Woo hoo. End is in sight and the plants are still PACKING the pounds on.
Big Bertha is 11 inches long, 2 inches wide.
The hidden massive Gertha is 8 inches in circumference in the middle in just bud alone and isn't even the largest part of this 8 inch long nug...

5-15+ days left.
2-4 days till I start looking into trichome finish period.
Forgot to take a regular full shot and shots of tropicanna glookies. oh well. Later tonight if I remember.
I stopped bud candy cause I'm using a lot more molasses and its literally a sugar in itself so why put in bud candy which is just sugars... seems redundant.

Easy day of watching.
Some nice bud shots today. The whole basement smells of weed candy. Back right Tropicanna is pineapple gummy bear, front right is just gummy bear.
Wedding Cake is like sweet weed, you get the regular smell of pot but instead of skunky its sweet but that Tropicanna is just alllll candy no weed smell at all.
I did the first 60x shot today. 5% cloudy 95% clear on the Tropicanna. Long ways to go.
I'll be doing the Wedding Cake later tonight, got side tracked.

Tropicanna Glookies is going full blown purple. Should be covered in dark purple coloration within the week.
Wedding Cake is just fat. Super fat large nugs.
Easy day. Forgot to take trichome pics of Wedding Cake will do that later today probably.
Well, the largest bud is 1 foot in circumference now... rofl

Easy day. Fed some water, they're getting thirsty again.
I'm going to do a 13L feeding , then next day 5L water. So that's what I did today.
I'll be dropping the Kool Bloom Powder & CaliMagic by day 56 and only feed 1/2 strength molasses only.
Will pick the buds off as they finish, not gonna do 1 big chop unless it manages to turn out that way.
Colors are going wild.
Will check Wedding Cake & Tropicanna trichomes before lights out will update pics then.

Tropicanna really turning purple now starting to infect the leaves at top of canopy.
Can't wait for what Day 63 holds for all these ladies.

Easy day, last fert feed with chemical nutrients tomorrow, after that its just molasses.

Smoked a tester of the Tropicana Glookies (Sativa)
God daaaamn. Shits fire. Extremely strong. Very Cerebral and its not even at its peak yet...
I've chosen Tuesday as Harvest day for both Tropicana Glookies plants (they're clones of each other)
A single Wedding Cake testing nug is drying right now, I'll judge when it gets harvested based on the high, and if not sufficiently near my level i'll give it 2 days before drying another nug and trying again. I want heavy ass couch-lock.
6 days for Tropicana.
Probably 8 for Wedding Cake.
Will send samples off to Canvas Labs for testing like I've done in the past and will be making both edibles and bubble hash and will post those here as they happen.
Once thats done I will see if I can restart veg mode in this grow, and if so I will keep this going until the plants die (and just make side diaries for each individual plant variety grow).
Should be interesting.

They are really starting to fill out. I am seeing great results after every water and every feed. I will be transplanting them into 2 gallon pots in the next 2 weeks.

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering.
Left these girls alone this week. Just watered once. They need food tonight. These plants are on the night shift.
I didn't do a diary on my main grow room so I posted a video of it last. My 7 best clones.
This week I'll be hauling leaves for mulch for under my bushes and trees in my yard. People rack the leaves out to the street for the vacuum truck to take.
I go with my 45 gallon tub on a dolly, and my pitch fork and scoop shovel and gather leaves. The dolly makes it easy to dump them around the yard.
I've planted a lot of nectar giving plants and bushes for the humming birds and bumble bees and honey bees that bloom at different times of the year.
Right now in Nov. I have 4 Winter Flowering Mahonia Bushes and about 6 humming birds chasing each other around. The bees come out when the temp get over 10* c
In Jan. I have a winter flowering honeysuckle that blooms and smells heavenly, that the humming birds also like.
Ok If you can be great, at least be good.

Memory loss began to show female by july 4, so it's now 6 weeks since first hairs. I am using bamboo stakes (only on this girl) at about 3.5 feet above soil to create a canopy, similar to a SCROG. There are hundreds of budding sites. Star killer and Calif orange are just beginning to show female. Star killer 1 is being allowed to bud with minimal interference, star killer 2 has me reducing the number of buds to a dozen and cali will have only 2 colas. Daytime temps range between 80 and 100. But they are used to it and are thriving. nighttime 55-70. in containers. fed organic in flower twice. watering is whenever soil dries a bit and pulls away from edge. about 3 gallons does all 4 plants.
Plants are between 53 and 60 inches tall. Memory loss canopy is nearly 4 feet square. heavy watering 3.5 gal all 4 plants total.

just about finished up this week. Choc mint 1 is about ready for chop. Chopped couple of main colas as i seen couple of signs of budrot. Dropped lights down to 400w each as temps are starting to rise above 30c.
Choc mint 2 is looking unreal. Heaps of huge colas,think i will pull the most of this one. Will probably give till day 65.

