She's now kept fully indoors, producing more buds hopefully. I removed nearly all seeds developing in the popcorn buds, avoiding damage to the colas as much as possible. Tested the little charas built up on my tweezers, pretty dang potent I have to say. Temperature and humidity is a bit high and I can't do much about that for the time being, she's doing fine regardless. She used to have more of a freshly brewed coffee smell to her in the past 2 weeks, now that has turned into the smell of an entire pastry shop with an italian espresso machine running. I've removed a tiny branch with some popcorn buds that wasn't going to grow into anything substantial anyway, it dried until now and I gave it a try. VERY potent already, tingling body sensations straight away, clear headed and gently uplifting high just a touch towards the indica side, but otherwise very balanced.

Howdy, This week has gone well, plant seems healthy with no noticeable deficiencies. My res leaked because a tube I had in the back was in the wrong place but all is sorted now. Thinking it was a crack in the tub, I drained it... So I had to replenish with a new set of nutes which I'm going to drag out for another 5/6 days. PPM's are steadily dropping and PH is increasing so shes definitely ready for a richer feed. Also learned about different TDS with the whole 0.5/0.7 conversion rate. When topping for the 3rd time, I was a little too rough with one of the colas and it snapped without me realizing. I noticed about 2 hours later by which time it had already dried out a bit, its still alive but the growth is stunted. Added a bit of PK as I noticed a few fan leaves had purple stems, cleared up within 2 days and back to lime green 🙃🌱 Update 22/08 - Day 30 from Sprout. Changed out res as PH kept dropping and leaves started to go very slightly yellow. New nodes are already growing well, 3 times bigger than 2 days ago. I think I'm going to flip on or around the 6th of September, which means a total of 45 days veg, or 6 and a half weeks. Next couple of weeks will just be about pruning lower leaves and some HST/LST. Might get a scrog net, tried using a tomato hoop but the one I have is shit... Going well so far anyway!

This week went by quickly. They're doin their Pre-Flower stretch and getting big quickly!! I added my Pre-Flower mix to them this week. My Nutrient Pre-Flower Mix consists of H20, Coconut, Bananas, Pineapple, Sweet Potatoes, Kelp, Alfalfa Meal, All Organic Non-Pasturized Whole Milk, Epsom Salts, Black Strap Molasses, and L.A.B. or Lactic Acid Bacteria. First, I boiled the coconut, pineapple, sweet potatoes, the bananas, and left the skins on as well except the coconut of course! That I had to split in half and make sure to keep the water inside to add to the boil. After boiling everything I then let it cool and then added it to a blender to blend little by little. After blending I left separate and placed into the fridge. Then I took 1 Tbsp of Alfalfa Meal and 2 Tbsp of Kelp, 500mL of the milk, 2 Tbsp of Epsom Salts, and mixed them in a 750 mL bottle. Then I took 1L of the mix and added 2 Tbsp of L.A.B. and 2 Tbsp of Black Strap Molasses and then shook the bottle well! Then I took the 750mL bottle and the 1L bottle and fed that to the plants adding 250 mL of pH H2O to the plant as well to flush the ingredients all into the plant with the H20. I wanted to also note that I choose to slowly defoliate so that the plant doesn't go into shock and also fan leaves collect light in all spectrums so taking too many off at a time could hurt or slow the growth of your plant! The amount of light your plant takes in daily is called DLI or Daily Light Index. Overall, they're really growing and have a ton of us sites developing!

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. However, in the past decade, a goal of all this tinkering has been what some producers are starting to call “Royal Respect” with the soul of marijuana's benefits going toward both body and mind. 12/8/21 - Wow! They are popping! The humidity is still high but we’ll get it under control. 12/9/21 - They look really good! Stretch is under control now. They are flowering hard right now. We ordered a dehumidifier as we don’t want any mold. 12/10/21 - Looking good. They are bulking up by the day. Still feeding as they get dry. We gave them a feeding today. See pics from today and yesterday. 12/11/21 - The ladies are showing off. Frost is starting to form! See today’s video. Dehumidifier will be here in a couple days. 12/12/21 - Looking good! We are very excited for the buds to be showing off so early. This week will be the last with Beastie Bloomz. Then we run Cha Ching until harvest. 12/13/21 - A little humid but looking great. I use the demetheart system method, I put this seed to sow in a mixture of vermicompost and vegetable black earth, which I diluted with light mix! 50w LED bar for the moment but I have to change it quickly, it's not powerful enough! I don't know how it happened but the seed came out of the ground by itself!! It’s starting well 😅 I put some mixture on top of it and luckily it came out of the ground like all the others!! let's go to the competition UPDATE : the plants have stretched too much, the clone light is not bright enough, I'm going to move them!!
