So around April 20th I decided to go all in and purchased the following: grow tent, Vivosun 600W led light, Vivosun air filtration kit, a timer, thermometer/ hygrometer combo, 2 fans and the General Hydroponics flora grow trio. This is just from stuff that I've seen on YouTube, mainly on the "from seed to stoned" channel. Dude seems to be doing a decent job and I initially gathered info from him. At first just the light came so I installed that, put one of those reflective sunshades for your windshield as a light reflector and used my humidifier. That was that. Can't remember the dosage of nutrients per plant really, but it was probably around 1 ml of micro and 1 ml of grow per gallon. Didn't feed em that amount of water, just a bit. Decided that Gaia was to be moved in a 5 gallon bucket, just to see how it would perform being moved straight into its final pot. I did some research and bought Fox Farms Happy Frog soil so that was that. The other seedlings were moved into solo cups with the same soil. At this point I got excited about the prospect of my first grow. I was never really interested in growing but sometimes if I put something in my mind then I'll dedicate myself as much as possible.

Lit marker from lit farms is going to be another winner from lit farms. I can really see the growth structure from the permanent marker plant I grew in the past. Also the plant has taken on the same bud structure as the gas cream Runtz and one of the bubble og phenos. You can really see the lit og bud structure show through in a lot of lit farms plants. Really tight round nugs with the most interesting curly hairs. Everything with this bud structure I’ve grown has a great gas smell under a candy smell. This plant is also starting to have the same kinda fade to the leaves as the permanent marker I grew b4.

En la semana 10 nos encontramos con una planta más fornida, con un sistema enfocado en alimentar y nutrir los cogollos, podemos ver que poco a poco las hojas se vuelven más pequeñas y la parte principal toma cada vez más fuerza aumentando el volumen del cogollo, seguimos con riego de 1.5 litros que a consideración de la maceta es poco, pero este cultivo siempre lo maneje a niveles de agua bastante limitados. Podemos notar que space cookies está un poco más delgada en tanto a masa principal a comparación de somango47, esto lo atribuyo a su condición de pythium adquirida en vegeta, pero su cantidad de flores no es menor. Los aromas predominan en el armario, más aun con su tamaño de 60x60, es como ir a un mercado de fruta jajajaja, por un lado somango mostrándose como una niña muy frutal y con algunas tonalidades cítricas con cogollos muy resinosos, Space Cookies por su parte con tonalidad más Tendiente al pino y frescura, algo más rocoso su aroma en comparación de somango. En lo personal estoy muy contento con el cultivo y en cómo se han desarrollado las niñas, es mi primer cultivo y estoy muy motivado y con conocimiento nuevo listo para implementar en mis próximos cultivos. Pulled and trimmed and drying out , had a great run with no dramas , top Genetics on display here the fruit is fruity , sticky and packs a real punch . Will grow again no doubt . Thanks heaps weedseedexpress

12-28 Scc got plain ph water. 3x got none. Just a day to show off their moves. 😂🤘 Scc is happy. I suspect she may not like plain water though. 12-29 3x plain ph water. 12-30 Scc half tsp build a bloom ( I put ml last week, think it was stuck in my head 😂), 1/2 tsp recharge, 1/8th tsp kelp and 1 ml drops. Upped the dose of build bloom from 1/4 to half tsp. Was only 310 ppm after stiring and desolving for several hours. Felt low, but taking it slow. 3x gets all the goodies on her next! . 12-31 Started a 2 gallon tea. 1/4 cup poo, 1 1/2 tsp build a bloom, 2 ml drops, 1/8 tsp kelp, 1/2 tsp recharge, 1 tbs molasses. Bubble bubble. Ppm is 612 brewing. 24 hrs Bring in the new year with some goodies! 💪🤘 Happy New Year! 1-1 Gabe them both the tea. Ppm was 623 ph 6.2. Mmm

The week starts Monday Jan-27, being day 27 of flowering. Plants are looking very good and healthy, albeit some bigger buds at this stage is missing. Carried out more minor defoliation, only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly. The canopy has a few branches stretching out typical of Sativa genetics. Hoping the bud sites grow bigger soon filling up the space. Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just under 3L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%. ---- updates for prior 4 weeks -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-20 still flowering away. Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds. Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. 420 Fastbuds week 2 Gorilla Zkittlez Auto What up grow fam. Been another awesome week of growth. Keeping everything the same as Keeping it simple is working great so far. They both have very great color of green and new growth it almost seems daily. All in all Happy Growing

Week 9 - Week 9 And Plants Are Looking Fine - Plants are healthy and they have a very nice structure of branches. Looking forward to seeing the bud development.

👉The final dry weight, which was 369g (13oz) is just buds, no trim or larf. Just Good big buds. Great plant overall. Had a phosphorus issue that lingered, it foxtailed at the end and in the last day hermie bitz appeared on almost every branch end cola. Sturdy branches, lots of food factories. Wonderful aroma that wasn't as stanky as most. Spend 4 hours trimming. Started at the bottom and worked my way up. I put the end cola of each branch on its own label clothes pin and hung on a rack. Each cola was weighed wet and cataloged. after 24 hrs I started putting each cola in a paper bag and the net buds in a larger bag. It took 5 days to reduce the dry weight to under 30%. When they hit this mark they went into the jars which were labeled according to their documented location. I figured the weigh reduction percentage by comparing weighs from the initial wet trimmed weight. In each jar I also added a hygrometer. Surprisingly the RH of almost ever jar was under 58%. None of the jars required any burping to remove excess humidity. At that point I added moisture 62% moisture packs and put the jars in the closet. I sampled bud J till this writing. It didn't start getting tasty till the 4 week mark.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Week 6 These girls stretched like 10cm in a week had to control them. Defoliation followed by SCROG technique to help control the height. Fertilizers Plagron: grow 4ml , bloom 5 ml , Vita race 4ml, power bud 1 ml , power roots 1ml . Pest: applied spider boom as a preventive measures. Always better to prevent 1ml per liter sprayed on the leafs bottom and top. I am growing other strains but nothing is bushier or bigger than the Lemon Orange.This strain is definitely strong and easy to grow so far.

Alles entwickelt sich sehr gut, nur hab ich heute 3 Pollensäcke gefunden und gleich entfernt. Hoffe das nicht noch mehr nach kommen sonst muss die Lady ausziehen. 17.07 Es wurden sechs weitere Bananen entdeckt und entfernt. Komischerweise nur an den oberen Buds, Ich hoffe, es werden nicht noch mehr, aber bisher lässt sich das Problem im Zaum halten. Ansonsten reagieren die Pflanzen sehr gut auf die Erhöhung des Düngers nach Schema

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.
