Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

D35 - The first day in the first week of flower. She was getting thirsty, so I gave her 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.2 and, as always, she drooped after. My old humidifier died on me, so today, I got a new one. It's a smaller version of the one in my other tent, and it is the cutest little thing, but hey, it doesn't need to be mighty for that tiny tent. I also got a new Inkbird to keep the RH constant. I already use one of those in my other tent, but I opted for the WiFi version this time. I shouldn't have bothered, though, as all it does is display the RH but doesn't allow the app to control the Inkbird. Pointless as I already have remote temp/RH monitoring. D40 - Today, I did some more LST and light defoliation to ensure proper airflow. The canopy shadowed the leaves I removed, so they weren't contributing much anyway. I've increased how much light she is getting since she is in flower, but I have to be careful due to the younger Chocodope girl in the same tent. Currently, I'm reading around 650 PPFD at canopy level but will increase that over time until I hit about 900 PPFD. Finally, I gave her about 0.6-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D41 - The end of the first week of flower, and all is well.

Our Tangerine Dream by Zamnesia is a strong piece because? I come from an area where mandarins reign supreme, when I was a kid the peels ended up covering the numbers of the first rudimentary bingo games. We all have a clear smell of mandarin in our nose and olfactory memory and we distinguish it from other citrus fruits, at least lemon. I had a Jet Fuel that was strong with mandarin and my friends all went crazy for example, "you can feel the peel" they tell me. It's like this guys when a strain is good ok it has to be strong, but the terpene profile reigns supreme. It has to smell, remind you of something, have an olfactory configuration is essential in today's cannabis and those citrus ones are the most recognizable but the nuances between the citrus ones are pure love. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the indicated techniques and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find it left to grow straight, we did a bit of LST on the lower branches but slowly we eliminated them. This week we are emphasizing the fact that when you grow the plant like this, but it is valid in general, you should send into bloom only the part of the plant that actually sees a sufficient amount of light that you must learn to evaluate. Everything that is below should be cleaned simply because it will weaken the production above. Better not to waste energy on the plant to produce weak branches and wake flowers Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to compare. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). We start bloom time now fertilize with: 1 ml/l Power Roots - 1 ml/l Pure Zym - 1 ml/l Sugar Royal - 1 ml/l Power Buds - 4 ml/l Alga Bloom We sprayed 3 ml/l Vita Race foliar fertilizer once a week. https://plagron.com/it We always have the excellent mycorrhizae from RQS flowing in the soil. https://www.zamnesia.io/it/5778-mix-micorrize-easy-roots.html Taste this strain a little bit, it's a cross of legendary strains ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10966-zamnesia-seeds-tangerine-dream.html Short Description Zamnesia // When legendary genetics are crossed, something exceptional can only be born. Flowering looks awesome on the ChemDog! Lots of bud sites and they're growing at a respectable rate. ATF's are running 3 plants in 3 diff stages- one's a couple weeks into flower, one's just starting, and one's still the holdout. Meanwhile, I've got flowering on the Night Nurse and one of the Viper Cookies. The rest are close but I can't say for sure they've transitioned. Weather's getting into a hot and humid phase, gotta watch that ChemDog. Think it's got a decent structure for ventilation but I've read horror stories on how the Dog loves mold. Further training of the branches has been fruitful, I'm seeing a lot more topside bud sites than usual. I'm working on irrigation-- I set up a 30 gal container and it works for drip, but without a pipe system it's still one at a time, although I have to admit it's worth it to save my back. Plus, I have to have a supply ready for use in case my buddy needs to fill in for me and water the ladies. Been checking the cameras regularly ( I have them all throughout the property, game cameras with IR flash), and to date haven't seen anything that would constitute a threat. Just some curious raccoons and one really ugly opossum. Even the skunks don't bother them this year, which is nice but a little strange considering they dig in them every year. It's really just the animals I'm watching for, people aren't as much of a concern. Mostly because I don't know any. Aside from that, I sleep with my head feet away from my babies, so somebody would have to have big brass ones to even try. Yes, I know, a little overprotective. Fingers crossed it'll be one hell of a harvest (by my standards). 8/11 Update: Been lucky still with the weather, but it's turning really humid. Fed the girls this morning, a mix of 1C molasses and 1/2C epsom salt in 20 gallons. Just a little supplement to the tiger bloom they've been feasting on. Speaking of the Tiger Bloom, I can't help but think I'd do just as well mixing my own nutrient solution, since the cost really adds up quick. For his year, however, it'll be fine. My watering gizmo is working well, just leaks a tiny bit and that's fine for the remainder of the year. Now that I have an idea of what works for me I can spend the off-season setting up something right. Had to thin out the Lamb's a bit, it wasn't getting anywhere near enough air flow. Also took a few on the ChemDog as I'm expecting mold/rot conditions for a while and she's prone. Shouldn't have much problem, wind blows almost constantly here, but you can never be too careful. Training is taking well, overall they look pretty good. Next year-- bigger grow bags, better soil, and much pickier seed choices. I think I may even abandon the idea of topping them in the future-- it just slows them down and you can get the same end results with training. Granted, my ladies are kinda sparse and ugly, but that's the learning curve. Next time around I think I have a pretty good idea of what to do and when to do it, based on what worked and didn't work this year. Another big thing is nutrient timing-- I def jumped the gun on flower power for a few of them and it just stunted them wicked-- shoulda continued veg food a couple weeks into flower even for the early bloomer, she'd be a monster.

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Week 4 done and in the books. I tried to limit growth of the side shoots during the week by pinching & crushing the stems. I will monitor the effect this has. Last week with her as main focus as there are some photo seeds growing alongside. I will veg them at 20h light hoping this blackberry is done before I have to flip those girls to flower. If this blackberry has to do a week or two on 12/12 so be it I'm afraid.

Very sticky snd dense nuggets, tons of resin in this autoflowering strains, they are high quality, as you guys can see both wedding cakes auto by original sensible seeds have the exact same resin production, very frosty both, very sticky and big fat main colas with all the buds from the lower plant are also fat, dense and sticky, just a dream come true 💎 very good automatic strain, doesn't even looks like an auto, super sticky and a very pure and strong aroma, she's been fed with only organic dry amendments by guanokalong complete organics and seaweed powder and florganics that's how I prepared her soil. Fruity Pebbles autoflower #2 is doing great. Once she got into the solution, she exploded in growth. She just got her roots pruned, lst, and selective defoliation done to her. She is growing in the Athena blended line nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. Everything is looking great, and ready for another week.
