📅 Week 9 (Days 56–62) 🌸 Mid-Flower | Bud Development | Nutrient Monitoring This week saw a clear ramp-up in flower density. The buds have begun to take on noticeable weight, with trichome coverage increasing steadily — not just on the sugar leaves, but now crawling onto small calyx fans. There’s a tangible stickiness to the upper canopy, and the diesel/cardamom/citrus terp profile has deepened. Aroma is more persistent after lights-on, lingering even after ventilation. Leaf health has required a watchful eye. The lower fans have continued to yellow and were removed incrementally. Nothing alarming yet - mostly older leaves giving up their stores. But toward the end of the week, I spotted some yellowing beginning to creep into mid-canopy areas. No burn, no twist - just fading. I’ve continued feeding - full strength Advanced Nutrients this week, including one adjusted dose focusing only on Grow (3.5 mL in 2L) to boost nitrogen in response to the yellowing. Watered with 2L at pH 6.4. No runoff, but weight and hydration have been monitored closely. Still a slight risk of earlier shallow root development limiting uptake, but the plant is holding its posture. One environmental slip-up: I noticed the leaf edges starting to taco slightly mid-week. Tracked it down to the humidifier being off. Once re-enabled, RH returned to 50–55%, and the issue self-corrected. No further signs of VPD stress. Trichomes: Still mostly clear with very few cloudy. No amber in sight. Maturity is progressing slowly - right on pace for a post-vacation harvest. Action points: – Continue feeding through Week 10 – Monitor yellowing mid-canopy - may respond with another Grow-only supplement if it progresses – Keep RH stable with the new humidifier – Macro checks every few days to watch for trichome shift 🗓️ Overall: A stable week with increasing density and trichome output. Aroma building. No rush yet — plant is following a long, even curve into maturity. Feeding schedule holds, with my daughter planned to feed once or twice while I’m away, then transition to water only.

Yet another fun and eventful week! I did some final defiliation and LST before I flip them next week. I'd love to repot these into 3 gallon pots and veg longer, but I just don't have the space. I should get a good yield anyway. They grew well this week, and filled out nicely. I'm loving the way most of these are developing. The topping worked well and my canopy is looking good on these. I didn't have any problems this week. Everything went well, and I had a great time!

Unfortunately my digital timer was defective and made the flowering phase delay by 2 weeks. From one side, this delay allowed them to stretch a bit more. On the other side, it made me start giving bloom nuts with bad timing, thinking the bloom phase was already started. In other words, I gave bloom nuts in the last 2 weeks of veg. This means I’ll have to give them “week 3” bloom nuts for two more weeks, maybe reducing by 50% the B-52 and Big Bud dosages (they could be a little too much). Let’s now talk about the lady: well, she’s growing like a monster: 73cm!!!! She is the biggest of the grow room. She’s been growing 7-8 cm every day in the last days. That’s impressive! Woohoo, I love sativassssss! They will make you feel like a king, and they will be your queens 👸 By the way, sativas are WILD, and they make you sweat before showing their pistils. That’s what’s happening now. As well as the two Euphoria, they’ve not shown anything but a small pre-flower (not even a pistil for the moment). We’ll see in the next days. 03.05.21 hab heute morgen die Pflanzen alle einmal durch gespült mit klarem Wasser ohne irgendwas natürlich Ph eingestellt auf 6,5 hoffe das das mein Problem behebt mal sehen wie sich die Ladys die Woche so schlagen. Werde dann wenn alles gut läuft mit halber dosis green sensation weiter fahren sowie ca halber dosis sugar royal, blüte dünger fällt erstmal weg bis aufs erste...... 04.05.21 heut stand nix an ausser beobachten der Ladys Töpfe sind noch gut feucht vom spülen hab fast 65% rh im Zelt In der Nacht ist nicht so toll aber muss ich durch Wetter ist auch beschissen was dem ganzen auch noch zu steuert zum kotzen...... 05.05.21 die Pflanze scheinen sich einigermaßen von der überdüngung zu erholen, ich hab das gefühl das die blüte weiter an schwillt auf der linken Seite. Gelato # 1,2 und 3 sind jetzt auch seid gestern dabei ihre stigmas in caramel zu verwandeln. Kann es kaum noch erwarten zu spülen und dann in den Endspurt zu kommen aber bis dahin sind noch ein paar Wochen..... 06.05.21 heute stand mal wieder nix an ausser mich an meinem Ergebnis bis jetzt zu erfreuen hab mir auch heute schon mal Gedanken für die nächste Runde gemacht werde wohl beim nächsten Grow mal nur mainlaining machen ohne netzt ach ja und es wird auf den Wunsch meiner Frau 4x purps og die Kaffee caramel lady.... 07.05.21 heute stand mal Die erste terp Kontrolle bei gelato 41 #2 an und siehe da es sind schon einige milchig dazwischen aber noch nix bernstein würde schätzen das ca 60% milchig sind und 40% noch durchsichtig also noch zeit bis zur Spülung hab mir heute gedacht ich zeige mal die Höhe der buds im Durchschnitt linke Seite ca 20 cm rechte Seite ca 10 cm der Geruch der Ladys ist eigendlich garnicht so typisch stechen nach Cannabis solange ich die Ladys nicht bewege sprich gegen die röhre vom Netz komme das bisschen wackeln am netzt lässt sie sofort stinken wie ein stinktier als würde sie versuchen mich zu vertreiben oder meine Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen...... 08.05.21 heute stand auch wieder mal nur das beobachten und begutachten der buds an ich kontrolliere fast täglich auf schimmel und dieser Geruch ist einfach traumhaft heute hat er mich dazu verleitet zum Eis laden zu gehen und mir erstmal Haus gemachtes Eis zu kaufen ich werd noch fett wegen der Sorte dieser Duft macht hungrig auf süßes....... 09.05.21 endlich wieder eine Woche rum kann es kaum noch erwarten zur Spülung zu kommen dann kann ich endlich einen genauen Zeitpunkt für den cut festlegen und mich neu sortieren für die nächste Runde gibt so eine schöne Aussage die ich in meinem grow Buch gelesen habe "kiffen macht nicht süchtig, growen aber schon" ich persönlich empfinde es ganau so. Ich bin schon richtig Heiss darauf neu zu beginnen, während meine Frau einfach nur Heiss aufs Endprodukt ist.....

