Aug 10: Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is doing great. Three weeks now moving her into the garage which is enough, and now I can just leave her in the yard which is easier and scores another couple hours of sunlight per day. Nice solid start to flowering, and I like the schedule used this year for the force flowering. This strain is delivering on the promise of being big and fast. Bright sunny day and I’ve got the UV lights on. About five hours today with the UV lights at mid-day. Buds are looking really good. The bud development after 3 weeks is amazing. The buds got visibly much fatter just today. Compared to some fast plants in previous years, this one is about 2-3 weeks ahead. Very well suited to short season outdoor growing, but partially due to full darkness in the garage rather than just phyto-forcing with the far red light as I did last year. I’m still using the far red light, but putting them in the garage provides more darkness and helps get strong flowering started. Aug 12: nice fat buds forming quickly, gotta like that. Aug 14: fast, fast, fast. Flowers are progressing quickly. Added three tablespoons of a 50:50 mix of Power Bloom and malted barley. Added as top dressing and then watered in. Aug 16: cool, overcast all day, a bit of rain and smoky so not a nice mid-August day. Rain should help but out some fires in northeast BC, Yukon, and northwest Alberta. maybe. I really enjoyed growing this single plant in a small space like a first indoor experience. The end result is not exceptional but it is fully acceptable for the setup and the period in which the plant has grown. I very soon hope to bring more serious diaries to really start having fun.

The OG Kush has wrapped up week 4 of flower. She got a healthy defoliation to expose bud sites, and is now on track to bulk up. She's been moved to the center of the tent for the rest of the grow. She's recharged and on cruise control from here on out...only removing dead leaves. Starting to smell like a funky citrus fruit. Still pretty light on the nose and trichome production has been minimal.

420Fastbuds FBT2311 Germination Week Time has come yet to start another amazing Tester strain from 420Fastbuds FBT2311. Started germination on 2/7 by soaking the seed in just water for 48hrs then planting it directly in the soil (Roots Organic 707) in a 3gal fabric pot. I spray the top soil with my gallon sprayer keeping it moist for the next week. After 48hrs in the soil we have sprouts that emerged that appear to be healthy and happy. All in all Happy Growing

DAY 97: Lucky Charms smells fantastic. And she's just starting to plump up now. I am super excited to smoke this one as the quality is going to be amazing. Story time: My 12 month lease got terminated 6 months early, last week. The owner of the house is selling it and, as of today, we have 50 days to get out and somewhere else. So I can't flower the White Widow as soon as I'd hoped. I can't flower anything until we get into the new spot and my veg area is getting CROWDED. I have a new place lined up but I'm stressing about moving all this shit 2 hours, and twice as worried that I may have to find a motel or something for a day or two while our new house is ready for move-in. At that point, I literally have no idea what Im going to do with any of the plants. Life is crazy. But since I wont even be flowering the White Widow until this move is complete, I'll keep ya updated on how it all goes. 🙏 The White Widow wants nothing more than to be in the Flowering room. Even if the lease thing wasn't happening, I still need to work on my timing. I've been popping beans a little too soon and now I have 3.5 waves of plants in a major traffic jam lol.

Raised the lights today. Yesterday I replaced water and cleaned the tank after noticing chlorophyll build up around pump. Overnight it seems the two of them drank a half liter. I topped off the aerovoir reservoir this morning.

She’s taking forever and she’s so massive! I think her bud growth has slowed. I had to defoliate a couple weeks ago. She was outgrowing the tent again. I took a lot off of her. That’s probably why the slow growth now I’m thinking.

So, I harvested my 2 older girls around 4 weeks ago, the 2 younger ones took that extra 4 weeks, just chopped them now! Initially, I was really upset when I harvested the first two - they just looked really bad and loads of fluffy larf. So, I wrote a negative review but I deleted it because when I smoked some, it was really good! LOL. But still just had no good aesthetic. I decided to feed the younger ones way more nutes than I was giving the other ones, and increased the rate of water feeds... and WOW. They responded so well and they came out HUGE!!!! MAN!!! These nugs came out beastly. The older ones 100% were being fed way too low a dosage of nutes, and were not watered frequently enough. I've only just chopped them all and hung up to dry. Will update with a smoke report when they're ready! So, the pics im posting are of the two younger plants that were harvested later. I do not have pics of the earlier harvest, unfortunately, but it looked terrible (from my own doing it seems as I mentioned above). As you can see in the first pic, I had to hold her up as she was falling over on her own weight because the nugs were so heavy (actually had to use many ties to keep both the plants from falling in the final 2 weeks). Not too many pics but just an idea of how they were looking. Dense, big, frosty - not SUPER gassy in smell but still smells good! The side branches were all looking like main colas! Didn't LST or anything, just a bit of lollipopping and let it do its thing! Each pic is of a different bud site. Will also update with more details such as weight when it's dry! Girls look fresh and healthy..green and vigor. Almost too big for those pots..last week in those pots and then to 5 gal + some clones to cut and go to flower in the sun. Got BF Pineapple Chunk seeds shipping right now so will be reported next diary.
