So, after seeing the N deficiency and feeding it some protein, I noticed after all this time there were no new roots forming in the sencond zone in the hydroton, so I thought maybe I forgot to drill holes to let the roots through. Turns out when I was moving things around, only the very bottom of the basket was in the water, so the hydroton was mostly dry and the roots were drying up before getting to the water. So this week I made a new carrier for the pot to sit further down in the water and this should remedy future N deficiency as the roots will be getting the nutes from the aquaponic system. Plant still looks great, started LST this week to help fill the width of the screen. Will be moving into the tent after my widow gets harvested.

I came back from holidays to realize that I overwatered my plant and mismanaged the aeration and ventilation of the box. The plants grew so much that the box got too full. I had to prune the top of the moby dick that was touching the lamp. Most plants started to loose some leaves from the bottom. Not a big deal, I was planning on defoliating anyway. Worse, because of the lack of airflow, the plants are super flimsy and i broke a few stems haha. On the video above you can see the repair i've attempted. I bought two more ventilator to improve airflow and attached and repositioned the stems thanks to the bamboo sticks.

New flowering continues to develop on this lady, she seems to be swelling up day by day. Yellowing of the fan leaves has started which usually means it's time to flush, I need to check the trichomes to see how amber they appear before I do just in case the flavour or yield could be effected.

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. Very big yield for such a small plant, this plant got topped my other ones without topping grow way bigger. the plant starts slow but once she start budding it goes all by very fast also a heavy drinker. The smell is also intense when they flower, never had so much THC on leaves everywhere when trimming. this is definitly a keeper for its speed and yield. Dry bud weight was 85grams and 4 topped like this one can easy fit under 400watt

Hello Growers 👋 👋 👋 At last I am doing an update 😇 It's Day 49th big changes occur in my tent. She is a cracker 😇 😇 😇 after that small L.S.T. she released her potential. She is so so so huge, all that tops you can see are a side branches 🤯 🤯 The Gelato growing very healthy and very fast, this is one of my best looking plant so far. Day 39 to 46 of flower Basically the girls are on autopilot, with the autopots and Gaia green there really isn't much to do, both methods are super user friendly and the basic needs that need to be meet are just ph water in the reservoir every couple days and then watch them stack buds on top of buds...Occasionally I move a branch over to another square in the net to make room but Basically after the last top feeding it's just watch and weight, pun intended....

Not much happened this week, but they are stretching. 😄

I think we have reached the end of another life cycle, this week I only used water to make the plant properly drain the nutrients in fact the leaves have lost all the green of the chlorophyll. now i think i will turn off the lights for 48 hours and then cut! 💪🏼🤞🏼

I came back after vacation, the girl is ready for cutting, the rainy weather has started, so there is a threat of rot, you can say I managed to find just a few small pits in time and removed them and threw them away, the big and stiff flowers look fantastic:) but after a long trip I was tired, so I didn't take quality photos :( no everything else, I am very satisfied with the result I got:) its smell already lets me know that it will be good:) a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) I will update the weight when it dries.
