I'm currently trying to compensate for deficiencies. I hope it's with magnesium and cal. has accomplished. I think it looks very good and am happy about the aesthetics of this plant every day. Hi everyone 🤗 This week the Orange Sherbert Phenotype # 1 and the Zkittlez Phenotype # 2 were harvested :-) Now the Victory Kush 1 - 3, Zkittlez 1 - 2 and Orange Sherbert 1 are ready to dry. Solo cup challenge continues to press along. Not much change, plants are in veg, growing and healthy. Still a few weeks before the flowers start so I hope to get a bit of size going before it does. 🌱 Week 3, Day 7 Update: Buds Are Blooming! 🌿 Hey Grow Fam, We're cruising through Week 3, and my girl is really coming on—buds are starting to form, and it's a sight to behold! The girl is growing so fast now, drinking 4.5L a day. She could even do with in-between waterings, in my opinion. She's aiming for the stars and shooting for the moon, getting bigger every day and stinking out my room. I had to tie my light higher up with some rope as it wouldn't go any higher, and shoots were getting way too close! I did SCROG when flipping, and I should've been a bit more strict on it (did it longer), but now I realize why SCROG is used. Imagine if I never used it—she would be way too tall. Overall, I'm so happy with how she is growing and can't wait to see the final product. :) But, as with any journey, we've hit a little bump in the road. Despite keeping our feeding consistent at 850ppm, the runoff readings have been creeping up. Last check-in showed a runoff of 1400ppm. It's got me thinking we might be dealing with a salt buildup in the root zone. To address this, I'm sticking with our feeding routine at 800-850ppm. If the runoff ppm keeps climbing or if our plants start showing signs of nutrient burn, I will adjust accordingly, but as of right now, I'm sticking to the same feed as she looks great! ( If I do begin to notice signs of nutrient burn (excess), I will try to water with a lower EC/PPM, like 700ppms, to bring it down. But if I don't get the results I'm hoping for, I will just flush the plant with 3x the media size of water (just plain pH water) to wash out any old salts and reset the medium. You don't really want to do this with coco depending on what stage your at in flower, veg on the other hand flush.? Sure!, if you really need to reset that medium go for it, (i do see tiny signs of burn but thats fine if it gets worse then i have a problem) Let's stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize—beautiful healthy buds. The ladies really didn’t have too much change this week except girl #2 seems like she’s caught up in height to girl #1. I have to make a correction to from week 3. I stated I topped the girls when i actually did some light FIMing.I wanted to be sure i corrected that mistake before my diary process any further. I kind of went a little too heavy on the feeding and the girls showed some slight yellowing and a 1 leaf started to Slightly curl into a taco. Nothing too serious but I definitely will be dialing back on the feeding doses. decided to do some defoliation To the fan leafs that were significantly blocking light from future bud sites. I’m not sure how these girls will take to me cutting off foliage. Only time will tell. These girl are starting to put off Some stank. The smell it’s very strong but you can get a sense of what’s to come. It smells of gassy sweet pineapple citrus. Have to admit I was skeptical until I did a stem rub and these girls were spot on. When rubbing the stem they smell so much more sweeter almost like a candy sweet smell. really appreciate all who have viewed my diary. I’m actually shocked how people viewed it so far. What's up Growmies 🤟🏽. Today marks the start of week 7 overall and week 2 flowering (week 1 flowering for Caramelicious). I love indoor growing during the winter because the humidity is easy to maintain at optimal levels. My babies are thriving and all are very healthy, I am keeping an eye on Caramelicious making sure she doesn't Hermie on me and pollinate my entire tent ( it happened before). I switched to a 12 light schedule about 10 days ago and she is just now starting to preflower. I am feeding them just 1 liter of water every 3 days and they seem to do well with that schedule. Every 3rd watering I feed them plain water and give them about 1-1/2 liters (or until I see run off) I notice how the first 2 to 3 hours after watering the leaves all droop and kind of claw, I believe it's due to the plant being saturated with water and sucking up the water so it can breath o2 again. I am giving them all the "bloom and riping" mix of General Hydroponics which calls for 1/2/3 mil/gallon mixture. I mix the recommended dosage into a 3 gallon sprayer so like always they are getting 1/3 of the manufacturer's recommended dosage. I have never lollipopped any of my grows, hell I don't even defoliate, I use the tuck method and remove fan leaves as the plant matures and sucks the nutrients out of them. However just for experience and experimentation I am going to defoliate the bottom 3rd set of leaves, and get rid of some of the lower bud sites of one of my white LSD plants. Since I have 2 growing I figured I really have nothing to loose. All in all everything is going very well🤞🏽it is getting so crowded that it is difficult to take the type of pictures I want, however that is a good thing in my eyes. That is all for this week, nothing really new or exciting going on, just business as usual. All is good in the tent. The girl is growing and getting used to the new pot and tent. The humidity is higher in this smaller one and she likes that. Now even has some roommates for a week before she's left alone. Lights at 40% power. A white widow #2 finalmente está se recuperando. Devido ao calor excessivo as plantas não estão com muito cheiro, infelizmente não estou conseguindo abaixar mais a temperatura. Aumentei a dose de fertilizantes e estou fazendo rega diária. As C99xBB estão super densas e com um aroma bastante marcante, provavelmente na próxima semana eu iniciarei a rega apenas com agua me preparando para colher.

The runoff acid pH really went up on the last feed & its starting to show its toll especially on Chemdawg plant, seems immobile as it visible mostly on the top growth, I think I'm going to add some potassium bicarbonate on the next watering to attempt to curb the damage, hopefully its not too late as I'm coming up to the final month of flowering.