Update the to a 4x8 this week and added a HLG 300 V2 RSpec with the futur vert FM8 flora max 660watts pumping 960 watts now .. Every thing is stacking up an fattening up beautiful in week 4 , The frost is coming out like a snow storm now in to week 5 flower ... I’m very impressed with the bud size on the slurricane ix this early on !!

She was getting a little pale so I added a bunch on nutes last week to see if it would help. Doesn't seem like it did so I tested the pH and it was pretty high. Added some pH Down this week and got the pH down to 6. She got a good dose of nutes after that. We will see how the week goes. Hopefully next week she'll be a lot happier. 💚

Started to flush GG Auto 2 (Grown in 70% Coco & 30% perlite). Since she's getting heavy and falling over I bought a cheap net (the wrong size ofcourse lol), but it does the job. Just waiting for those amber trichomes now! Hoping to harvest her on day 90. It's very humid here where I am, so have had the dehumidifier going non stop which is making it much hotter in the tent. Trying my best to keep temperatures below 30c during the day. First grow so any feedback would be really appreciated!

Yooooooooyoyoyoyoyooooo, Beginning of week 12. Could i harvest already? Yes. But i want to wait at least one more week until harvest so probably week 13. I read that waiting a week more than usual can boost potency and yield as long as it won't get too hot, but it won't - hopefully lol. The E.C. was kinda high 1.1 So i partially cleaned the reservoir, emptied about 6 liters and refilled it with pH water Well the Plant is looking absolutely stunning and is definitely one of the best looking plant i ever grew. In Reallife she is looking so much better. Over all trichomes over trichomes, the buds get more and more purple, and they look SO dense, I LOVE IT! Really good genetic. If i can get my hands on the Photoperiod strains from fastbuds i will grow some mother plants and will try cloning for the first time, Growing in Deep water culture is awesome. For me, it's more fun than on soil. i want to try coco but if i try coco i will buy something like the autopot system. im too stupid for hand watering and will screw up at some point. the less i have to handwater the lower the risk Thats for this week, have a wonderful day, and see you next week, cheers!

day 2 - the amnesia haze has stretched because of too high temperatures and too much distance to the LED i used. why only one of them, idk but they still stand good on their own, both. still just spraying the soil like 2x a day at the moment. day 5 - after i took the picture i refilled some soil on top because of the stretch. her sister, wich even stretched less then her, was falling over to the side about 45° after the first time propper watering (not spraying today) and i noticed that she actually had her root system already above soil level. 1 small root (1cm) was going above soil completeley and the stem was very white like 2mm above soil. when i noticed i refilled like 1,2 cm soil and just for safety reasons i gave my own the same help. just in case. at the moment they still go inside over night and also get some extra day time vor vegeing under a small veg LED (about 25 watts or something) just to be sure she does not bloom somehow.
