End week 15. Flowers don't seem to want to puff out that much which may have something to do with the mites eating my leaves. Neem oil to get painted on individual leaves soon. Don't wanna vape mites.

Woche 1: 2024-07-18: Die Samen habe ich zum Keimen in feuchte Wattepads gelegt und anschließend in einem Zipperbeutel deponiert. Anschließend gab es Dunkelheit für die Samen bei ca 28 Grad. Zwei Tage später waren sie bereit um umgesetzt zu werden. 2024-07-20 Heute ging es daran die gekeimten Samen umzusetzen. Ich nutze dafür ein Minigewächshaus und Anzuchtsubstrat. Anschließend befeuchtete ich alles und das Minigewächshaus kam in die Growbox. (18/6 Licht bei 200-300 ppfd ) 2024-07-23 Durch einen Spontantrip welcher morgen startet, habe ich die die kleinen Heute schon in ihr endgültiges Zuhause versetzt. Zusätzlich habe ich ein Bewässerungssystem installiert und den Luftbefeuchter angeschmissen. Da es sich um ein kleines Experiment handelt habe ich Drei verschiedene Topfarten benutzt. 1. Cannpot - ein Topfsystem mit manuellem Bewässerungssystem ab der 2. Wachstumswoche. 2. Airpot - 9l 3. Stofftopf - 9l Ich möchte die Vor- und Nachteile der verschiedenen Topfarten für mich entdecken.

Bud structure nothing like I’ve ever seen before, looking healthy And frosty though. Looks close to being ready too, will be checking the trichomes. It’s showing a super high caylax to leaf ratio. Phenotype? Not sure. Next to no nutrients during this grow.

Day 57. Everything looking good, some look like their stretch is done, bud sites everywhere, fed them 1 L - 1.5 L of their solution. Using boost and terpinator. Day 58. Fed them Full with 20% runoff. They are starting to smell really good. Removed a lower branch on some of the plants since the light wasn't going to reach. Removed some fan leaves on some of the plants giving room for bud sites to get some light. Day 59. Looking real good, some still haven't stretched but have buds growing. I'm expecting them to stretch this week. I'm always giving them something to drink and they love it! *********** Day 60. So down to 8 plants. It sucks because one of the barney’s pinneaple chunk that hermied was a real beast with huge branches and buds, but tips of pistils were brown so probably would of had seeds even if i would of cut the balls as they grew. I saw some pistils on another plant that turned brown, Going to keep that one since it’s not hermie and just 2 pistils that are brown tipped. Fed them 1.5 L of solution each no runoff. Day 61. Looking good, buds growing nicely, long white hairs so i’m expecting big colas. All of them stretched except the 2 Diesel strain. Keeping light at 14-22inches from top of colas and humidity at 35-40%. Fed them 1 L -1.5 L solution each no runoff. Day 62. Defoliation, removed some fan leaves covering bud sites towards the middle of the lights. I make sure to not over do it and place the plants correctly for the bud sites to get direct light. I’m having a hard time with the 2 Diesel plants, they aren’t stretching and are slow on forming buds, they gave me a hard time through whole grow. Fed them All 1.5 - 2.5 L each of their solution with little or no runoff. Day 63. The 2 Diesel are starting to have their stretch. Everything looking good, buds are getting bigger and bigger. Making sure humidity is always under 45%. Keeping lights at 10-20inches from top of main colas. 40k-70k lux on the lights , updated with pictures. ***** Checked out plants and signs of hermies are showing, i see some male balls Both Barneys Pinneaple Chunk are showing signs of hermies ( balls growing ), going to remove both from tent and focus on the 8 other ones. What a terrible day ( day 59 )

So I had some internet issues so I couldn't upload. But now everything is alright. This last week I only gave her water 2 times. first time I gave her 500 ml water and the second time only 250 ml water only. And I took more fan leafs off her as you can see I only had to hang her up without trimming or anything. After she is dried I am going to weigh her and see how much I got. ***************************************************************************************************** As for grow report : Blue kush is really easy to grow just make sure the temps optimal. The buds grow really dense thats 1 of the parts I like about this strain. She takes normal feeding. Very strong genetics. And she can take a few mistakes so this strain is perfect for beginners and in medium or expert hands she can get really nice with the colors and smell and taste. Next week i will post the weight and the dried product.

Week 5 begins! Plants looks good, the blueberry didn't dry up as much this week, but she's still the hungriest of the bunch. Both OG Kush plants stepped up their consumption, the pots were much lighter than the last 4 weeks come feed time.

