I used my Max-see magnifier to take some close up pictures of Miss Mango Kushes trichomes. She is getting closer and closer to a harvest. It rained a little this week so I only fed her a couple of times. I am currently feeding her @AdvanceNutrients Jungle Juice. I have not had to defoliate this grow. I just didn't need to open up any space for sunlight, so I left them all in contact. I also had a snail that decided Miss Mango was a good home for her. I have no idea where that came from unless a bird dropped it. All in all, it was a good week. Miss Mango Kush is concentrating on her bud growth. As always, Let's chat it up! See ya next week.

Going to run 6 different fast buds strains this time.Dropped the seeds in the water and now a wait for the tap roots.One of the seeds is from Papaya cookies last run I found a single perfect seed and hopefully she grows as strong like the plant she come from :). Germinated all seeds in RO water at room temps for 24 hours and gave a little tap with a spoon and they fell to the bottom.I left them in the dark in water for 48 hours total and placed them in a warm wet paper towel in a sealed container for 24 hours.The seeds all developed nice tap roots 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch long and I planted in 5 gal pots.Using a 3 inch layer of fox farm ocean forest on the bottom and the top layer is Pro Mix.

FINAL WEEK! 14!!!! Lets go! I will start off by saying I am totally blown away with these plants! Not only did they grow way taller than expected, they performed very well considering my goof ups. The photos posted are the final stage of these plants, week 14. ILGM has really awesome genetics with these White Widow Autos. Each plant may have grown very differently but I predict they will all have high yields! They flourished using 100% dry organics but it would be interesting to see how they do using bottled nutrients or even synthetic. This will be my last flowering post before harvest details. All 5 plants were chopped on 5/6. I lightly wet trimmed and hung them all to dry in 50-55% RH back into the original tent. For final wet and dry weights I will post that all in my final harvest. Adjusted air space between basket bottom and surface of reservoir as there is more moist air now because of the increased bubbles (splashes). Week 3 for the solo is officially complete. She's been growing with no trouble. Root development has been excellent. As you can see, I decided to mainline. Seeing as she's in a solo cup, I'm not too worried about stunting. I'm horrible at measuring the water intake, but the cup needs to be watered daily. It's as lite as a feather everyday.

They seem to have packed on some decent size this week which I’m glad to see but the trichome production leaves a little to be desired. Some of the lower buds look more frosty than the top buds which seems weird to me but I don’t really know that much lol. My ph runoff has been a little low which I think has to do with the molasses I gave them which wasn’t blackstrap which I think raises ph. Anyways, next watering will be with about 7.0 until my runoff corrects, it could explain the yellowing leaves as well. But the runoff is 6.1-6.3 which shouldn’t be that big an issue so it could be something else but I’m so close to the end messing around too much is probably not the best thing to do. Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!

expanded the pot patch to include some companion planting and cover crop this year. Added 2 yards of grow max composted soil mix from the local garden centre. now 18" deep and I will be adding some leaf mould, myco and a super microbe tea to kickstart things. ************UPDATE************* due to the shit weather in Canada this year I have decided to NOT plant an outdoor crop this year, due to late season start and big el nino which means lower than norm temps and lots of rain for us which = issues growing.

These girls are looking good, they are slowly streching at a good pace. They are still on a 6.4-6.8 ph which they are loving. No burnt tips from over feeding. There branching is good, stems are thick and sturdy, dont think I'm going to need support. So they get fed & inoculated once a week (@900-1100/ph:6.4-6.6)on Tuesdays and watered (@170-220ppm/ph:6.4-6.5)(acti-vara/cal-mag(2ml/gal.)) some times I dont have to use a buffer (ph+/-).

She truly might be becoming the Gorilla that was promised, huge leaves. Not as pungent or bushy as the Orange Hill beside her but she seems to get there. I'm finally seeing some exponential growth, I'm going to give them as much rest as I can coming weeks to maximize growth before flowering and to prevent (hopefully) them going hermie on me, which both Gorillas and Orange Hill Special are prone to. I have made a video to thank them for letting me use their SP-3000. What a beast of a light!! Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for letting me test this awesome light! I have made a new layer of topsoil made of organic coco-peat, which should help me prevent more fungus gnats. They already seem to hate it and are wandering around in agony trying to dig in...
