5/25: It rained again today for most of the day, but I managed to get back out there and take some photos after it let up. I also shot a short video early in the a.m while it was sprinkling and the lights were on... I heard that this strain flowers really fast, but I really don't think she can finish before June 21 (the summer solstice). The other two seedlings (FFT#6 and FFT#7) are in the same boat. The 5 clones outdoors might be able to finish before they get the signal to reveg. I may end up bringing as many of them as I can fit into my closet to finish and starting another batch of beans to grow outdoors this summer... 5/26 - 5/31: I did some training on her early in the week between rain showers, and foliar fed with Microlife maximum bloom formula. She's more than 36" across now... She was looking a little N deficient, so I assume the dry amendments have petered out. I top-fed her with another couple tablespoons of cavern culture and on the 31st, they were dry enough to feed them. I gave them big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, beastie bloomz, silica, endoboost, signal, humic acid, liquid kelp/fish emulsion, and liquid molasses. It just feels so strange that I'll be harvesting outdoor photos in June!?! That's it for week 8-

Rainbow melon was doing so well. Only thing I can think of is the low stress training has made it herm going to give it another day or so just to make sure have never had a herb before, but I’ve never seen Nanners on my plants either and they’re definitely on here will be popping another one tonight. It happens all you can do is start over and hope for the best. ☠️😥😓

* Looks like we got 2 males so far number 2 and 6. *Soil Ph climed back up to 6.2 by adding about 1TBs of lime. *On one of the males I believe #2 I did find what appears to be thrips. So I sprayed down everything no sign of anything on any plant. Now that i see it they are small aphids *Increased PH from 450 to 550

So I transfered them today a little ahead of time but nothing wrong with that! Roots looked amazing! Added dynomyco into medium on final pots and watered 500ml of solution!

Slowly growing out some more leaves. I'm guessing it's still putting out most of it's energy in to roots. The leaf growth has sped up a little bit though. Chopped the cover crop again. Drilled drainage holes in the side of the container to insure proper drainage. Added a compost tea. It had worn castings, kelp meal, insect frass, mycorhyzae powder, bacillus powder, em1, some leafy green material, and some high carbon peat moss. Was brewed for 24 hours and applied liberally. Identified some knotweed in my container and promptly plucked it out. This stuff spreads rapidly and overwhelmed the whole garden in years past. I'm definately gunna have to keep an eye out for this ones return.

Plants came back out of their 36 hours of darkness and were a little droopy, so I made the decision to put them outside for the first day of light. Unfortunately they suffered from wind burn so I brought them back to the tent. Foliar fed the plants daily at 400PPM.

Week 9 .......... Flower Week.........June 6 to 12, 2020 ........ Days 57 to 63 from germination She bulked up more this week and buds are swelling. She has reacted well with Massive and has increased her nodal spacing. Now she needs to work on bulking up more and filling in that spacing😀👍 Switched to Advance Nutrients Overdrive for the PK booster this week.......didn’t realize how much i still have of this and Big Bud so I brought them back into the grow this run😁 Overdrive is a great product, just been trying out a different line last two runs. As you can tell I like to use the supplements😂😂 and it gets a little pricey with the Advanced line. They have some killer products though with Piranha, Tarantula, Voodoo, Sensyzime, Bud Factor X, Overdrive for example. A little more leaf strip at the end of the week to let more light into the middle of her. Focused on the leaves on the inside of her and left a number of the fan leaves on the perimeter of her to help with sugar production. Starting to see some possible nutrient issues forming as she is aging and some of her leaf tips are starting to curl down a bit. There will also be some wind stress on this girls main stem. Red hairs have started so we should be less than three weeks to go and guess at roughly 2 weeks to go. Will be feeding next week but that might be the end......see what the week brings. Hope she will run another three weeks allowing her to fatten up.....hairs are still large and lot are still very white......time will tell🤞👍 Environment has been hovering at 79 degrees and 61 percent humidity for most of the week. Yeast and sugar CO2 in use. Still feel there is going to be trade off battling the pH issues of the pots by feeding her 4.4 water and feed. I have to keep it that low to have a runoff of 6.6pH🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 Going to start letting the pH drift higher the next couple of days though and give a couple of waterings at 5.6 to ensure she is taking up enough phosphorus and potassium. Now to just ramble........this girl is freaking awesome!! She is the one that captures all my attention right now. Her frost levels are ridiculous for 9 weeks on an auto, in my experience🤩😃🤩 She is certainly at photo period levels compared to girls I have grown and with hopefully at least a couple of weeks still to go to improve.......DAMN!!! The Skywalker I have run from Mephisto were also crazy good for frost levels. Her buds are stacking up gorgeous and getting thicker. Still a lot of long thick white hairs so hope she takes her time and fattens up and not just starts drying and hardening up.......not yet anyway🤞 Her side branches are producing long thick colas and make you instantly smile thinking about possible yields😉🤞 She is one of the nicest plants I have ever grown! The resistance is crazy good as she battles though this high pH crap I have thrown her into. Believe it was an issue with too much Magnesium too early and the fabric from the pots. To battle that I have been hitting her and Killer Kush with heavy watering/feeding everyday at 4.4 ph!!!!!!. runoff from that is 6.7 a day later. As time passes after the feeding the pH is drifting up......heave feed to pull it back down🤪🤪🤪 She has been powering through this and growing very nice at 28” tall......perfect!!! So happy I have 5 more seeds of her. Awesome work Mephisto!!!!! Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

We coast on down the mountain. I'm ripen/flushing the 2 small girls this week and letting them finish and taking down the 2nd plant tonight! They probably could have gone a bit longer but I'm ready to move on and they are still gonna be a great smoke! ______________________________________________________________ Another feed of ripen.