The permanent marker plants I think they are really going to stack nicely they didn't seem to like being topped the greatest they are healthy it's just the growth after topping the nodes are so close together it's hard for it to develop leaves. I think these plants would if done nicely growing them without topping them they are going to be nice and short. I'm still excited about bith the phone being very different and they are really starting to show different structure along with leaves This past week, the plants went from being weak little plants that had just been top and now they are on there way to being nice and sturdy. I could flip them to flower now if I wanted. I plan on letting them grow a few more nodes on each branch before I give them the flip. My hopes is I get longer colas if I let it ride out longer in veg cutting off all the lower growth b4 flower. I have had the light on 25% still but today I raised it up to 3o% I like to have them handling 40% nicely before I turn them to flower

9/6 Week 8 And she is doing very well No signs of any problems nuets doing a great job Added another light, custom 90w LED Stretch has ended on her 9/8 Buds beginning to form tent is VERY full doing what we can to alleviate some crowding 9/9 Increased nuets due to purplish stems seen on the indicas. Hello growers and welcome to week 6. I expect Queen Citronella to gain a lot of height this week. I will be doing the measurements shortly, but first I wanted to share some news! Queen Citronella has a new home, she hasn't moved in yet, but I'm working on it today. I will also be rearranging all the other grows and starting some new things off! I am not sure if I have mentioned it anywhere but I am using a 1.2m x 1.2.m x 1.8m tent.. I have just got a 60cm x 60cm x 140cm tent and a 300w LED. Her Majesty I hope will enjoy her new quarters. Day 36: I have lowered the light to 30cm above the tallest plants. Day 37: It is done! Queen Citronella resides in her own palace, while the rest of the plebs squat together in the communal living area. I have reorganised and moved my 4x4, mounting the carbon filter and duct fan properly in the center. Setup a 2 x 2 with a 300w LED and put the lights for both tents on the same timer (for now). I will measure and photograph Her Majesty a little later, including photos of her new home. Day 37: Added media. Height: 31cm. Fertigated 2l. Day 37.5: Alright she is really stretching fast, she grew almost 5cm in a little over 30 hours, A thought has just occurred to me; I could, if I chose to, put the Queen on a flower cycle at this point. Now I did want to do a full grow of clones, however we're talking something like another 2 weeks of veg then 2 weeks for cuttings to root, then I'd want to veg them for a few more weeks, maybe 2, 3 or 4? So that's 6-10 weeks before I start flowering. Then at least ten weeks of flowering, A week to dry, and at least a fortnight to cure. We're talking 20-25 weeks before I get to smoke it, that's six months! I probably wont be able to grow in the summer due to the heat. Now I already have the one cutting which I am hoping will root soon, which I can take forward, but I also have two more seeds. So, regretfully, I think I will change my plans. I will flower queen Citronella, starting on day 43. I still intend to do a full tent of Super Lemon Haze clones, but I think I will postpone that adventure until September. So this is now the final week or final five days of veg, she will spend the bulk of her last week of veg under a different light. We wont get much data on vegging (unless there is a significant change this week) but it'll be a nice trial run flowering with an LED light for the first time. Exciting! I am still waiting for the Epislon F1 seeds from RQS. I set their pot up today, inoculated, fed, and sowed some Dark Opal (Purple) Greek Basil and a liberal sprinkling of chamomile. I am going to germinate all five seeds in jiffy pellets and then put them all in the same 40l Day 38: I have realised Her Majesty was too tall to flower in this little tent so I snapped her neck a bit. I installed a photometer app yesterday and discovered I was blasting Citronella with 75 DLI so I raised to light up until canopy level was 40 DLI. The LED is pretty good. The HPS Dual Spectrum bulb in the main tent must be on its last legs as output was around 40 DLI for optimally positioned plants and 30 least optionally positioned. I could do to buy a new bulb. Identical replacement is about fifteen bucks, best one is about fifty. For that I could get another one of those LEDs which seems like better value. At the moment though I really need the heat. So I am thinking identical replacement. 4 days to flower cycle! Day 38.5: Replaced crappy old Dutch barn reflector with a much nicer angel wing model. Installed a significantly larger carbon filter into the main tent which has significantly increased air flow. The main tent vents into the bottom of Queen Citronella's tent, and from there and unfiltered duct fan in the far top corner exhausts it out. The exhaust pipe goes up the chimney. Why have I reorganised and moved the tents again so soon is because I was wasting power heating the little tent with the LED light, but the main tent has excess heat. Well this setup is working a treat. Citronella is sitting in a balmy 23-24 degree wind tunnel. Check out the little video of the changes. Day 39: I think her majesty likes her new quarters. It's going to be weird seeing her square in a few more days. We are 2 days into a "dry spell" I'm simulating for all my plants. Day 40: Dry spell ended. Fertigated 6l. Day 41: Fertigated 3l. Citronella's penultimate day of veg, she is going 12/12 from lights out after next. Photos taken 10:00 9/2/23. Current lights out is Citronella's last 6 hour night! Day 42: Start: Have performed pre-flower LST, HST, and defoliation. 24 hours to flower cycle. Day 42: End: photographed immediately before first 12h night. End of week summary: Huge week for Citronella. I think this LED light is pretty good. Change of plans regarding the grow and preparing her for flower. Let's see how she does.
