27.11 Bud swell a little bit delayed because of the lower temperatures overall this time of year. It is around 21-22 degrees inside the tent in comparison to 26 in the summer. I hope they will be done by Christmas. I ve had a little problem at my spot and have to clear everything out for a few days. Bummer. Plants are on vegetative irrigation schedule. 6, 150 ml shots followed by 3 replenishment shots. About 10-15 % runoff.

This week I added one last compost tea and two rounds of unsulphured molasses with my watering's, other than that I've just watered and watched her. Trichome production is still ramping up and trichomes are still clear, with more orange to brown pistils.

Smooth sailing. It's crowded so it's a challenge to take pictures. These plants have just kept going and going. It's a good grow to me. I forgot to change it, but the lights have been on 12/12 for 2 weeks. Dehumidifier and other decisions have helped me to have a pest and plague free grow (knock knock).

We will have a great yield Day 60 1500 plain water, then later in the day 1500ml Late Flower Blend, flowering is going very well, light at 100% Day 61 1500ml Late Flower Blend, will folllow by 1500ml plain water Day 62 1500ml Late Flower Blend, will folllow by 1500ml plain water These are going to be super powerful buds! Day 63 1500ml Late Flower Blend, will folllow by 1500ml plain water - growing very well!

Our little plants had such a big growth spurs, little but of a smell but not to bad, just defoliated a little so the middle and bottom gets more light. Just added nutrients and can't wait to see what they produce.

Day 78 - The start of week 12 and from looking at her and the trichs, she probably won’t be getting chopped this weekend. Gave her a good flush with the sledgehammer yesterday so hopefully the depletion of nutes will push her to the end sooner rather than later. Day 79 - Still just waiting but her leaves are starting to yellow a bit so she seems to be sucking whatever she can out of them to finish up. Can’t wait for her to be done to get a taste. Day 80 - Leaves are starting to fade pretty good now and almost certain I’ll be chopping her this week or this coming weekend at the latest. Trying to push some more amber trichs into her. Day 81 - No real updates, she’ll be getting the chop no later than this weekend. Most likely on Saturday.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. End of week four and plants still look great to my eye. Stretch is finished and now the plant is really going to focus on flower development so the next few weeks should show a lot of growth of the flowers. The smell is starting to really become noticeable. It’s hard for me to pinpoint but it almost smells like sprite but extra lemon limey. I’m thinking around 5-6 more weeks until she’s ready to chop. We shall see.

I did less work in the grow this week, had a busy week. 1. Added 6ml of CALMAG to girl #2/NCH cross on this week’s feeding schedule. 3ml helped in changing its color from yellow to green. 2. Went gorilla mode on the LST, #3 and #4 went great, but I ended up injuring heavily baby girl #2. I guess i didn’t understand she was the fragilest from the very start, RIP main cola. 3. Also, set the buckets apart and topped #3 and #4 again.

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...

Day 39 to 46 of flower Basically the girls are on autopilot, with the autopots and Gaia green there really isn't much to do, both methods are super user friendly and the basic needs that need to be meet are just ph water in the reservoir every couple days and then watch them stack buds on top of buds...Occasionally I move a branch over to another square in the net to make room but Basically after the last top feeding it's just watch and weight, pun intended....

Hey guy's Ok so here we are at day 74. Girl scout cookies, First of all DAMN what a smell straight up cookies like some mint and a faint liquorice notes to it. But this girl is picky and i learned a lot for my first run of this pheno, Next time around she will go straight up organic with only 6.5 ph water from the Blumat and i topped her to grow 4 tops next time around that will help her breathe better against mold (i think). The main cola single top was so "sappy" and so dense and so fat it was thicker then both my fists together (I have big hands too), so at day 69 i spotted some mold on on her.......... i though i was doomed and all work for nothing i though i would never get to try it this time around after all this time and care. No i cut the main cola cut all the mold i could see with magnifier microscope and rinsed her in clean spring water then dried for a week, i might have lost a few nice buds but hey i saved her fruit in the end and i let the rest of the plant flower out until tonight 00.01 my time. need 75 to feel good about my self 😬. I didn't get the chance to take better quality pictures i am sorry friends i hope that okay with you 😬, due to work and kids i had little to no time this week, but here is the result. 😀 Edit: I will update with dry weight when all of it is dried. The weather has been gorgeous here on the West coast. After 2.5 weeks of veg in the Stealth Box, the Strawberry Cough Auto was showing signs of pre-flower. I planted this girl 04/16 into a 50 gallon pot in full sun. The Purple Grizzly Auto seedling is growing quickly. She’ll be ready for transplanting outside into the sunshine by next week.
