A good week's growth, they are drinking more and I've started to feed, and I think they enjoyed the nutes as they clearly stretched over this last 24 hours.

This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. Top dressed with some more soil. The top was looking depleted and just want to keep it from completely taking all the nutrients from the soil. Added a mix of power bloom with azomite and glacial rock dust. I watered in with some pure protein dissolved into hot water then added to the water I was using at diluted levels. The second watering they got this week was with molasses. which also does a good job of dropping the ph of my water to the perfect level and a little bit of Epsom salt because I ran out of my cal mag and also want the plant to have plenty of sulfur. Buds are looking cool and remind me of little pine trees. At first glance it seems like they are starting to foxtail but the buds are fattening once the new growth on top starts to expand more. the main colas are almost a foot long each, but hard to tell because the planetary buds around the main colas are blocking them from getting a good picture. Amazed by how frosty the sugar leaves and even some of the older fan leaves are. Her smells are mostly sweet and candy-like. got a little sneek peak of what her fade should look like from one of the leaves being severed partially with a nice yellow and purple. She put on a decent amount of weight this week but towards the end,I can tell she's starting to slow down. Looks like it will still bulk a little more but noticing fewer white and more orange hairs. hoping all my plants finish around 8-9 weeks. i want to try to harvest them all at the same time if i can.

This was a beautiful strain to grow. With her flowers getting big towards the end of harvest as well as the purple colours! I would definitely recommend that you try grow this strain. The buds are super dense and very well formed. An absolute treat to smoke and look at.

Plant is growing good, put scrog a bit higher and waiting for its flowering, it has showed it's sex and hopefuly starts flowering at least after a week. HPS lamp is doing its job perfectly, can't wait to switch it to yelow Sodium.

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Took of the humidity dome sooner than I wanted. I swear it makes em stretch. Also turned up the light! Got get the RH up a bit but these babies are up outta the ground and doing their thing! This will be the first grow that I try to water according to the plant and NOT a schedule, therefore prob wont be watering much this week! __________________________________________ Not much to see, but not much to worry about! Gave em a little water just to get the top layer wet. Being much more patient and calm with these seedlings. 2 of them did stretch more than my liking but it shouldn't matter at all soon.
