Ok, so it's slowly getting thicker and frostier. At week seven my girl could be ready in anywhere from two weeks to four weeks more. The light was dropped closer to the top of the canopy. I decided to try 15 cm of distance, as well four 50W LEDs are not as powerful as the 600W HID or LED panels that are usually used in grow tents. I will of course keep an eye for signs of light and heat stress, but I suspect that won't be a problem. Update Day 89. Today I decided to turn the plant around to see the back colas and their growth. Then I found some mites under the leaves after examining weird spots in a couple of leaves. It seems to me that there was not enough airflow to deter the mites from making home in the back leaves, when compared to the front leaves of my plant. Lesson learnt, rotate plant often, ensure good and even airflow. I didn't find any webs beside a really small one seen on the video (most affected leaf). So, I think I found them mites early. I only found this kind of damage on very few leaves, and each leave contained less than 8 mites (at least that I could see) and a couple of eggs. So it seems that paying close attention to my leaves saved me from an out of control infestation. Anyhow... I removed all of the leaves that had even a single mite, or a single mark of discoloration. Also, I disinfected the grow tent, top of soil and lower part of the branches by spraying them with a 1/4 tbsp of bleach per liter of water. After that was completely dry, I mixed one part rubbing alcohol with 9 parts water and misted both sides of the leaves and even the buds directly (ethanol evaporates easily, so there shouldn't be residues left after it dries completely). Prevention is key, and some aspects I could've considered before are: 1. not grow any other plant next to my cannabis 2. Don't come into my indoor growtent after tending my outdoor plants. 3. Ensure even and plenty airflow. So, I attacked back strongly. I cut more leaves than those that showed damage, to increase airflow. I will be on the watch for pests and will rotate my plant often, as well as spraying a few times every week, just to make sure they don't come back. I also am going to build a kind of metal wire cage to separate the colas further and make it harder for any pest to spread. Its only my second grow, but from what I've read online about mites, it's way more costly (time and money) to deal with an infestation than to strike them hard early. I guess that specially now that I noticed them before they even made webs. Look closely at your girls growbros ! Update day 90. So this morning I. Becker the trichomes and they seem to have gotten more cloudy. I am not an expert at that, but they are starting to be fewer clear and more milky. I will keep an eye on them, but it think harvest might be here very soon, probably closer to the 9 week mark than to the 12 week one (I'm about to finish the 7th week)...

Overall this was a wild grow. Had some ups and downs, trial and error, but at the end of the day I learned a lot and I’m going to keep on trying new things. Wish the solo cup challenge was still going on I totally would have won.

So we've hit day 49 with the girls! Everyone seems to be happy. The 2 little runts are now the biggest in the crop, they're super stretchy and about a week behind in flowering. I hope to be able to harvest all the plants at once as I plan to dry in my tent, but if I have to do a staggered harvest then, I guess I gotta do it. Nutes are listed above, everything has been working excellent so far. (I may be trying different coco nutes next run, as I'm suspecting the H&G set I'm using has contributed to the stretchiness of the girls.) UPDATE - DAY 51 - 09/01/21 Everything seems to be just fine at this stage in time. the runts are flowering slowly, so i hope they pick up sometime soon. 1 of the plants(the healthiest since day 1) seems to be a week or so ahead in flower. I'm still hoping to chop the whole tent down at the same time (Fingers crossed!). UPDATE - Day 53 - 11/01/21 The girls seem to be happy today. Pheno type 1 ( plant 1 + 2) - Much more bud production than the rest of the plants. pheno type 2 (plant 3 + 4) - runts of the litter are now the stretchiest out of the lot Pheno type 3 (remainder of plants) are inbetween pheno 1 & 2. Thought I'd show you guys some root growth. The 3 plants in the video are all gorrila zkittlz.... Non of which look the same or are growing the same way lol. No complaints its just interesting too see such difference characteristics from the same strain. GS#3 The tallest isn't as busy but has huge root growth and strong branches (thinest leaves darkest green) GS#1 The smallest the probability the most symmetrical but shortest in root growth (widest leaves and lightest green leaves) GS#2 The Mid size plant is basically a mix of both all round

This plant was planted a week after the other six plants in the tent and she stretched very good during the first week of flower, in veg I saw she was gonna get big fast, she grows super fast and ended up the same size if not bigger than her sisters, very recomended strain, amazing powerful smell, very strong cerebral happy high, I enjoy a lot sativas, diesel it's not my favorite flavor but it's definitely awesome for everyone specially you diesel fans! Congratulations to Gea Seeds providing amazing quality strains to the growers!

