Hey everybody, hope all is well👊. It's been a good week, all plants are growing extremely well. Pulled Sour girl #2 out of the box and got 21 grams(dry) of small popcorn buds and 98 grams(dry) of nice sized nuggets, SUPER HAPPY😋. Harvested Sour Girl #1 yesterday, this plant turned into a monster, it was almost 40 inches tall and right around 36 inches wide💪. I never got real big buds from this plant,but I got lots of med. sized nuggets👍. I put 77 grams of popcorn buds and 460 grams of nuggets into the tent to dry.👍 Will report on smoke and taste as soon as #1 is dry, right around 7-9 days. As for the Amesia auto, I've had it growing in the gorilla tent under the new light(xs2000), just letting it do it's thing, no topping or lst, 0 defoe and 0 food for the first 3 weeks. For the flowering cycle I fed molasses and great white,humates and bloom from Dutch Sciences, that's it.. Super easy to grow and the buds are HUGE, harvested today and I got my biggest bud so far, Main Cola 100 grams wet, HOLY SMOKES😍, couldn't believe it when I put that on the scale😶. Looks absolutely awesome. This is my first photoperiod and you can really tell the difference in density and overall quality. so this was the last week before harvest.. i intended to cut her down christmas day but decided to put her in 2 days of darkness before the chop.. she is now harvested an sat for a few days be4 entering jars for a curing.. the smell and these nugs is so yummi 😅

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

Week 7 of 9 for Do-si-dos, this strain is running 1 week longer than the others. Overall she's the least nutrient hungry of the group and shows the least amount of deficiency. Still, I fed her and extra liter last week. August 1 - added close up pictures.

Looks like they've recovered from the topping and transplant last week and are beginning to grow new nodes with haste! I'll start with a light 1/4 strength dose of veg nutes once the new growth gets to 3 nodes (at 1.5 nodes now).

I increased the fertilizer so that the still small flowers can continue to develop. Unfortunately I was only able to partially solve my problem with the yellow leaves. A few have recovered and turned green again, but new yellow leaves have also appeared in other places. Also, my exhaust fan broke and is now making very loud noises. I have ordered a new one, but it will take a while before it is delivered.

Hubo muchos cambios, no pude asegurar las hojas y se terminaron marchitando la mayoría, ahora creo yo que esta recuperándose, espero que sea este el caso. Solo estuve regando con agua y nada mas, me da lastima todo lo que le paso, tan bien que iba, y ahora le paso de todo, por otro lado se ven bien los cogollos, no tan desarrollados como me gustaría pero creo que en estas semanas van a mejorar.

All right so here we are and again I am shocked by how much abuse this girl has taken not only by me but by the medium it originated in which killed another plant so this girl at a young age had to be tough and that willingness to live and resilience has gotten us to where we are today.. WEEDSEEDSEXPRESS big thank you to you as this grow has been 24 years in the making.. since an amateur grower in Bridgeport Connecticut very close to where I was born handed this clone over to someone who has kept it alive for all these years and not only am I able to smoke it but I'm able to grow it how awesome is that... Back in 2000 I was 14 at the time and I had a subscription to high times that my mom got me and my room walls were covered with bud shots and posters one of them being a centerfold of strawberry cough and it has been something since that day I have yearn for.. as you guys can see she's coming along great and I couldn't be happier... I think in the future I'm not going to train so much because it just takes so much time for the plant to recoup and I'd much rather have a 3-month grow than a 5 month.. but because of what it is I will make an exception this time I don't care if it took 7 months this has been like I said a long time coming...
