next run, to compare phenotypes!

Day 21 of flowerig going great. Gelato strain was too much bushy, so we had to defoliate it. Now all the works are done, only have to wait buds to get fat 😁.

These are also doing very good one of them stretched alot 2 stayed shorter. Growth has been steady and everything is thriving right now. Might need to get a new dehumidifier soon mine is starting to shit the bed so RH levels are a little high with lights out but the heater keeps them low enough to get by at this point. Still feeding the veg nutes for the most part, I dropped the calmag and grow dose a little and added in a little bloom. I will slowly increase the bloom and decrease the grow over the next few feeds. The green buzz bloom doesnt have much N in it so I find it best to add atleast some grow all the way up to around week 5 of flower. Hope everyone is practicing their social distancing skills. Dear Grow community, The three RG automatic have grown very well and have so far no complaints. They love the temperature and dont need much water. They have grown very fast and already have a light smell.

Plants have officially started their flower cycle this week. Gradually increased light wattage from 75% to 100%, originally had the light at 15” but raised to 17” after seeing small signs of light burn. My cheap Amazon PH meter broke after 2 months so I’m currently using the GH PH tester solution - hoping to pick up a Bluelab pen by the end of the week. The green crack has been the fastest growing seed by far! It’s been a bit nerve-wracking defoliating her, I keep having to pull leaves to uncover her flower sites (I know I’ll have to do it again too). One of the LSDs I’m experimenting with- I put about 2 inches of super soil (Subcool’s recipe) on the bottom of the pot and am continuing to feed her on the same regiment as the others. She’s happy with no signs of nute burn! The West Coast OG on the other hand seems to be a light feeder and had a bit of nute burn, so I’ve been going extra light on feeding. As we get deeper into flower, I will be posting more individual photos of each plant so you can see the bud development.

Performed some light lst and topped all plants, then feed some recharge. They bounced back pretty fast they didn’t show no signs of stress so that’s a good thing. I’m give them one more week in the 1 gallons and then transplant to 3 gallon Keep up this grow is epic

Buenas familia, que volví y actualizamos la 6 semana de floración de las red cookies Gelato, estoy deseando empezar nuevos proyectos pero mientras están progresando muy bien esta variedad van madurando y engordando . Añadimos overdrive y PK y no sé si mirar nuevos nutrientes o seguir con estos, estoy abierto a ofertas 🤣. De los 9 ejemplares, solo uno tiene realizado un lavado de raíces, esta semana practicaré lavados a 6 ejemplares y la próxima semana lavaré los últimos 2 ejemplares que quedan que los apuraré en alimentación. Acordaros 5 ejemplares en 15 litros otros 4 en 7 litros, estoy deseando ver que hay en la báscula cuando esté todo seco . Allora....quinta settimana di vegetativa alcune piante mostrano dei segni di carenza date dal fatto che non c'erano i nutrimenti corretti, adesso che finalmente ho tutti i nutrimenti Giusti in teoria questi problemi dovrebbero scomparire, nelle prossime settimane vedremo come si evolverà la situazione, questa settimana le travaserò nel vaso finale poi farò ancora un paio di settimane di vegetativa e quando saranno pronte le metterò in fioritura.
