A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Flowering appears to have begun. Definitely getting pungent! She's started getting a little pale, so I'm working TPS One in to the watering, added a fresh layer of soil-ammendment, and trimmed a few leaves. Hopefully i nip any nutrient issues in the bud before next week!

Flush time! I don't pump loads of water through each pot any more, now they're sitting on a tray without drainage. I've found feeding non ph'd water in the same amounts I've been giving them throughout still allows them to cannibalise, locking out any nutrients immediately now they're being given non ph'd water. I've done this for long enough to be able to confirm no difference in the overall flush, the taste or smell, or a negative impact on the plants. Personally I find it a waste of time and ph down when the goal is to stop them feeding on the nutrients in the medium, but rather the nutrients stored in the plant. I always feed only water for 2-3 weeks, never less. The Runtz are swelling, with huge cola's on some of them. Even the little Runtz runts have stacked well and getting thick! Unfortunately only getting an earthy, piney smell from all of them. Was expecting a nice strong fruity profile, so a bit disappointed. The huge flowers make up for it a bit, but I do prefer a more tastier smoke, I can't deny! 🦊

Switched the light to flower 2 days ago. Did some LST here and there to improve light penetration for the lower branches. I see a lot of new green in between the fan leaves. The light is off from 11pm till 11am and on from 11am till 11pm. Last time I watered her was 10 days ago. The 30Liter pot holds the water pretty good which makes it less stressful for me :) the pot was lighter today so I fed her around 8-10 Liters tap water where I added around 40ml of Bio Bloom (recommended is 50ml/10L). So far there are no signs of flower yet but I mean it’s only the second day after the switch.

She is just on cruise control, receiving 1ml/l cal mag bi-weekly. She seems to be happy and she is growing beautiful frosty buds.

6th day @gottagrowsometime many thanks for your help, I've changed my setup with Mars Hydro FC 3000 , 25% dimming and 55 cm from the plants ☘️ This week couldn't get any better 7th day I added a fan and put the FC 3000 power supply out of the tent, lamp lowered to 45cm from the plants.

Week 3 of veg. In the books and they’re all motoring along nicely. The Alaskan Thunderfuck looks to be sorting itself out so we should have 4 plants for the chopping eventually. Just gotta get em there first. They’re showing no adverse reactions to the heavier nute feed at this stage of development which is yet another feather in the cap for Druid Berkana. I’m immensely impressed with this nute line. Just another boring week of veg. In the books. Can’t wait to see transition take over👍. Background Just a fem run we were able to sneak in to the dutchy cabinet for some extra bud stock. Strain details as follows: QCS: this actually a strain of Alaskan Thunderfuck (Not AK47 as advertised). GD doesn’t have that info up yet. We’ve had it before but never grown it. I remember it being a decent and somewhat sedative indica. Blimburn: This chocolopez strain is very interesting. We’ve been waiting at least 5 years to grow something reminiscent of a chocolate Thai. This one should fit the bill there nicely. AMS: Their Borderliner strain caught my eye so we naturally had to… give it try! No matter how it turns out, this seed co. Has been nothing short of stellar to work with. We’ve got a whole bunch more of their stuff in the hopper for testing on the next cycle🤟. Smiling Tiger: This is an S1 of my buddies cross called Holy Surfer. Still haven’t seen it bud out in pollinated yet but the structure is classic skunk with a big primary cola, tight node spacing and exceptionally vigorous leaf production. The smoke should be interesting and the terp profile is very pungent and sweet.

Week Twelve Flower Week 6 and so far so okay. I got worried about nanas on the sfv, but it turned out it was just new growth. The fungus gnats came back, stronger than before, so I covert the soil with sand to prevent them from laying more eggs. Alle the plants looking fine, on some days I had to fight high humidity and temps. This will bite me a week later, check week 13 ;)

Flush all this week and harvest for the end of this week. looking good I think but a few have learnt a few things while on this grow. excited for the next grow for sure but might need to hold off a bit to smoke and make use of all this good stuff :D Will update once all has dried and smoked up follow along for an update. Already sampled this week but wanna see how it goes dry.

All are going strong, zkittles OG auto is nearly 30cm bigger than the rest and has started showing bud sites, the rest are not far behind at all. I think they will be into flowering stage at the end of next week and by then hopefully 30-40cm taller. Do si dos is very different, looks short and stout so will be doing some LST on her. Seems to be happy with the nutrients and strengthening nicely. Added another 600w light on 11/12/20 so 3 600w lights in now.

Doubled the nutes and the plant grew 8" in a week span and its not in flower. I may have to transplant to 20 gallons next week if it is measured around 40". I did a lot of defoliating to get rid of some huge fan leaves covering up bud sites and I also trained a lot. She is very wide and almost 3ft tall with a lot of pulling down, I'm very pleased

Day 58 since seed touched soil. Sponsored grow MARS HYDRO TSL2000: 300W, Flower 2'x4', Veg 3'x5' It's recommended for beginners. Low-budget & high-efficiency. Think its more than for beginners ;))) Plants coped well with small distance, stretch is over, flowers start tu bulk up, some buds will be really nice. Today raised light to max, so now they have 15 cm quile healthy distance ;))) Last top up was too powerful with Nitrogen, i see signs of overdose. Bomb thinnest, smallest, from heat and wind damage has brown pistils here and there , but is stacked !!! Got light signs of nitrogen toxicity. Did small clearing, but she needs more ;) Day 60. Some more to cut off Happy Growing !!!
