Day 2 flip: Due to the other plants in the room , I needed to flip the lights to flower. I was worried she wouldnt really be big enough to benefit from the flowering yet but ad it is a tester seed for my own cross , I wanted to see the buds it creates rather than a big yield yet. I have about 15 of these crosses that I separated as they popped out and among the many that I mixed together during the panic to remove the offending male, "Billy big bollocks", to stop him ruining anymore of my vestal virgins. The result of the Gorilla Zkittelz/Blue Gelato41 is impressing the hell out of me so far. She is a lot younger than her neighbours by 2 weeks in some cases but she is the biggest in her NFT tray now. I have been training her with bends and squashes into a quadline of sorts and I am not dissapointed either response. The below decks nodes are stacking right behind each other's heads and look like they will remain close together. This is a bonus as I have a friend growing another cross of my gelato (RQS Hulkberry/Gelato)that is 1.2M tall and colas from the base to the many tips. I dont have space for any more monsters with the fastbuds testers going wild. lol The Zkittel pheno can go two ways too as I had two different ones in a previous grow that both produced rock solid buds but were very different in growth rate and structures. The Gelato gene is also a lanky lady from her sativa background so seeing a squat ,thick plant at this stage indicates a fat colas short girl is coming. I will be popping a cross in each new run i do as I want to see what I have created here with these and also as I a have always fancied a go at breeding seeds. Have fun and stay safe. be prepared for a 10 day internet loss !!!!. world financial reset imminent!!!!

Day 97 of cycle Day 60 of flowering. I cut the full plant and hanged it and now gonna leave drying for 2/3 weeks. I prefer dry trimming because it’s easier.

Recovery at its finest, that's what you will see on week 4 around here! Guess who's loving the CO2 with high temperature? Thats right, all plants are! The comparison of last week with this week have such a difference, on day 24 I introduced a DIY CO2 bottle, the recipe consist in: -CO2- 2 cups of sugar 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 tablespoon of baking soda 1 later of warm water Mix all ingredients on a bottle, make a nail hole on the cap shake a little (when shaking put your finger on the nail hole, you should hear a hissssss when you release the hole) use it when lights are on, increase temperature to 30-35C, watch for high levels of humidity, and voila! Any other details you want to know ask way :) I haven't started any LST yet, I am waiting for a bit more growth to start bending, I have to make sure all 5 plants will have enough space inside this 2x4 tent. All suggestions are welcomed :) Thats is for now, Stay Lit folks!

First time I shoot a germination timelapse. That was about 36 hours in 2 min, if you are interested. She took a while to trigger though. Let's see how she grows.

Today I shortened all four plants by fimming. Let's see what will become of them. Day 32: I think they took it well. The new shoots are growing. Day 33: Today I actually had to repot. The roots came out from the bottom of the pots. Plant three is struggling as you can see. I hope it comes through well. Day 35: I think the plagron light mix is too heavily fertilized. The plants give me the impression of being over-fertilized. The purple color of the stems is a hint. Then I will rinse them tomorrow.

Mr. Pipi welcomes you to the 15th Week of Grow and the ~6th week of flower. I guess the Colas stopped bulking up as quickly as at the beginning. Sadly, but that´s nature. Maybe a last time watering with molasses and then the next 2weeks flushing. Maybe some ice cubes to see if she gets purple, but i doubt it :D Day 107: its exactly 7 weeks since Mr. Pipi switched light cycle. Girl is starting getting purple.

Start of week 9. Buds are filling out nicely, but trichomes are still mostly clear. Breeder says 8-10 weeks so im hoping they are ready in the next week. Both are starting to show a little bit of the leaves fading, not sure if its normal or the start of some sort of deficiency. Super strong smell on both phenos. I was expecting alot more in terms of weight but the quality dies look great. Cant wait! 💨💨

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 10/6- Well here it is, the 8th and final week for the Papaya Sherbet Fem Photoperiod from FastBuds! 10/8- I am checking the Papaya Sherbet's trichomes every day now and they are just about perfect. I anticipate that it will be harvest time any day now, weather permitting. 10/11- After doing a final check of the trichomes on the Papaya Sherbet this afternoon and checking out our weather forecast, I decided that I will be taking her down early tomorrow morning before the sun comes up. 10/12- Today is CHOP DAY for the Papaya Sherbet Fem Photo! After checking over the flowers yesterday I decided that today is the day as I wanted to avoid any further chances of Boytris ruining more flowers. I got up early, before sunrise and took her down branch by branch which were then hung in my 'drying room' to begin the drying/curing process! This has been a interesting and educational journey for me and I hope that my experiences may help someone else in their garden... See you at the Harvest Report! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏
