A new week with new developments :). Not much to report but the girls are doing really well. Pistils are popping up left right and centre. The stretch on both plants has actually been less leggy than I'm used to from this strain. Ive just been doing straight water feeds with no added liquid seaweed and no top amendments to the soil this week. As you can see the girls really aren't in need of any more nutrients at this time but next week I'll be feeding with liquid seaweed again and the next top amendment dressing isn't due for another three weeks along with another defoliation to allow light to those lower bud sites. I have done some tying down just to ensure a more even canopy for better light penetration to the lower growth. Since I haven't got a lot to report I took a couple of videos and some photos for you all to enjoy. Wow well she does look sorry for herself. A couple of days ago I sprayed her with pesticide. This has damaged her leaves. I hope she can bounce back from this as it's a critical time in her growth.

Completed Week 12 (Week 4 Bloom) with a bang, discovered I had Powdery Mildew! Culprit was a newer plant from another tent. Treated with a milk/water (60/40) solution and gave it a serious defoliation and even removed really bad PM'd bud sites. So pissed that I had left both tents open, when I should have kept only one open at a time. I am hoping I can stay on top of keeping it in control and will look to use an H2O2/water solution to briefly soak the harvest in afterwards to kill off any PM and other bacteria. I think next time, unless I know I can easily access all four sides of a scrog, it is very difficult to maintain and defoliate properly.

It's really hard to get started with conditions and insufficient knowledge. but i did it. OG Kush really hard to grow, but it's really worth. ill grow this girl again I added more pictures of Super silver haze, she's baby and only 3 weeks to veg. Just showing

Week 15 - August 09, 2020 -Day 99 08/09: We’re almost at the end. I gave Aaliyah her first watering with plain water. I’m planning on chopping the top colas off of her in a week. Hopefully I can get something out of the lower growth that isn’t getting any light right now. Alexis is coming down in two and Annie in three. Annie has some damage due to the light, but she is hanging in there. Alexis looks the healthiest overall. She stayed pretty compact, so light is still able to reach her lower parts. I think I could’ve had a better grow overall if I would have stuck with using only 3-gallon pots. [General notes: The nutrients on the diary are based off what I’m giving Aaliyah. Alexis is on the previous weeks schedule and Annie in the schedule from two weeks ago.]

16/04/2021 Llego el momento de iniciar temprano un nuevo cultivo de suelo vivo. Para ello comenzamos armando el sustrato (200L) para posteriormente dejarlo pre mezclado y con su vida correspondiente para recibir a estos 4/5/6 esquejes que van a ingresar. Se instalo el sistema de riego sensible de Blumat Tropf con sus dos zanahorias y 5 puntos de goteo por cada una, con apenas dos Dias ya observamos como se germinaron esas lentejas que van a producir ese cover crop y alojar a todos esos hongos benéficos de sus raíces hasta esperar que lleguen las plantas. 21/04/2021 Las lentejas ya germinaron de manera correcta, se colocó el mulch orgánico y el sustrato continua con una muy buena humedad por lo que se estima que la vida debajo se está poniendo interesante. 27/04/2021 Hoy sigue a la espera de una nueva luz Quantum Board 240w para este espacio, de todas maneras se colocaron las plantas en el espacio de cultivo para ver cómo queda la dispocion!

Two girls one cup week 2.. thanks for stopping by and checking out my experiment :) no need to rotate them.. they're doing it all on their own 🤣. hit the girls a little hard with the light last week when i turned it up to warm things up in there. kinda blasted em with 22 DLI and the light may have caused the curling on the Godzilla Cookies. all is well, and theyre moving right along. light currently 18in up, and hitting them with 14 DLI. running the 1/2 strength GHE light feed week 2 since last sundays RES change. will prob keep this RES until this sunday. just top off and PH adjust 8am/8pm daily. kinda excited to see the explosion of growth throughout this week. 3rd true set popping out of both GC and WG, and started LST them their separate ways as early as possible. contemplating topping after 5th or 6th node. havent made up my mind as to when yet. we shall see. roots poking their way through the drainage holes in the bottom of the upper growing chamber. Will have to add a stone to the RES here in a few days time. GHE light feed 1/2 strength week 2 (measurements are per 2gal on 500 scale): Total nitrogen - 47.5 ppm PPM range - 200-275 ppm Spring Water/Tap mix - 220 ppm (calmag and hydroguard already added) Micro 3.6mL - 144 ppm Grow 3.4mL - 77 ppm Bloom 2.6mL - 41 ppm Total = 482 ppm GHE is pretty damn accurate on that ppm range huh? *so far they seem to be loving life.. sooner or later this light won't be able to keep up with their needs. I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

This plant is really getting purdy.

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

So far it seems to be fine even if the high humidity worries me even if the temperatures are still high then they have stopped growing and will finally focus on the flowers and slowly we recover these small deficiencies

I set up a scrog net at this moment of time I wasn’t sure how to set it up until I watched a couple of videos. One of the bag seed girls started showing which was amazing. I was still waiting for the other bag seed to show. The female gorilla cookies started to show which was also amazing

Week 1 of 12/12 light cycle. Hit the plant prior to the flip with a top dress of all purpose/power bloom 50/50 and 2 tbsp of basalt rock dust. Seeing a lot of activity on the top layer of soil. The microbial life is THRIVING. End of week 1. Slowly dropping RH to 50%. Already seeing a decent bit of stretch. May need to figure out a way to get my light level with the top of the tent in the event I run out of headroom. Not sure how much of a stretch to expect with the holy communion being it is my first run with them but the blue dream I should be more than okay as I flipped last run with them way taller than this time around.
