It started off looking like a good week and then things turned and I was having major issues starting to show near the end of the week!! I could tell that lowering the PPM was a good thing and was showing some signs of improvement. Things were not as crispy and I was keeping up with the Nute, Water, Water feed with lowered PPM to around 840 on the Nute feeding days. They were drinking lots this week every other day I was watering/feeding. But near the end of the week things started to turn for the worse. The Purple Kush fan leaves were starting to turn yellow and the Cheese was starting to get crispy again. Pretty much all smells were gone at this point and the plants were just not looking alive and healthy. I was removing lots of burnt/crisp fan leaves cause they were not looking good. I decided at this point to raise my lights as high as they could go and hope that my issues were caused by the lights being to close.

There has been quite a bit of stress from nutrient deficiencies and excess water due to my inexperience but with the lemon I am avoiding all of this, I am still satisfied because it is precisely from mistakes that we learn ❤️❤️

NOTE 1: Afgooey Auto pheno #3 turns out it's a MALE. Resembled nothing like her two sisters ran at the same time. In fact, I had to move her to the 12/12 tent to initiate flowering. Little did I know or expect She would be a He. Lola by the Kinks is rattling round my brain about now ;) FEEL FREE TO HIT THE LIKE BUTTON IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ;) 2x4 French Macaron - at the time of this posting, FM is heading into week 8 flower. Second extensive flushing w/fresh rain water due to acidic conditions (ph >5). Been struggling with ph the entire flowering. I speculate ph issues due to over feeding. Ph is roughly 5.8 to 6.0 after flushing. At this point, flushing with plain RO water until harvest. NOTE 2: I've introduced two 5 gallon bubble buckets into the 2x4 grow tent. Both buckets have medium air stones running from a 125 gph air pump. Given French Macaron isn't scheduled for harvest until mid-January, I might not have cutting ready. First grow may have to be from seed. Update later. 3x3 Afgooey Autos and clones from previous grow - Afgooey #1 and #2 are firing on all cylinders. #2 running a bit acidic (>5), so flushed back to neutral with roughly 7-8 gallons of fresh rain water ph at 7.0 to 7.2. Same with clones (i.e., ph very low). Flushed with fresh rain water too. A couple days later plants look so much better. Wait till plants nearly dry before next watering. Trimmed and cleaned up three of the clones growing weird. Felt a bit like trimming a bonzai tree. Let's see how they respond.

Guys Shes looking very good but I am noticing that she is kinda short and I believe she got stressed out after all the techniques we applied on her, I think I will only go with LST/HST and defoliation for next time with the auto flowers, I think they don't have enough time to recover and I think we get to see it here because otherwise she would have grown like the cream Mandarine, she is an XL but not looking like that tho. Everything else is good, either that or too many nutes and she got locked out with nutes which I don't think so since she is giving nice smells and flowers and the main trunk got many compact buds forming sites, I just think I need to let them be since auto genetics are too delicates to fuck with, specially this strain not all the strains responds equally, in my experience amnesia, grapefruit and even cream Mandarine XL are warriors, they will resist and recover fats but this lady os very delicate and need to be trates carefully, we did a lot of experiments on this one and I bet the high is wicked bomb just the fact that will produce ultra high quality bud but not as much as you would expect im guessing 15g dry bud top and probably 40 wet but I will let you know at the end, I think I am going to harvest this girl in about 4-5 weeks from now what do you think? My favorite was the bussdown. She was east to grow smells great. Great yeild gets u straight stoned. Resist to alot , they didn't have any issues well a few others did.

Dealing with very strong winds this week. Also morning temperatures are below 15°C causing quite a bit of morning dew. Clear tarps are a big help as long as the strong wind doesn’t blow it away ha ha

The NYC Diesel is growing well! A slight skunky smell is already developing around the plant, so I expect she is going to get quite pungent as she develops. Recovery after the FIM seems fine to my inexperienced eyes, and I will be starting LST with lawn staples/plant stakes later in the week. She has been growing low and bushy which is good for my space, and I expect her to explode with growth over the next few weeks. Now that she is growing quickly, I am going to slowly increase the megacrop and cal/mag accordingly. I don't want to overdo it, but I want the feeding well dialed in for when flowering begins.

