The girls are starting to get fat and enter the ripening stage. Purples are strong. I got purple trichomes!! We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. We switched nutes and reservoir funk is gone. This weeks accomplishments: Switch from GH to Jacks RO Install separate reservoirs for black cherry gelato and purple push pops Clean all autopots and reservoir lines. Install separate lines for black cherry gelato This weeks issues: Spider mites. Found them in the outside grow and found a few leaves with them inside. Big time nightmare. Primarily on the gelatos inside. Doing manual scouting and removal every day. Long term issues It’s hot. High 80s low 90s all week. So the same - Cooling and VPD targets during heat waves Preventing the spread of mites and mold issues during high humidity conditions Managing girlfriend expectations through harvest. Week 3 (April 12-18th) At this point I was using water and a small amount of coffee grounds. Spent a lot of time talking and singing to the plant. The leaves got bigger and formed quickly this week. If you look at the different days you can clearly see how big the plant was getting.

Gorilla Glue from AMS is doing great under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. I just changed light times to 12 hours today. So let the flowering phase start 💐. I think I am past most my previous issues. My feed is pretty strong already. So I am not adjusting it yet. I will be going into more of a potassium rich diet while trying to reduce nitrogen levels once stretching is done. I defoliated today and will again more aggressively in 2 weeks. I wanted to open it up for the stretching in hopes it stays more in a bush or more even canopy. I will likely have to hst them if they stretch a lot. Time will tell of course. Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

So WeedSeedsExpress was kind enough to supply me with there Auto-NL. A strain that always lands in the tent every few cycles as its one of my favourite classics. I have grown out a few breeders strains of NL but never ran an Auto version of it so something new in it for myself. a little video of the packing which i thought was quite cool in an old school style cut out booklet. We are a week in, Sorry for lack of photos i ended up having a bit of a rush at time. I germinated 5 and all 5 germed and sprouted but lost one due to an accident in the tent. Just running on some plain water and superthrive for now. These have grown perfectly fine.

The wedding cake is ok for this week I'm curious to see how it comes out . This week I started to feed again because on my auto I have noticed that it started to get what looks like a calmag issue. And it's in the same soil to. She has very tight internode spacing also a indica look to her will grow her out for a while yet before switching to flower .I like to have 1 big photo period and a main crop of autos .thank you for looking at the diary and will be updating every week 👍

When most are cloudy with a few amber heads starting to appear, the flowers are at their peak — full potency and rich aroma. Clear trichomes mean “not yet,” while too many ambers mean the effect will lean heavier and more sedative. 🧡 Pistils Watch the hairs. Early in flower they stand white and proud, but as harvest nears they curl in and darken to orange or brown. When roughly 70–90% have changed color, the plant is signalling readiness. 🍃 Leaf Fade As you feed only water, the large fan leaves begin to pale, pulling the last stored nutrients into the buds.
