From what I've learnt since, by defoliating and not ensuring sufficient reserves in the Substrate after taking their reserves from the bigger fan leaves at strip, this left 1 pheno more hungry than the others, but still all 4 suffered to some degree which was really disappointing. I was too busy enjoying the festive period with family so its a good enough excuse! ;)

Excited to see the pistols keep coming and coming I have such tight spacing that the buds will probably start connecting by the end of the week on the Royal Gorilla Day 19- Tomorrow I will tie some branches down to open up the plants more. The LSD plants needs it the most!

This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

Auto Maxi Gom is doing okay. She has started to grow. Ph in coco is between 5.8 to 6. So that is good. I have been keeping her wet. Plus adding feed about every 2 to 3 days. Nothing else to report at the moment. 9/21: I'm such a dumbass...I should have kept a little more distance between the canopy and the lights for a day or two, til they got used to the higher intensity and increased wattage. Singed the tips on all my new growth and kinda faded a few fan leaves...whoops... Raised lights and fed plants today....before feeding, I added a tablespoon of Fox Farm Cavern Culture to the pots. It should become available as the plants start craving the extra P and K. 9/22: They are much happier being a few more inches from the "sun"....very perky. Even the BlueAF's seem to be improving. The late-arriving stunted runt has already surpassed her older sister in size. She's much brighter shade of green than the older/slower weird one...that one has much darker foliage...kinda blue tinted. I'll spray them all with BoomBoom Spray and more harpin proteins tomorrow morning and see if I can't turbocharge this grow a little more... 9/23: Fed them a little bit, but didn't have time for spraying them. 9/25: Fed them very well today..saturated all pots, and foliar fed with boomboom spray and axiom harpin proteins again. The random missing leaf tips are due to severe feline predation...

2024.09.12 D64 Its been two busy week, as i trim the 1 pond mother, get aknowledge that my wife use my grow sniper two pruned is badly infested rose bush, since 2 week and never proper clean it whith alcool.😱😱😱😷 in result a massive PM & mithe contamination in my grow tent... 😱😭😷😭 all plant have been shoot with H2O2 at 0.5% and set ouside for 2 day, wich turn to be rainy as f***, until i clean and serilized everything, twice and run the hepa filter .😷😰 the plant look ok, lightly over wartered, but no more pest or PM sign as they return in the tent.. 3 days later PM hardly bonce back, no choice to use more agressive treatment so they all have been shoot with saffer's defender 3 in 1. after 3 shoot in 24h and another tent desinfection we should have get rid of it 🙏 8 day laters everything look fine👍, all damage leaf have been removed, i also prune some unrelevant lower and inner grow

The yield on this plant was excellent. Very happy with end results. She did great with some LST and defoliation. FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil and ph balanced water, no nutes. Will run her again next round.

Day 22: Started on LST today. For the first time ever I removed 1or 2 of the big fan leaves before bending the plant over. These leaves would have become trapped under the plant so i would be removing them later anyway so I thought it would be easier to do so beforehand. I also removed the first pair of nodes after the cotyledon. To reduce the risk slowing down or stunting growth I done this bit of defoliation under a very dim light, half way through the 6 hour lights out night schedule when all the plants hormones would have been returned to the roots.. Day23: Continued with more LST pinning down branches. Day 24: Small bit more LST toady and also moved plant from the veg space with CFL’s to the main grow space in under the LED lights. There’s a good few pistils starting to show. Day 25: Watered with light dose of nutrients (1m G). Took around 3 litres. Day 27: Removed the biggest low down fan leaf. Day 28: Removed one more big fan leaf but in the process accidentally removed a branch also. Mr.Nelson was pretty pissed. But you know what they say “What doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger”. Han suggested I don’t use that phrase with Mr.Nelson.

I've let our girl blue grow for an extra week and I think our base is looking really strong. It's time for topping to creat the base of our manifold. To do this were going to use he Nebula's Manifold technique by Nubula Haze from GrowWeedEasy.com. I'm in no way affiliated with the site or Mrs. Haze but I have found her website to be a great place to start my cannabis growing journey. I've done so much more research now but it did start for me back in 2020 at GrowWeedEasy.com Anyway I've got some video that will explain the method as I top the plant but basically what we're going to top down to the 3rd node and then clean all the extra growth off. This should leave only two growth tips and their fan leaves. Check out the photos and videos for more details. Feeding and light schedules continue as normal.
