Gold Sativa has been growing good. Been focused on root pruning the last week. Something I should of been doing from the beginning. I increased her nutrition slightly. Likely 2 weeks till I change light schedule. Depending on how fast the roots recover. I am in no hurry really. I am growing her in a New Level Hydro bucket, under the Spider Farmer SE5000 light at 60 percent currently. Day 8 - A week since they poped & 4 plants are now fully viables , the 2 others aren't really strong so let's see if they survive. 6 plants out of 12 seeds : 50% germ rate Day 10 - They doing weel , only 1 is still weak but the 5 others are coming along nicely Day 12 - Leaves are bigger. , next week they'll go in their final pot 7L or 11L for a full Outdoor run. No feeding , just clear water Day 14 - They are now strong enough to be transplant in their final 7L pots. I'll also start my feeding schedule on day 15.

Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis Pour la germination j'utilise la technique du sopalin Pour faire germer vos graines dans du sopalin, vous aurez besoin : Un Tupperware avec couvercle Du Sopalin, ou autre quel papier de cuisine qui soit épais et qui retienne l’eau Un verre d’eau Si c’est l’hiver, vous placerez le Tupperware près d’une Box ou d’un Modem pour donner un peu de chaleur Étapes de la germination: faire germer vos graines de cannabis dans du sopalin La première chose à faire est de tapisser le fond du Tupperware avec du sopalin, 2-3 feuilles suffiront. Si vous ne mettez qu’une feuille, elle captera peu d’eau et pourra sécher, vous mettrez donc plus de feuilles que pas assez. Une fois les feuilles placées, versez l’eau du verre dessus, mais pas trop, juste de quoi imbiber toute la surface couverte par les feuilles. Vous aurez ainsi l’eau suffisante pour faire germer les graines sans avoir besoin d’essorer la feuille de papier. Une fois les feuilles humidifiées, mettez vos graines par-dessus, et recouvrez le tout avec une autre couche de quelques serviettes. Une fois en place, humidifiez cette nouvelle couche. faire germer vos graines de cannabis dans du sopalin Lorsque vous graines seront placées entre les 2 couvertures de feuilles, fermez le Tupperware hermétiquement pour que l’eau reste bien dedans et que l’ensemble ne sèche pas malgré la chaleur. Si vous êtes en hiver lorsque vous mettrez vos graines à germer, ou que les températures sont inférieures à 20°C, vous placerez le Tupperware sur votre Box ou modem jusqu’à germination, mais toujours en évitant le contact avec la lumière. Si vous êtes dans une zone au climat tempéré ou chaud, vous n’aurez qu’à placer le récipient avec les graines à l’ombre dans une armoire ou une caisse de rangement. Toutes les 24h, vous devrez vérifier l’état d’avancement de la germination. Si quelques-unes sont sorties mais pas d’autres, prenez celles qui ont germé pour les planter, laissez les autres dans le Tupperware et vérifier de nouveau le lendemain.

Everything was trimmed back once. Looks like the final blue gelato is almost ready for the flip. In the video, it's the one around the 25sec mark that I zoomed in on. Probably another trim and a flip in 3-5days.

Very happy better then the medical dispensary version i got the seed from it made it threw to my grinder and turned out female :D

Plantitas sanas.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. After this week end, we will cut the first Tropicanna XL plant:D Middle this week we changed the reservoir water for a fresh solution. This plant will not get a flush before harvest, it's the first time i'm not flushing a plant for the cut but you know only two of the four girls are ready to chop and it's not possible in my RDWC to seperate feed them. So yes it's kind of an experiment for me. Something's not right with my fresh solution or the plants get root rot or something but the girls starting to show K deficiency...good that the plants are on the finish line :) The SE7000 runs at 540 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Unfortunately she gotta battle a littler for light given the size of her TCC sativa heavier neighbors. Maybe move her to the 3x3 soon so she gets all she needs. Such a delightful splash of color in blanket of yellows and greens <3

Stopped training this week. The mains are around 6 inches above the screen. I was shooting for around 10-12 inches above the screen so I think I’m right on track to get there
