This week the nutrition was reduced on the base and most of the additives. Only overdrive and bud factor X stayed at recommended dosage. The branches were readjusted to allow for light to reach lower nugs. Even though the pistils look brown and mostly curled in the tricomes are still clear... The run off last watering was extra high. A light flush with a week nute solution may be needed to correct this.

Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant.

She is starting to getting fat, at the begginning of this week, it was raining, but in the middle of the week, sunny days are appearing, and she is loving it, drastically increased eating levels, in 1-2 days, lower leaves started to yellow, but i noticed soon and gave a good dose with 4ml/l Top BLoom + some carbohydrates, Top Candy 2ml/l, and now she is lovin it. That purple colours appearing...no words... added trellis netting this week to start SCROG. two layers close to eachother so I don't have to wait for entire square of growth to tuck under higher growth to keep flat even canopy. also minimizes my need for zip tie and garden ties needinf adjustment. I'm happy with veg growth thus far, and once the screen fills up with more green in a week or two these two ladies will both be ready to flip to flower. waiting on lower nodes to develop a bit more and get best use I can from a big(ish) 315 w LEC light. the girls are getting foliar every 3 or 4 days. using heavy 16 foliar only at the moment but will follow their foliar mix as grow progresses. smell has gotten much heavier, especially in nemo, the more blueberry pheno of the two, looking at the fan leafs I think V is more haze pheno with super thin sativa leaf structure.

The smell is very good. A good weight if I consider that I have made some mistakes with Calmag.

April 18: Thank you MSNL seeds for the package i germinated as soon they got here 😄 So i start with 2 strains in my small tent, then when the 4x4 is free i will pump it full too with all of these for a few crops, cheers April 23: they both above ground now April 20: the seeds have roots and are now planted in 2 liter pots

Afghan Hash Plant, week 6 of flower. Another frosty strain, but not quite as frosty as the Mango Merengue but still beautiful. The Afghan Hash has a sweet citrus smell with an earthy smell. Not much to do other then water since they got their last bit of slow release nutrients acouple days ago which lasts 3 weeks.

The harvest is coming soon also for Strawberry Gorilla and Orange Sherbet, news this week the strawberry pie has grown, who knows if it will make buds full of resin or seeds, maybe both? We will see! the story continues...

Well.. nice start of a new week. Still stretching so today changing water for fresh water. Going to level up the EC from tapwater 0.3 tot 0.7 with CalMag before adding nutrients. Then raising the EC to 2.2 I hope (depending on the PH not dropping below 5.8). Hopefully they will consume less water and therefore stop stretching.. We will just see what happens. Easy to lower EC afterwards and also easy to raise PH. I just have to add some tapwater. 13/7 some shortages and maybe too much light. Reducing time with half an hour daily. Raised EC to 2.3

Day 50. Girls are running fine. Found some strange black curled leaves, had to apply Leaf Coat just in case. Was stupid enough to spray already flowering auto tent, all pistils went dark and girls look like shit. I know it doesn't influence final result but its a shock and all photos will look like shit from now on .... So here i did it purely for not doing later ... ;)) Blue dreams are biggest plants, Kalini Asias and Runtz end up somewhere the same, but smaller than BD. Silica, water, feed. Thats the plan for this week. Day 53. Girls got Silica Acid yesterday and it was too early ;))) i have to move lights, but i don't want to induce more run, inner spacing is enormous on couple last nods ... Better to use in early veg and after stretch ;))) Video shows it all ... Day 53. Evening. They just run to the sky, some girls are rubing LED's ;))) If i raise lights today - ill have to repeat it tomorrow, still almost 2 weeks of stretch left ... will go "slow burn" way ;)))) Happy Growing !

Week 1 of flower!!! im excited and nervous at the same time. I was going to Veg for another week but there were a couple factors that made me want to flip. Last week I did a final transplant into my 7gal pots, 2 days later I start to see pistils. I am a new grower and was like oh crap did I just force her into flowering and gonna herm them since im still on 18-6 light schedule??? I am in a couple discords that are growing communities so i posted some pics and confirmed they are in fact pistils. This is my first grow and not only was I excited to start flowering but also scared im going to ruin them if I dont flip so I did. From more research this is called pre flower and I could have stayed in veg from what I have found but flipped anyways and please correct me if im wrong as Im still learning. The pics you see are day 3 wk1 of flower, I flipped the lights to 12-12 on night 2-29. The girls are already starting to stretch. IM really hoping that my little sour diesel dwarf stretches to meet the Purp and northern lights canopy or else I am going to need to find something to prop her up to meet them. As you can see in the pics I added my trellis netting. My plan was to hopefully get these girls to stretch enough and start filling in the squares. My goal is to fill every square with a flower site. It might be a bit ambitious but still gonna try. This is 2 fold, 1 allow spacing to open up the inner canopy and allow light into the depths of these girls to encourage those lower sites to reach the top. 2 support for the flowers as they mature. Yea they looking alittle bushy and I know I should defoliate but my thought was to wait until the stretch is done then do my full lollipop and remove alot of those fan leaves blocking bud sites and also get better air flow in there. My plan for nutrients is to top dress with my gaia green 4-4-4. power bloom 2-8-4 and worm castings every 2-3 weeks depending on how they take to it. I just hope this is enough. So here's to week 1 of flower!!! any tips, advise or suggestions are welcome and thank you for looking!

BOOMING. Have had an unusual amount of thrips and noticed a few Katydid nymphs on Tuesday (7/22), so I hit everything with 1.5tsp Neem Oil and 1 tsp of Dr Brommers soap in a 1 qt sprayer. I also decided to do my only planned dusting of Diatomaceous Earth. Executed that on Wednesday, 7/23, and also top dressed with DE to attack larvae. Thursday 7/24 Mixed up first batch of flowering top dressing. I put it into a 55 gal garbage can and watered it to get the cooking process started. Will only let it go for a week or so and then will top dress the girls.

Every visible node was topped on all the plants. Some of the large fan leaves connected to the main stem were removed. Custom drip rings were made out of some 1/2 inch tube that I drilled some holes in. Each drip ring has its own shutoff due to different substrate being used. I was getting rid of some leftover stuff from past grows. This is not ideal, but it’s what I had to work with and cost no 💰 this go around. I’m hoping for a great stretch from these Mandarin Cookies. The net will probably go up at the end of the week followed by one final week before flipping the light cycle to 12/12 for flower production. I really need the height of the Cookies to catch up to the Super Lemon Haze that are growing like a maniac! I’m gonna take clones at some point…maybe. First week of flower! After the 48 hour dark period, the budsites turned bright green. This faded a bit over the next week to become green like the rest of the plants. I'm starting to see repro signs and looks like I've a few males so I'll be keeping a close eye on them! A few days later I decided to quarantine the males so I chucked them outside on my back porch to decide if i wanted to chop completely or maybe finish growing on my roof? My concern was that pollen would float fro mthe roof right into my windows, making its way into the tent and pollinating the ladies... By the end of the week the largest plant was showing it would be overpowering the others, heightwise, so I decided to supercrop it, despite being in the beginning of stretch, now was the time to. Water ph'd to roughly 6, no additional nutes added at this time.
