So far pretty fast growing for 2 weeks since start. Had 1 that was over watered but made a easy comeback. Started giving half nutes or less because of size and container size. Will be putting in final pot next week. Also had some cloudy cold weather but the next 2 weeks are looking good so they should really take off as it said 9 weeks to harvest from germination. Happy growing

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

The buds got a little bigger and more pistels are getting orange. The plants are also taking up less water. A lot of trichomes are turning milky or are already milky and a few are amber. They're about to reach harvest within a week or so. First I would like to see more amber trichomes. I've also dicovered a swollen calyx with a seed so there must be a hermaphrodite in the room. That's the disadvantage of a scrog setup. You can't check everything 100% So some buds will have seeds, I just hope not too much. 🤞 This was this weeks menu for the Pineapple Chunks: Day 1 → Dry Day 2 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 3 → Dry Day 4 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.5) Day 5 → Dry Day 6 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients. 8 ml Terra Bloom, 2 ml Power Buds and 2 ml Green Sensation was added to 4 liter (1 gallon) of tapwater (ec 1.24 – ph 6.4) This was the last time they've got nutrients. Day 7 → Dry From now on they'll only get ph adjusted tapwater mixed with deminiralized water to get an EC value of 0.3 and I'm going to add CannaFlush to one batch next week. Cobs stayed with the same power and height as last week and that was 320 watt at 45 cm (17.7 inch) → DLI 43/PPFD 995 Next week DLI/PPFD will get lowered to 38/880 for 4 days and then lowered again to 35/810 till the end of the run. Temperatures fluctuated between 19.2 – 28.7 °C (66.5 – 83.6°F) and humidity levels between 42 – 70% Till next week! Best grow yet!!! These ilgm og kush are a little fickle butas long as the ph is good and you start early on the cal mag and don't overfeed these ladies will treat you good!!

They’re doing their thing outside, harvest will come up very soon for at least 2 of them. No nutrients, no water, just rain water and lightning LOL 🌩️

Happy palindromic 4202024. To help celebrate I’m starting a couple of Euphoria seeds and making the first diary entry of the season. This year i’m doing two photoperiod plants, starting today, and two autos that I’ll start in mid-May. Apr 22: moved into soil after about 48 h in 25 C water in the dark. Have a ripe apple beside the seeds under the foil because apparently the ethylene gas that is given off helps. Science paper I happened across last winter - will post reference when I remember. Apr 25: removed foil (and apple) and left on a 25 C heat mat beside a light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. Weak light, warmth, and high humidity is what they need at this stage.

Moving along. Battling a couple teeny tiny PM outbreaks. Changed the set up to put the dehumidifier and heater closer to the intakes. Defoliate quite a bit, added an oscillating fan and spread things out. Seems to be all clear. Found spider mites on one leaf of this one. Haven’t seen anything since removing the leaf and treating with OG Biowar foliar spray at full strength. Also two soil drenches at full strength.

Anyway it's the wettest on the hygrometer scale still the earth got a bit compacted i guess, shame because most of the work will be going on down there after all. with the fan fixed now pointing directly up, might get the vpd up a bit, this six shooter is the only six shooter out of the three with a leaf temp at -3 , my bottom half purple cous kush, fbt 5 and fbt 1 are all at - 3 too. ah well, i've seen worse problems. she'll get topped up with light mix, watered with cal mag and aloe gel , for now she got one kelp spray this week pHed to 6.0 with GHE dry pH down at 0.1 grams for 250ml with cal mag in it at half a spoonful. spraying the soil with amino acid concentrate a 0.25ml for 250ml to try to rectify the pH of the soil after i "missed" a lot with the spray and it got to my soil. can't wait to start co2 that's it !

Drunken Bitch Slap is doing really good. She has stretched a lot. So much her leaves get clipped by the fan on accident when I am working on her. My photoperiods room is looking pretty packed, and flowering nicely. I am really glad to be back to healthy grows. I do have a slight fungus nat issue. They are not super bad. I see one once in a while. So hopefully she developed some nice dense colas. She has been eating, and drinking like a champ. Its looking really good under the Hortibloom Solux 350. 5/3 - topped between 5th and 6th node, removed first node, pinned branches out flat, removed 2 big fan leaves blocking the lower branches, watered and fed, gave a bit over one quart. She's showing pistils already! 5/5 - repositioned the training wires and removed the top 2 large fan leaves. One of the lower branches reached the side of the container, so I topped it there.
