Autrement j ai eu un petit départ de bud rot sur la melon gum (rien de méchant 2 calices coincé entre 3 immense têtes ;) j ai donc enlever les 2 têtes et désinfecté aux mieux (les 2 têtes n avez rien j ai donc pu les goûter hier soir et j doit dire l effet est vraiment sympa ;)

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Plants are now growing slowly and start focusing on flowering. Compare last week more pistils are visible and getting bigger and longer. In this week, LST is still on effect and no defoliating at the moment until I flush the plants around week 10. Still same feeding schedule, twice a week with interval of 3-4 days. Temperature and humidity are monitored daily, as well as tucking leaves that are blocking the pistils underneath.

Out of the 5 plants the gelato spirited and flowered quicker than the other 4 gorilla glue plants even though it was planted a week later. From start to finish I didn’t have one problem with this strain and was shocked by the colas developing on the plants even from early flower. I’m not surprised this is one of fastbuds most powerful strains and it’s a pleasure to grow! The yield I admit isn’t the greatest bud the bud that it produced was some what close to phenotypes. Would definitely recommend this strain, not the biggest yielded but a pleasure to experience growing. Would grow again without a doubt but for now going to have a fat joint of gelato & gorilla glue. Hey guys idk what’s going on my autos it seems as if the Gelato and Zkittlez has just stop growing completely I mean there’s no change at all the Zkittlez Og is starting to fill in forming nice little buds but my other autos seems like they had stop completely I know the lifespan on the Gelato is 76-80 days from seed to harvest The Zkittlez lifespan said the same 76-80 days from seed to harvest Zkittlez Og lifespan is 80-90 days from seed to harvest And I know I’m for sure March 9th marked the 60th day on all autos and I know I stress the hell out of them overwatered etc but it looks as if I might only have one plant to successfully make it yet this is my first grow and why I choose to do autos first to give me a little insight on what I’m doing but I’m going to let these girls go for a full 90 days before I decide to trash em and focus purely on my clone grows

What a week! Shes been glossing and thicking up! Been checking the trichomes waiting a bit longer to get them milky woth few amber caps! Shes been smelling amazing super strong! What a beautiful week this was, jeez. The Daily High Club products really just make the environment so much better. You see that this is a really high quality light and the girls show that too. It’s so fun to see 3 same strain seeds performing soooo different from each other even when all the other factors are the same. We have the small one, which really looks funny and definitely not the way she should look. But hey I don’t want to break up the family. The middle sister is performing right on target, just as the books are saying she is performing like that. And then we have Olga, she doesn’t listen to the books she just has great genes 🍀 She is blessed with a strong stem and strong arms with more than 5 fingers humans has, she has 7! LOL So anyway learning a lot with what to do and what not to, I’m trying to keep the temperature around 28C when the humidity is around 65-70%. In week 4 im going to decrease the humidity by 5%. I’m also giving 1 half table spoon of kind of molasses solution and they responded immediately after that with big growth.
