A honest opinion? I’m sorry that she could’t grow with all the space and light she needed. She’s good, I removed all the lower branches that light could’t reach, but she has not much space. Well, I removed 3 plants from the grow room and now she’s feeling better, but I hope lower branches will stretch up and fatten up a lot more. Peace ✌️

End of week 2 All is well so far

This was a smooth run as most are in the Dutch buckets. I flowered her on a 5 gallon reservoir which was a challenge to keep topped off towards the end when she was drinking over a gallon a day. Definitely my best autoflower yet.

The Blumats are pretty much dialed in after a few days. I used 5ml of flying skull Z7 enzyme in my 5 gal reservoir to keep the reservoir clean. I also have been ph correcting the reservoir every morning to 5.8-6.0. The first day of week 4 I hand watered in Nutrients mix until runoff(about half gal). I removed the large fan leaves on all three plants, then I tied Down all my Mains to keep them horizontal. I applied another half gal of Nutrients mix on the 4th day of week 4. On the 6th day of week 4 I experienced a runaway with my Blumats because I changed the settings too much at once and flooded my grow box. I used a shop vac to suck up all the runoff. I refilled my reservoir, added enzymes and lowered the ph to 6.0. I then dialed in the blumats based on Blumats instructions and will only adjust in micro adjustments this time to avoid another runaway 😬 Luckily running in Coco Coir having the girls over saturated wasn't the worst thing and the roots are sucking up a lot of the extra moisture in the medium happily 😀

We are almost at the moment of working our magic, we are about to go into flowering and the vegetative phase is coming to an end, our Zamensia Slurricane is a very beautiful plant with low internodal distance that looks like a small Japanese tree. We are about to do the last topping that will bring it to 16 tops, 16 small clones of the main cola that will come up I hope at the same time and all together and above all I hope that the cold will give us a great resin and a beautiful coloration. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit into over, it happened to her then you detach and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. 1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

12.5.25: I watered with some more Trace again. She's feeding well and needs watering more often again. I upped the dose of Trace as I've noticed that there are some purple hues coming back on the stems. 13.5.25: I have removed all fabric ties on the plant. I think we have stopped stretching, so the sooner, the better. I keep getting my watering can caught in them all, and it was only a matter of time before I ended up snapping more branches off 😅 The fewer things in my way, the better 🤫 15.5.25: I watered today as the pot had dried out almost. The plant was watered with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with the following nutrients per 6.5 litres; ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients The plants received the amounts below. HULKBERRY: 1l FASTBUDS: 2l NORTHERN LIGHTS: 3.5l I am not giving any further nitrogen at this stage. They had a couple of doses in the past week or so. I'm sure they don't need any more. So, I'm just using the kelp as it's packed full of goodness and high in potassium. I also suspect an excess of phosphorus. So I'm also leaving that out for the time being. There are still some red stems on the plants. added the Ecothrive trace for the last few waterings. I'm hoping it will resolve without any further intervention. 16.5.25: I watered Hulkberry with 1.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with: ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive Measurements per 6.5ltrs. PPM: 670 PH: 6.4 17.5.25: I watered again today with 2ltrs of the above PH'D to 6.2. Parameters remaining the same. The plant is increasingly thirsty, so the waterings have again needed to be increased. As we're reaching deep into flowering, this is par for the course. I'm mostly using coco, perlite worm castings. Etc. So it's very easy for my pots to dry out. I need to keep on top of it. As the pots dry out, the microbes are lost, and so keeping everything moist and healthy is imperative. That's why I add Ecothrive Biosys regularly to ensure I keep up with the microbial life in the soil biology. To avoid PH lockout. 18.5.25: I watered again, with the same parameters as yesterday. Hey guys, late into week 6. We had a wind storm roll through and thrashed the crap out of the ladies, luckily nothing broken or bent thankfully. I was quite worried because they where droopy gor a few days after but I notice they started to recover on thier own. They are still not 100% yet. Other than that last time I watered was Sunday. It's has been 5 days and the pots dried out nicely. Watered them with 50mL of molassas in 5gal of water pH to 6.1. Topped the tallest branches to help the lower canopy to catch up. It's been 2 weeks and each branch I topped already have 4-5 nodes. Perfect timing. Thanks for reading.