Day 51: So today is my usual watering day but decided that I can do it in the evening instead of the morning. How wrong I was, blue dream at the back was deeply unhappy with that idea. I came to water and shed dropped like crazy. The other BD was ready eventhough she wasnt due until tomorrow, I feel as though I may have gotten a little complacent with the 3 day water. I'll be checking after 2 days now as I dont even bother to lift the pots to check. All back to normal after watering. (Watered plain PH 6.3 water) Photos arent quite as good tonight as I was rushing as my phone was going to die. Will get some better ones today Lastly, a big thanks to marshydro for sending me the tsw-2000! Girls are looking awesome under it 😏👌 Super easy to install, I've left at the same hight and set the brightness to about 50%. Using my cheap light measure it's a little more than what they were getting before. I'm getting a much better coverage with the tsw-2000 than what I had with the 2x viparspectra P1000s. I'm really happy with the light already, I'm sure the girls are going to love it just as much as I 😝. Day 52: all is good! Girls aren't dropping an hour before lights out so I have increased the light to 65%. Really good sign, maybe they like the mars light spectrum a little more than the VS. Checked on weight of the pot today, still feels real heavy.. I'll be shocked if I need to water tomorrow, maybe it was just a one off as it has been a little warm. We shall see tomorrow! Day 55: the older blue dream is showing a pretty heavy P deficiency. This is likely due to my laziness.. I've been feeding her the same as the others even though she looked like she could take some more nutes. Fed them all today 4L ph 6.4 530ppm 1ml/L big bud & bloom B 0.5ml/L b52 0.25ml/L cal mag Bads are starting to put on weight and pistils are browning a little roughly 30-40% are browning. Getting closer to harvest 😁 Day 58: watered 4L plain Ph 6.4 (All) Small defoliation of all 3 plants, increasing light penetration and airflow to the bud sites. I feel like I really identify with this strain. This is only the second one I've grown but I can read her well. If you think you've got a green pheno, try dropping your nitrogen and your temps to trigger her genetics (epigenetics) to influence her phenotype. This girl is almost done. She's right on schedule. Her trichomes are about 90% cloudy. I'll let her hit up to 20% oxidized. She's fattening up nicely. Her bud structure is much different than the first Blackberry, she's much more solid/ dense.

Slowly dropping the ph down to 5.8, I can tell I stunted the growth just a tiny bit. But I checked the bottom of the cups on day 10 and I saw some root heads poking out the holes on the bottom, so the roots are growing atleast👍 Day 14 today is the last day I will be giving them water only, next watering will have cal mag and GH nutrients and silicate. Runoff was 5.9 ph, so im finally in the sweet spot

Yo, what’s up, friends! Harvest day is getting closer 😍 Cannalope Haze is pretty much ready, but I’m holding off until Sleepy Joe catches up — I think just a few more days. The trichomes are mostly milky, with a few amber ones showing, which is exactly how I like it for a more uplifting effect to keep me productive throughout the day. For drying, I’ll hang the plants in my tent and aim for 20°C and 60% relative humidity. Let’s see how it goes—I’m excited to see the final result. Stay tuned for updates!

I think she's done!! Lots of leaves went yellow during the week and dried up. Harvesting her in the next few days.

All good and looking happy. Started some LST. I was undecided if I was going to train these girls but decided to do it. I gave a 1/4 feeding of Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag extra. Now that I've had a good watering schedule down with slight dry back they have been surging with growth! One starting to flower fast and the other is right behind it.

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering and she’s looking pretty good. Trichomes are developing and the buds are thickening. So far so good. Aug 27: looking close to ready but I’m not in a hurry. Will see in a week or two how it’s progressing.
