~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Today I went through the plant and removed as many old dead leaves as I could reach, along with any shade leaves that were yellow. 8/31- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet approximately 5 gallons of well water from the garden hose. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking more noticeably now and are beginning to get a little frosty! 9/2- There's three weeks of flower finished for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet fem photo and all I can say is... WOW! This is going to be a heavy yielder if I can successfully get her to the finish line without any issues... Apologies that this took me so long to update! This harvest was probably my second favorite, after my Choc Mint OG. Even tho the yeild was low due to only having 1 plant after a season on downs.

Dirty Aquarium Water: 6.43 pH 381 PPM 73.4⁰F They've gotten both bushier & taller, I needed to create more room in the tent for the clones that I will make seeds from, so I moved the extra clones I'm uncertain of what I'm going to do with it into a makeshift grow area. I'm waiting for temperatures to stay consistently warm outside so I can get these soon to be forced female outdoors to start making feminized seeds.

Gelato x GMO is taking off in the 15 gallon pot, showing rapid growth every day. The Blue MOBs seem to have stopped growing vertically in the 5 gallon buckets and are now filling out existing branches while they all reach for the sun. The 15 gallon Blue MOB seems to still be growing in height as well as filling out existing branches. Heavy rain has been persistent with few days of direct sunlight yet plants are still growing. Massachusetts ended up receiving the tail end of a big storm so I have not had to water them the entire week, the soil has stayed damp and kept the plants hydrated

I think this is the last week for this plant because she’s sick I germinating new seeds let’s see what’s going on

I loved growing this girl. So much so that I had to double her life and re veg her lol. Well yeah that's story pretty much, it was a long ass grow but I only documented the last 9 weeks out of 8 months! Literally. But now she's gone and that's the last of the zkittz. She grew like a champ and I can't wait to see how this grape pheno taste.

She is doing really good. I am mixing it up with extra Nitrogen. She really likes it allot and needs it. And so far everything is going fine and there is much buds poppig up now hmm.😍

@18/06 Trying to get under control the raising EC. Tomorrow I will made the res change for the final stage. EC: 1.7 PH: 6.1 @19/06 New res: 11L with 3ml/L of Flash Clean (a.k.a. Flora Kleen) Putting the plant in the new res I saw some little bugs in the container. Hope this is not a problem. I'm going to make the flush until 7-10 days for final ripening. Tomorrow I will add to the res about 2ml/L of Ripen until the end. I had to prune a lot of roots that were rotting before the holiday. Probably due to heat and bad hygiene from not being able to completely wash the earth out of the root complex. But it survived 2 weeks on its own and ist putting out new roots... It sure is willing to survive 😅😅 I will wait and see if I can get some true foliage out of it 🤷‍♂️

Day 85 - Starting week 13 today and it’s starting to look like she’s got about 2 weeks or so left. The trichs are about 75% cloudy right and the pistils are starting to shrivel up quite a bit now. I’ll probably give her another week or so then will start flushing her. Day 86 - Gave her two gallons of water and cal-mag today, pH’d at 6.7. She’s definitely starting to fade out now so next watering, I might just go ahead and start to flush her out because it’s starting to look like she ain’t got much time left. Pistils are starting to really shrivel and it’s mostly cloudy trichs throughout. She’s got a lot of weight to her and had to add a few more yo-yo’s to keep her colas held up. Day 87 - Ole girl is starting her fade now and she’s just about all cloudy and even seeing a few ambers in there. Going to go ahead and start the “flush” her next watering, which will be tomorrow. I might not do a full and complete chop when the time comes but I’ll get the big and main colas off and see if I can get the smaller stuff underneath to fatten up a bit before chopping the rest. Day 88 - Looking like this time next week, I might be giving this girl the chop finally. The trichs are completely cloudy with about 10% amber so today for her water, I followed the Technaflora chart and gave her 5ML of Magical and 80ML of SugarDaddy in 2 gallons of water pH’d to 6.5. She’s been getting 2 gallons of water every other day so after today and until harvest, she’ll get just straight pH’d water. The buds are fat, heavy, frosty and the yo-yo’s are the only thing really holding her up. She’s fading fast so hopefully this final week, the pistils will finish dying off and if she needs a little more time, I’ll give it to her. Day 89 - She’s getting close to chopping, thinking next weekend will be the day. Gonna give her one more week to fatten up. She is an absolutely stunning girl and pictures don’t do any justice. She’ll be getting some straight pH’d water tomorrow. Day 90 - Gave the girl 2 gallons of plain pH’d to 6.4 water today. She’s got a week or so left and will most likely chop her next Saturday. Most of her colas are so far and dense, this will probably be my best and biggest harvest to date. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and tomorrow will most likely begin the final week before chopping this beauty. She’ll get another 2 gallons of plain water tomorrow and that she’ll only be getting plain water till the end. The buds are so fat and dense, frosty as hell and the smell is just amazing. Should be my top harvest.

She’s a lovely girl just rewatched her growth sport zone and hoping in a few days she starts her pre stretch! I had to shuffle these girls around in order to suit lighting raises I’ll have to do for the purple punch! Lucky I have 3 adjustable lights ;) I think next week will be assured to be a sea of green so looking forward to training through the scrog!
