This weeks update is just basically a photo/video dump! At the start of the week I did some lst and a tiny bit of defoliating and the growth just seemed to burst, I noticed they seemed to began to flower! So I went ahead and introduced the net to the set up and the I’m stoked with the way they filled this tent right out!! These cream manderin are truly fast growing buds. I also started adding Big Buds Liquid to the feeding schedule and so far, so good. At this point I’ll just be uploading photos every Tuesday/Wednesday 🤙🏻🤙🏻

She is nearly done. Now starting to fade naturally as she is on dry amendments. The smell is very nice with long bud structure. Got a good feeling about this one.

Auto Grow Update – Off to a Good Start! Our 6 autoflowers are now up and running – they’ve already started showing their first little leaves! All of them are in 7L pots. Two of the plants are in a full organic mix using Lurpe 2-8-3, Farmer’s Mix, and Insect Frass. For those two, we’re aiming for a water-only grow – no bottled nutrients – and we’re excited to see how this experiment unfolds. If everything goes according to plan, harvest day should land sometime around mid-September. Let’s see how it goes!

DAY 65- started to back off the nutrients a bit. Smells like oranges more and more each day. Swelling up nicely now and stacking those triches. Yippie this one is going to be a grower and a show-er 😉

Week 10 - not long now.. She looks good, just a little concerned with the fan leaves but from what I've read this is normal and nothing to worry about at this stage. Hope that is true. 🤔 I've kept the nutrients lower this week as I am worried about over feeding. The soil I mixed with alot of Manure from goats, ducks and chicken so I dont think I need to add anything else. First time growing... better to be safe than sorry. I got to the bottom of last weeks droopy leaves - Underwatering! I had been keeping her out of the rain and had forgot to feed water. Lesson learnt. I noticed the roots get compact on top in a fabric pot if you dont slowly water in, the water runs off the pot and not through it. Fixed this by bottom feeding until the soil was fully wet - I guess bottom feeding is the way to go when this happens. 10-20% of Pistils are brownish now and most of the trichomes are cloudy with a few still clear and the odd one amber. Still trying to get to grips with the x45 loupe. I dont have steady hands 😆 The lower branches that were LST'd are getting really big now so for sure I will be pulling all the branches back next time. Removed potential bud rot and will closely monitor. Hopefully she will be ok for 10 more days 🙏🤞

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

DAY 36 All right got some aggressive growth this week. Sorted out the mag and calcium issues for the most part. Few plants are still showing minor deficiency symptoms. Punch Line #1 is a male. Identified at day 31 or so which is crazy to me that it showed signs that quickly. Put him outside - will initiate reproductive phase and I will harvest pollen in 3-4 weeks hopefully. So I used these LST clips I’ve used on dozens and dozens of plants now and they went on fine. But when I came back 12-24 hours later they had snapped the fuckin plant stem on the branch it was on. WTF. So one plant - #5 - has only one node left cuz it snapped its own branches!! So crazy man. I’m debating when to initiate flower on these babies. They’re gonna be beasts if I go much longer in veg. Probably won’t be able to do all these in this 4x4 realistically These are easily the best looking plants I’ve seen at 30 days in. Stalks on these are massive for their age. Nodes are huge and tight. Fan leaves bigger than my hands. Big ups to ETHOS on these.
