------------------------------------------- HydroLab Germany – Week 5: Transfer Protocol & Nutrient Trial Welcome back to the lab — where the bubbles never stop, and the roots are our main research subject. 🌿⚗️ 🔬 Status Report The subjects have officially moved to their new habitat: the main RDWC system, equipped with 30L hydro pods and a bright orange Scrog grid ready for containment. After weeks of shaping, stretching, and topping, the plants have developed a wide, even canopy that’s perfect for the Scrog transition. ⚙️ New Experiment: Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Trial The nutrient formula has been switched to the Advanced Nutrients trio (Grow, Bloom, Micro) — assisted by B52 as a metabolic booster. Each 30L pod received 150ml of each, which resulted in a conservative EC of 1.1 to start with. We’ll monitor pH stability and uptake closely over the next few days. If the pH Perfect tech performs as advertised, it could mark a turning point for long-term RDWC consistency. 🌱 Observations Plants show strong lateral growth and a balanced response to training. Internodal spacing remains tight, thanks to the addition of the blue Adlites. Root systems continue to impress — long, dense, and pure white. One photo even shows the final root mass from the last run — the infamous “Eurobox root brick.” People laughed at the 30L containers, but seeing how completely they filled proves the design worked exactly as intended. 💦 Next Steps Keep weaving the shoots into the Scrog grid until 70–80% coverage. Maintain EC around 1.1–1.2 while monitoring uptake rate. Prepare for the main defoliation and lollipopping session once the stretch phase begins. 💡 Lab Notes Sometimes, good science means ignoring bad opinions. HydroLab doesn’t build for approval — we build for data, roots, and perfect canopies. 🔖 Tags #HydroLab #RDWC #Scrog #AdvancedNutrients #PHPerfect #B52 #DIYhydro #CannaScience #LegalGrowGermany #GrowTech #LEDgrow #MarsHydro #ACInfinity #Bluelab #RootScience

Final product is been absolutely amazing on these clones - the jungle came out about average but the clones definitely exceeded expectations there absolute fire in comparison but still just as good hopefully I can just improve a few issues we had on this run and dial right in 100% will be so much better, next few run is going to be special I’ve got a few things lined up. From tester packs to breeders packs I can hunt from. So lots to choose from but what to keep to run will be interesting

Nanners. Pollen sacs are coming in. So exiting. Plants teach you patience. And constant growth.. stick to the program. Stick to the goal. Plant Smells like a if you melted candy and put them in a trashcan in the summer heat. I only 3 times so far. Got alot of nitrogen going on but it should slow down eventually

March 9, 2021 (Day 64, Flower 15): Pots were already light today. A day earlier than usual. Watered with 4l per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 2ml/l Big Bud + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 6.2 pH. Runoff at 6.4 pH - barely got any this time. May have to look into more water per application. Plants are looking fantastic. Buds are starting to form all over each plant now. Smell is getting stronger. Moved humidifier outside tent because the plants are creating enough of their own humidity I've had to turn on the carbon filter and inline fan. This knocked the average humidity down just a bit which is just fine with me at this point considering my lower temperatures. The stretch already seems to be slowing down a bit. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 10, 2021 (Day 65, Flower 16): Unknown 1 is starting to slow down the stretch a bit, but the other plants keep gaining height. They're becoming a bit more even now at least. Everything is looking great. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 11, 2021 (Day 66, Flower 17): Stretch has definitely slowed now. Pistils are shooting everywhere and buds are forming strong. A few more days and I'll take some fan leaves. Smell is getting really strong and filled my entire house - had to turn up the carbon filter a bit to control the scent. Really liking what I'm seeing so far. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 12, 2021 (Day 67, Flower 18): Pots were light today. Watered with 4l per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 2ml/l Big Bud + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 5.8 pH. Plants were really starting to bush out and some of the fan leaf stems were pushing 6"+, so I decided to pull the trigger on my first round of defoliation today. I was going to wait until day 21, but too many bud sites were being covered. The plants look fantastic. Buds are starting to smell amazing. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 13, 2021 (Day 68, Flower 19): Plants are looking great. Tilled top half-inch of soil. Definitely seeing some trichome growth, especially on Unknown 2. Had to turn up my carbon filter as the smell is starting to get out of control. The smell's a mix of gym socks, gasoline, and cream with a hint of sweetness. The smell punches you in the face when you open the tent. I hadn't measured the plants in a few days; Unknown 1 is all the way up to 27" tall. The other plants are lagging behind a bit but the light and air penetration looks great. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 14, 2021 (Day 69, Flower 20): This hobby is great. So much fun opening my tent each day to check on the plants. They're getting more and more smelly. Buds are chunking up a bit and trichomes are starting to form. Everything is looking great. Tilled the top soil again. Tucked a few auxiliary fan leaves away from developing bud sites on Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. March 15, 2021 (Day 70, Flower 21): Pots were light today. Watered with 4l per plant with 4ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 2ml/l Big Bud + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 6.5 pH. The buds are starting to frost up and pistils are shooting out everywhere. Turning down humidity another 5-10% the next few weeks. Averaging 45% rH and 70℉. Really excited to see what the next several weeks have in store!

