what is small is beautiful. The girls look healthy and vital. coconut has an unnecessarily low EC - 0.8 and pH 7.4 - both from leaching measurements from coco samples in distilled water. The EC of the solution will be set at level 1.5 with the intention of gradually increasing it up to 2.5. pH by the same principle with a start around 6 and an upper limit of 6.5. looks easy right? Planted the seed straight into the medium, water was PH’d before given to 6.3 and humidity dome placed over the top.

Gave both these girls approx 46 hours darkness before the chop but wish I hadn't. All it did was cause all the sugar leaves to dry out and make the trim so much more work haha!

First major defoliation

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated in 48hrs and 4 days later it broke ground and hasent slowed down. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. Another week down week 5 flower has brought huge gains in bud growth the structure of critical kush is awesome. And the best bud production is yet to come this should be a healthy yielding plant stay tuned !

Flushed the grow medium with 35 gallons of water! Just de-chlorinated tap water from here on out. Harvesting her a little bit earlier than normal, for the lighter vibing herb. She looks like she's done growing yield, and is finishing off with a nice fade.

Finally got her down. Day 203 21/11/24 Thursday Its finally time 🙌!! She has had 48 hrs of dark and more mildew started to set in so thank goodness I chopped her today!! Have not had time to weigh her yet, but wet trim, and deeper wet trim of sugar leaves affected with mildew have been removed. She is now hanging in tent to dry, with heat mat, and extraction on low. Humidity is 66% and 18'c. Her colours have deepened and her aroma is potent!! Strong sweet floral smell , similar to the perfume 😍 Uploaded pics and a short vid of before the chop. So here we are Growmies, we arrived at the long-awaited flowering period. Basically this week wasn’t as busy as the previous ones. I stopped tucking branches at the end of the week so she can just focus on the stretch from now. At the beginning of the week we changed the solution as the DWC was almost empty, this means she drunk almost 10 litres last week.💦👨‍🌾🏻 It seems the leaf discolouration is totally gone so thanks to everyone for the tips. 👊🏻 That's why I love this community, I can always count on you growmies if I need help.🙏🌞 I could already see some pre flowering signs 7 days after the switch so that’s super fast imo. Running the TSW2000 at 45% around 30cm above the canopy. Wasn’t at home for a few days and only made a few shots this week. Hope everyone is having a great week. Day 78 from seed touching soil. #1 was eaten by bud rot, really heavy, buds all in dirt, she was very low, overstreched from lack of light and water, so went all to bin. Two plants were worthless, last hope on late one . #2 is still going, shows preflowers, big plant. Happy Growing !!!

They had an hour drive roadtrip today, I hope they didn't get stressed. Moved them to their new home where they are under a 825W Gavita HPS. Today I stopped the Botanium's nutrients and started the Advanced Nutrient's PH Perfect Micro/Grow/Bloom, 1ml of each, inside their 1lt tank. Overall so far they look really healthy, happy, and smell good. This is basically an attempt to grow weed the easiest way possible... I started this grow under my desk with fluorescent tubes ducktaped on it... It's also an experiment to see if it's possible to grow Cannabis with a Botanium. This is an almost completely automatic grow using a simple automatic hydroponic system pot that has an inside timer and waters the plants every 3 hours, and they also claim that it's impossible to overwater the plant with this system. Let's see through this test... The capacity of the pot is kinda small to grow a big juicy tree, so I'm trying to get just a few nugs the simplest way possible... The strain is Green-O-Matic which is one of the smallest cannabis strains ever bred. It consists of some really interesting parents which are White Dwarf, Low Rider, a short Moroccan landrace and a short Ruderalis landrace I hope you enjoy this simple experiment...
