I've stopped giving them fertiliser and did a root flushing 4 days ago. They are looking good, smaller buds of what could have been with the correct equipment and dedication but I can't complain. I don't have a magnifying glass so I'm basing myself on the pistils to know when to harvest. I think I'll give them one more week but everyone is welcome to give me advice, would love to receive feedback from more experienced people.

This is a cross I am testing. I am using a "hempy bucket" style grow. It is a drain to waste system that uses 80% perlite and 20% vermiculite as the grow medium. I will use these solo cups for the first couple weeks and up pot from there. I like to keep my growing simple and fairly inexpensive, I will use General Hydroponics for the entire grow except for the cal-mag. My intentions are to use the 10 week standard feed schedule made for these nutrients unless I run into some major issues.

thinking about adding root stimulator. Still have not needed to water the pots. The plants love 24/0. Going to need fan and filter relatively soon...

Week 7 started, plants are going well, biscotti mints 1 looks a bit behind of biscotti mints 2.. I flushed both plants, one in the beginning of the week 7 and number 2 after it dried out from last watering yesterday.. breeder says plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks so now only water and watch the trichomes to harvest in the best time 🙌🏼

Day 2 from week 9 Flower and they are almost ready, i gave the one last watering yesterday and it was the last one for this round 😅 they all look amazingly beautiful, each in her peculiar way ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Over all it was an easy growing grow, loads of training, defoliating etc but wen we want to have a full sea of green it requires love and dedication or it becomes a jungle with no mean, low production and a place were problems start to appear, and we want to avoid problems not deal with them 😅 by all means wen they appear we must deal and take the knowledge and learnings out off them, so that in the future we are able to prevent getting in the same situations 😅😉😆❤️ Day 62 and they are in dark mode for 20 hours now, keeping my night VPD around 1.26Kpa this means the temperatures are 81 and the humidity is at 52% , they will stay like this for one more day and them i will harvest. Week 8 - Dead line is coming, starting week 8 of flowering. The routine is maintained, feeding only with water. The pistils take on an orange color. I think Gorilla Girl will pass 10 weeks of flowering.

8/25 put in closet for 48 hrs of darkness before harvest 8/28 actually did almost 3 days of darkness but started trimming and chopping. Getting ready to hang. Day 1. 8/29: 72°F and 50% humidity. Still wet. Even the small buds Day 2. 8/30: 70°F and 47% humidity Day 3. 8/31: 70°F and 52% humidity. Looking more dry than id prefer after 3 days of drying. But the conditions arent exactly ideal. Day 4. 9/1: 70°F and 49% humidity. Humidity dropped which sucks! Day 5. 9/2: 75°F and 37 humidity. Temperatures rose and humidity dropped a lot. Buds are super crispy. Im gonna let them go another day. Day 6. 9/3: time to jar the buds for curing. Dry weight is 43 grams

Well after a miscalculation on the feeding weeks I am back on track. I gave them a drink of PH 6.2 water on the 15th I will feed them this week with another Bloom, Humic Acid and Big Fruits I will increase them by 2 ml per gallon. I am out of the PK booster and should have enough of the other Green Buzz Nutrients to last the grow. They seem to be responding well to the feedings. I might have a little nutrient burn on some of the sugar leaves. Over all autos that don't get very big, the PPM level I have been giving them might be a little high. so one more week of feeding after this 1/25 last food before the 2week flush with Clean Fruits from Green Buzz Nutrients. something similar to a flawless finish I am guessing. till next week Roll Bigger Joints.😺

Really happy to harvest this girl. Made sure I pushed her to the max. Just about 70 days. She was done around 65. 14hrs into pre fower and beyond. I find that with High ppf with less hrs. Makes for much better phenos. Really happy to say. This is SUCH A 100% TOP strain. And it'll be 500% a auto that I'll repeat Mind you I've hardly ever repeated any strains. Except mimosa X orange punch auto and super lemon haze. And a few CBDs. So, if anything that should speak volumes to me saying this is a tip top strain. Going to run her with one of their new autos, apple strudel is meant to have very high terps. All about the taste. And this Apricot Auto from Fastbuds has this in spades.

These were 2 clones I took at the middle of flowering and the only retreat or issues I had is I wish I would have vegged these two clones at least 3 weeks more. Dos si Dos 33 from Barney's Farm is one the most beautiful strains to look at. !!!!

Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Fugue State #2, in the black pot is still a bit shell shocked, hopefully it opens up soon. Well both #2 and #3 damped off / shell shocked to death, so there's just one left, c'est la vie. #1 is trucking along well and ready for week 2. Just chopped last night. About 8oz wet weight. Did a good amount of wet trimming, will do a final manicure once it is dried. This grow has been an absolute blast - the girls were good to me and didn't give me much trouble. I am a man of variety, so I always try new things - so not sure if i will grow it again but if I had to, I wouldn't be mad at all :) Smoked some scissor hash it is sure was tasty! and strong - got me feeling reallllllly nice. Will update in a week or so when it is dried to report on the dry weight. And then some time after that I will report on the smoke once it cures :) UPDATE POST HAND DRY: The plants hung for 6 days, and have now moved into the jars. Dry weight of exactly 2oz. 51g buds, 5g trim. I had no idea that cannabis loses its smell a bit as it dries - so i got super worried at first, only to realize this is normal and the beautiful smell returned shortly. Will continue to update after curing for a taste/effect review. UPDATE ~ 1.5 Weeks into cure: Looking back it think I did too much dry trimming. It had been cold at that time, and I was paranoid about mold. It dried quite quickly, and I might have been out a day too long. I was aiming to get them in jars and have it sit at about 60-65% humidity - but when they went into the jars it never went higher than 54% and kind of settled down at 48%. But the buds aren't crispy by any means, so maybe my humidity meter was off. They do seem a little too dry though - and the buds are definitely quite airy. My grow light is pretty small, so I'm not expecting super dense buds. From what I've read, I'm worried they might have over-dried past the point of "curing"? Or maybe I'm reading too much into this, idk. This is all a learning process and I'm enjoying it regardless. It was my first grow so I definitely have room for improvement within my current setup. I couldn't wait to try it so I've been sampling throughout the curing process. The flavor and scent profiles are definitely changing, and for the better - but it doesn't have that same "dank" smell it had when she was a living plant. Not sure if that's normal, but probably just didn't have the best drying process. Obviously this early, I'm not expecting amazing taste and smell, so let's see how some more time does. I will say it gets me stoned, for sure haha. It's got a nice dark green, purple color too it with a decent amount of thichomes visible. Honestly, the smaller plant (#1) that I stunted early on has a better scent/taste already, versus #2 that looked so good. Not saying #2 is a bust at all either. It has this earthy, almost cheesy flavor profile. Interesting. Back to the effect - it worked to the point where I feel laser-focused writing this update haha. It definitely has a hybrid effect, with a nice euphoric uplift, while helping me relax and ease tension. I'll try to keep updating this as it cures!

The plant showed some problem areas on the leaf, and the characteristic red stems appeared on the upper floors of the plant. I began to wonder if this was due to the PH level or not, but I added some PK 13-14 just in case. keeping track of the PH level when growing on soil is very difficult for me. On coco substrate it was easy there are still some problems with the humidity of the tent, because my ventilation with a pc cooler and a charcoal filter mat for the hoods can barely cope with the large vapors of the leaves