Doing her thing. I gave her quite a heavy trim, noticed a LOT of leaves around main cola. Hopefully light can penetrate into the main cola now. Trichomes going cloudy now.

Day 85. All is good, could be a bit better, but no care brings such things ... AK's all grow like twins, solid and strong 40-50 g plants. I like them. Og's : one is violet and big, great plant. One is very small, one is okeish. Very variable strain, lets see how different product will be .. Happy Growing !!!

03.07.25. Day 64 Plants are looking good. Due to lack of space and other plants fulling out their relative tents I am going to take these ladies down soon. Even though they can go much longer. Also temperatures are high which is bad as this can lead to terpene being loss. I don't want to but I think it is necessary. Until next time. Peace!

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

I need to add a little bit of calmag as I'm recently avoided it at all. Overall they growing fast. Transition week has finished.

Harvested her on day 70. Very loud smell and dense nugs, like expected. Very excited about how it turns out after curing. Absolutely recommend fastbuds if you are looking for high quality seeds for a reasonable price.

Hi everyone 😁 Welcome to my second diary. Strain of choice 🍌💜👊 Auto from Fast Buds 420. Normally I would use paper towel method but this time decided to try germination in propagator directly to substrate. 100% success. First girl showed in about 48h after planting and second maybe 12h after. 07/10 Seeds planted. Propagator at 22 degrees and 90% humidity. 09/10 Day 1 Girls popped through the soil. 13/10 Day 5 Xena and Athena comfortably transported to new 5 star spa resort and they do like new 14l queen beds 15/10 Day 7 End of germination week. 8th Week Report 05/12/19 - 12/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 05/12/19 Didn't changed reservoir as is more or less half capacity full. I plan to change it on the beginning of the next week(12/12/19). 09/12/19 Added a small and cheap diy dehumidifier kit built with a Peltier module (search on Amazon Peltier dehumidifier) 10/12/19 CMXL got a light defoliation where I removed bigger fan leaves covering lower bud sites 11/12/19 Even if they look healthy I added a small Humidity and Temperature sensor to be sure humidity doesn't get too high and let the mold form. However you will get an average humidity level the next week after some tests/readings. 12/12/19 I plan to change reservoir solution and increase its strength to 90% tonight, but diary will be updated with new values with the next week ;) For tomorrow (13/12/12) is also planned a stronger defoliation to CMXL before she gets in full flower, I hope it helps to achieve a better light penetration into the canopy and also it could give an extra stretch to the plant since I noticed that even after a small defoliation she stretches a little faster for a while. As you can see from photos/videos LSD is just doing good and probably she won't need extra training. Her sugar leaves are getting frosty as ice ;) Last Update 12/12/19 See you guys ;)

Day 29 - Let's talk about sex! ♀️♂️ So me, myself, and my OCD tendencies have had a busy couple of days obsessively stalking the preflower growth sites of my Blazin' Skywalker babies with a microscope. I have never had to sex plants before, so my natural curiosities took the wheel. I had so much fun being a complete and total dork that I decided to make a video for anyone else who might also be learning how to differentiate male from female plants. As I mention in the video, these are the earliest signs of my preflowers, so they may not be completely formed yet, but you can at the very least appreciate the difference in structure of the male and female parts and maybe some of you more experienced growers can chime in with your 2 cents? Do you think my guesses are correct? I hope so! 😜 Day 30 - Transplanted prospective female #2 into a 3 gallon rain science grow bag. Day 31 - Gave my 2 females a good watering with 6.5 pH water. 💦💦💦 Day 35 - watered the males with 6.5 pH water Gave the females a taste of some Green Buzz products mixed in their water. I took 1 gallon of water and added 4ml of Organic Grow Liquid, 4ml of Humeric Acid Plus and 4ml of More Roots. I then split that between the two plants, plus an additional liter of regular pH water until I had about 10/15% runoff.

Haven’t updated recently due to work/getting my forklift license, long story short I passed and now onto the plants. The gelato are looking very well so far, switched the lights to 12/12 half way through week 4 so should be another week of stretch and then we will have the flower production (my favourite part) I’ve seen some weird marks on some leaves, not sure what they are or if their a problem but they don’t seem to be spreading etc so idk what it is but they seem healthy imo.