Greetings, fellow growers! Welcome back to another exciting update on the journey of our beloved P.C.R.s. Week 4 of veg has been nothing short of spectacular, and I'm thrilled to share all the juicy details with you. After the successful transplant into their final homes, our girls are thriving like never before. The transition was seamless, thanks to careful preparation and attention to detail. I made sure to clean up our 3x3 tent thoroughly, leaving no corner untouched. LED lights, fans, and all equipment received a deep cleanse to ensure a pristine environment for our precious plants. Now, let's talk numbers. The TDS levels are holding steady at 470, indicating a perfect balance of nutrients for optimal growth. pH levels are sitting comfortably at 5.8, while the temperature remains a cozy 19 degrees Celsius for watering. These ideal conditions provide the perfect foundation for our PCRs to flourish. Speaking of lighting, let's delve into the ViparSpectra P2000—a true gem in our grow arsenal. This LED grow light is a game-changer, providing the perfect spectrum of light for every stage of plant growth. From vegetative to flowering, the ViparSpectra P2000 delivers consistent, high-quality light that promotes healthy development and robust yields. But the benefits don't stop there. The ViparSpectra P2000 is also incredibly energy-efficient, ensuring maximum output with minimal energy consumption. Plus, its compact design makes it the perfect fit for our 3x3 tent, delivering uniform coverage without any hot spots or shadowing. Now, let's circle back to the importance of cleanliness in the grow room. A thorough clean-up not only promotes better plant health but also helps prevent pests, diseases, and other potential problems down the line. By starting with a clean slate, we set ourselves up for success and pave the way for a bountiful harvest. In conclusion, Week 4 of veg has been a triumph on all fronts. Our PCRs are thriving, our grow environment is pristine, and our ViparSpectra P2000 is lighting the way to greatness. With each passing day, I'm more excited than ever to see what the future holds for our green beauties. Until next time, happy growing, and may your harvests be plentiful! She has started her bloom. She is growing so well. This week I took off all her tie downs. Then 2 days later decided to tie her back down. She has had steady tension on her branches. So when I released her, she tightened back up. With the ties on, there is little reason for defoliation, as of now. She gained height, but nothing crazy. All her main top branches have always been pulled down to be side branches. Everything else was let to grow that came up the center. Really the side branches are the top of the canopy. Surprised I have not broke a branch. 8/26 2 gallons Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 15 MLS Tiger bloom and Foxfarm Open sesame 1/2 teaspoon. 8/30 Gallon and a half of tea. Cow and worm poop. Every year I'm going to grow a photo in a different shape. This year I just wanted to see how many tops I could make. Looking forward to next year's design. However not as much as I want to see what this voluptuous beauty produces. Voluptuous seems to be very fitting for her. Love this plant, she has been very fun to grow. She also thought me a lot.

D78/F34 - 17/06/23 - I changed light schedule hoping she's going better. (6 only red ligh and 7 red-white) D79/F35 - 18/06/23 - New lights schedule is running D80/F36 - 19/06/23 - Added water and integrators EC 1.0 and pH 6.4 D81/F37 - 20/06/23 - Nothing to report D82/F38 - 21/06/23 - Added water and nutes EC 1.0 and pH 5.7 D83/F39 - 22/06/23 - Temp is too high for both water and environment. I see signals of suffering on the flowers (foxtailing) D84/F40 - 23/06/23 - I'm trying to keep the Tremp under control but isn't easy. To lowering water temp (that now is about 26 °C) I'm adding some ice to the water

We have a heat wave here at the moment and the girls are suffering. I´ve upped the silicone dose to 1.5 ml/l to help cope with the heat. Otherwise the buds start to look amazing already and they smell really refreshing.

Plant is on its 24th day. Started seeing the tips of the plant become lightened. So I pulled the lights back to 25 inches in case it was the cause.

3rd week of Flower done, Shining silver haze is 99days old and honey cream and critical are 68days old. Been hard controlling the front 2 plants definitely taken over light of back 2 plants, starting to support honey cream at front as its coals are getting heavy ans dropping. Will increase nutrients today, 3rd week done and looking good and healthy got the odd brown pistols and hoping it's not mould related

She’s onto flower. Showing Pistols 48 hours after the flip to an 11 on 13 off light schedule. She is doing great and is the biggest of the three in the tent. As she’s a true Sativa I added the first layer of trellis netting in anticipation of her stretch. 8-9 weeks of flower ahead for this girl.
