Starting a lil LST

-05.09.2024 The twelfth week if you count the seedling phase has begun. The plants look good and are getting nice and frosty. The pistils are mostly amber-colored. The small trichomes are observed once a day with a jeweler's loupe. So far most of them are still quite transparent for me, occasionally you can see milky and amber colored trichomes. But I think this will be the last week for the ladies. They are only watered with clear water. The lamp is running at 75% (225 watts) the PPFD value according to the Photone app is around 900. -07.09.2024 A few of the popcorn buds were removed today. Trichomes also look good, but they can still do a bit. The plants were watered with 750ml of water per plant. (water without nutrients) I think it was the last time watering but let's see what the days bring. The light intensity has also been reduced again to about 65% (195 watts). The DLi value is about 50, PPfd about 800

Pas de nutriments cette semaine, le sol continue de s'acidifier donc on laisse la plante utiliser les nutriments du sol. J'ai par contre donner du cal-mag en petite quantité car elle en manque définitivement, du Boo-bloom en foliar feed et des enzymes. Je vois du mauve qui commence à apparaître sur les sugar leaves et les stems sont rouge pétant ce qui est bizzare car je ne crois pas que ce soit un trait normal de cette strain. J'ai même contacté Q.C.S par rapport à ça mais aucune réponse. À chaque jour j'enlève des feuilles jaunes. Je me suis aussi débarassé des clones, c'était trop de travail en plus pour 3g. Les racines ont poussées et c'est tout ce que je voulais voir.

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

Hi you all :) This week the plants recover well from the HST that I do on them. Thay really start to spread all over in my 80×80 cm tent. So I'm decided to Deploy a net to better arrange the branches and better use of my grow space. 57 days of flower. Lookin like they are gonna go at least 10-11 weeks.. starting to think the burning on these girls were actually a P deficiency, started adding half a dose of bud xl with the jacks and they seem to be responding well. Been feeding around 750ppm this week run off was around 950 think I will continue at 750 but drop it to 500 next week and ride her out

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Still pluckin leaves here and there but overall we’re just watering every other day rotating molasses with recharge. Light smell starting to come through. Waiting for these pbb’s to start to frost up a little more. But the Candy Candy is showing really good potential. Looking better than last run for sure at this point.

(12/2020) Day 18 Strawberry Pie has been doing great. I began LST training her three days ago. It was amazing to see the fast growth within the three days. The plant is looking very promising with many cola areas beginning to grow. I watered her yesterday with a half tablespoon of honey mixed within the 6.2 PH water. She seemed to like the watering and honey as she perked up afterwards. I will continue to LST the plant in a counter clockwise direction so that an even canopy creates. (12/23/2020) Week 3! I watered the Strawberry Pie also with 6.0 Phd water and a half tablespoon of honey melted in. I got the vibe she was thirsty. It is crazy to see the difference between three days of LST does.

Missed updating and taking photos of this girl yesterday so heres the latest. She's doing great and stacking hard and fast. Added a video of all the FFT I've got going as I've never done this before and though it would be a nice addition 👍👍👍

07/12 Ding Ding! Starting week 4 by watering 1.5L after 7 Days. The 1 Liter from week 3 really did a number on them. Theyre still growing fine! The Afghan Kush got stripped naked and bent over. The Blueberry is a tad behind, im just gonna let her ride a bit, see where we go from here. LST got adjusted for both of them. Light is also up to 20/4 with roughly same DLI Watered with 1,5L, 2 ml/L rootjuice, letting it fade out, probably giving one more time next watering then stopping. Activera and grow stayed the same at 2 ml/L, microbes again at 0.4g/l. Starterleaves removed from both plants. More pics to come the following days! 13/12 After the week: Didnt get around to edit, also due to the fact that my raspberry pi was acting up which took me a good 12 solid hours to fix (i say fix, what ended up happening was i wiped the SD card and set everything up again lol) Blueberry is growing nice and bushy, but i left her mostly alone. Afghan Kush is doing fine as well, though she skinny. Both are growing steadily but compared to my last run, they slow. Im still happy so far! Removed some inward facing stems on both plants. Also, both are confirmed to be female. Added timelapse, and see you all next week when we probably head into flower!

30-08-20. 7 días sin tocar nada por vacaciones. Se comido toda solución y se nota que la planta 1 está más alta. Las planta 1 y 2 han empezado a florecer. La planta 3 sigue en crecimiento. Se cambia de solución y se lava las raíces. Se baja 0.2 ms y PH 6.5.