Fed nutes at 6.3 pH. Runoff was close to 7 pH. Other than that they look like they're doing well. Very sticky and very fragrant.
The leaves of the CBD Blue Shark are a nice dark shiny green. The Wedding Cake is lighter. The profiles of both are starting to come out in the flowers. The CBD Blue Shark has these long, dramatic white pistils. The Wedding Cake is starting to show its creamy colouration with red hairs mixing in with the white and looking very delicious.
The smell is incredible in there now. Fruity and creamy and delicious.

Day 50 (22 of flowering ) flowering is really bloom ing now, i’m playing a little with lamp distance cause is a 100 watt non dimmerable so i hope to increase light to bud, they need now.
Now she really needs a lot of feed. I give 1 lt every2 days.
Day 51 (23 o flowering ), another 1 lt full.
Now she’s eating 1 lt every 48 hours, and when she need it anyway. But she need à lot more thème before.
Day 53 I had to supercrop this branch that was too close to the heat ventilation. I hope it will save the branch and increase maybe that bud.
Today another 1 lt of feeding, and I think that from the end of this week is going to need more.

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months!
I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl!
I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks
It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil.
Day 1 we had a high temperature of 84°F. We had intermittent storms and showers throughout the day that took care of the watering.
Day 2 we had a high temperature of 88°F. We had on and off rain and thunderstorms throughout the day. The rain took care of the watering. These are recovering well from the nuclear defoliation. They also responded well to treatment.
Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons from the well. I treated these again with Growers Ally fungicide. The warmer nights, blazing sun, and this fungicide have really cleared up that powdery mildew. They've also decided to go all in on flowering.
Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94° with sunny skies. Heat index was over a hundred. It was super hot today. I watered twice about 8 gallons total. Everything looked good after treatment.
Day 5 we had a high temperature of 95 and partly cloudy skies. I watered twice about 4-5 gallons each time with well water.
Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered twice today 4-5 gallons each pot, each time.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 88°F with sunny skies. I watered 5-6 gallons each pot.
This week was a success. The powdery mildew issue has been cleared up. The Growers Ally fungicide worked great. These girls have rooted into the ground through the pots which is helping some of the 100+heat index days. It's hard to keep these pots moist in that kind of heat. Overall it was a great week.

Germination requires 3 things - Darkness , Warmth , Water
One thing i should mention - Growing autoflowers, is difficult to do well,why? because from the moment that seed sprouts, you have a finite amount of time before she is finished, so any fucking about with anything ( repotting,pests,nutrient issues) , will lower yield.You can sometimes get them finished in 10 weeks on 20/4 but unless you have a controlled environment its hard to go more than 18/6 without heat and humidity issues.Autoflower breeding has come a long way in the last 10 years,Fast Buds is one of the pioneers.
Day 1 - Tuesday 16/10/18
Put into wet root it cubes , then into the net pots with the clay pebbles, then pots into my rooting dwc boxes , placed a dome over the top to increase the humidity .
Day 2 - Weds , nothing happening yet !
Day 3 - Thursday , I think she has popped , not quite up yet , see pink picture
Turned light on 17/7 , why ? because I think this is best @ 13-15,000 lux
Bestva 800 (150 watt draw) Led approx £100 , I would buy the dimable cob version if you can .(900 or 1200)
Day 4 - Friday , looks a little distorted , has she got three leaves ? night time took a pic on the G7 ....
Day 5 - Saturday , definitely three leaves , might just be the first node , fingers crossed she will be fine , was quite worried she wouldn’t make it , gave her 20 ml of room temperature water , with a syringe onto the root it cube ,
Day 6 - Sunday , looking ok , nice and green , I’m hoping the roots will be into the reservoir by now , you have to love fast buds , the germination rates are almost 100% , I have included a picture with the rest of the pots , for reference , there is a gorilla glue and a tangiematic, two of my favourite Fast Buds strains , which I started around the same time ,
IMPORTANT- do no let the root it cubes dry out before the roots are into the reservoir , make sure the bottom of the net pot DOES NOT touch the water
Day 7 - Monday , I checked the water level and the ph , it has lost a little due to evaporation , root is well into the reservoir , I will add some nutrients tomorrow, seed on top right has pushed up but no leaves, this is NOT a fast buds seed, just shows u,... i have also put more pebbles in to cover up the holes, it would be nice if they did a pot that didnt have holes all the way to the top !!!
Building DWC - you can build a DWC quite easily , out of cheap items , the ones in this week , were made by a friend of mine (Kev) when he spotted the box at Poundland for £1 - all you need is a black plastic box ( black so no light penetrates the roots ) with a lid , a 127mm hole cutter , air pump with tube and air stone , 140mm net pots to go in holes , some clay pebbles , and root it cubes , I will make a little instructional video , the reason I put them in here is because I will transfer into my IWS oxypots , which are too big to go into the tent ,and as the led is better with small plants it’s much easier .
