Fat buds and 4 phenotypes. The first two are very similar: indica and very productive. One is a highly sativa phenotype who grows high but have large-indica leaves. At last I found a not so big yielding phenotype but it produced top buds with much resin.

I’ve been waiting to try another of Royals Automatics, Fat Banana is a strain Im growing along side Gelato and Gorilla 😁 It’s been an eventful first few days.. The 3th week into the 12/12 cycle went smooth. I've got the impression that the Pineapples aren't stretching much. The pre-flowering stage has changed into the actual flowering stage. I think it will take about 10 weeks of 12/12 to get these Pineapples ready. I've done some final pruning and removed some leaves above the screen that were blocking light for lower shoots. Smell is coming in so this week I've placed the carbon filter in the tent. It's still the Can – Lite 600pl filter that did a great job in my previous run. This was the feeding shedule of this week. Day 1 → Each 1100 ml (0.29 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 2 → Dry Day 3 → Each 1100 ml (0.29 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.46– ph 6.1) Day 4 → Dry Day 5 → Each 1150 ml (0.30 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 6 → Dry Day 7 → Each 1200 ml (0.31 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.48– ph 6.1) The week started with the cobs still at the same height and power as last week ended. 8/19 - Start of week two and so far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/21 - I think I may have two phenotypes going here. It seems I have two of the faster growing/taller pheno and one of the shorter, slower growing pheno. 8/24 - Doing a 24 hour brew of some compost tea for all my plants. I think these new seedlings will love it. 8/25 - Watered all with compost tea. They seem to be coming along nicely. No issues so far!

All the Pheno’s are green and healthy, Indoors was overwatered or the substrate got too cold. I started seeing what looked like Iron lock out(pale yellow/whitish color on the new growth’s basal leaflet). I reduced the frequency of the added Coconut water powder and Aloe Vera powder and allowed the substrate to heat up to above 72 degrees Fahrenheit(was 68F) and now the new growth is turning a vibrant green again. #1 and #4 are my favorite out of the outdoor and indoor sisters. The indoor plants started showing sex on April 18th 2022, still waiting on outdoors to show sex.

Se usó pk1314 de Canna esta semana. Las plantas tienen muy buen aroma y están pegajosas. En cuanto al tamaño, si han aumentado de tamaño, pero no lo que esperaba. Hay dos que van un poco más retrasadas y espero que en semana 10 aumenten más de volumen. La planta que no estaba tomando agua ahora está bien, volvió a la normalidad. La planta con manchas en la hojas se quemó con el pk1314, no estaba lista. Nunca lo estuvo, no debí echarle. Happy Easter Everyone! Time for an update During week 10 NEW LIGHT installed!! ViparSpectra XS2000. So excited! I think the plants are a little shocked from the change in light but hopefully they recover just fine. This week 3 of the plants definitely started showing some issues I have never had before. I started noticing rust spots on the upper top leaves of the plants which I believe was the consequence of the following... A.Nutrient lockout B. Soil PH too low from over fertilization C. Soil PH being too low due to the peat moss in the growing medium. I have purchased dolomite lime as an organic alternative to properly balance soil PH for my next grow. I did do a light flush with PHd water at 6.5. Plan for week 11 Going to be adding some Calcium to the soil during next watering to see if that helps new growth on the plants (Tuesday) At this point I will be just keeping an eye on more rust spots forming on the leaves. I have backed off on adding more P & PK at this time because I think I over fertilized last time. I am learning a lot still with every week of this grow. I know now how to dial in the nutrients and better amending soil first. Since my soil has peat moss I think that had a lot to do with the acidity as it breaks down. Really hoping these girls continue to finish out okay! Thinking that they will take the full 14/15 weeks at this point.
