hey guys so another week has passed all beasting along got a few high temp days coming and still a week or so for air con unit . But girls seem be loving the heats even when getting up to 30degree . Done a little deflowation clean up the under , ordered some epsom salts and mollasses a few days ago to assist in flower , still only r/o water and calmax then ph seem to be way forward and my soil mix is defo doing wonders . first issue, one of the plants has some spots on a leaf, which started popping up around the time of a watering, but I was also away for a few days and only got around to watering a few days after I had planned to. so I suspect that it might have been too dry which might have caused the EC in the medium to rise too much? No idea, let's carry on.

So here are a bunch of photos/vids of the first 4 weeks of flowering. This girl really took off and has filled out the 4’x4’ net on top of her nicely, and my 1000w hortilux eye HPS bulb is really kicking ass! Got her in the same tent/RDWC system as 1 other Cement Shoes and so far she’s loving it. Got a massive root system backing the 5 gal bucket and spread out beautifully. They are really drinking up the water now too, putting 2 gallons in everyday. Another 4-6 weeks to go! Cheers 💨

Great grow from start to finish, very resilient plant and would of given her some more TLC if I was to grow her again.

she's a beast and has grown really tall just hoping the buds will fill out in the next few weeks, I grew this strain a while back but it looked completley different to this and was half the size, maybe that was because it was grown in soil ??

I switched to a flowing light cycle mid week and they all took it on pretty well. The first lingering smell is developing while they strech and gained almost 5cm in only 3 days. I removed a couple of large fan leaves, mostly the bottom ones and a pair of top leaves to give light a chance to penetrate further don the canop

Week 16 Happy Easter week. 4/9-15/23 Flushing, nights in the dark with cold feet. This is week 2 of flushing before the harvest. Sunday I flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. After flushing they were just put in the room not in the tent. I had an ocsellating fan moving on a medium speed. Moved to the garage for the night. Tuesday flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. Harvest is moved to this weekend rather than next Tuesday as planned. Wednesday all three plants were put in the dark room put ice on top of the pot. No further flushing will be done. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Lights remained off Temp 73. Rh 71% when I opened the dark room. The dark room has black out curtains, however there is l8ght exposure around the edge of the curtain. Saturday afternoon photos taken pre cut, tricomes photographed as best I could. Additional hands are Required as I must take 50 pictures only to get 5 acceptable ones. Cut from the base of her stem , weighed and hung in the tent in the dark with a small fan . The drying has begun. Wet harvest weight 253 grams 8.9oz. April 15-19 Hanging in dark room with temperatures ranging from 73-77f Rh 49-74. April 20 - 22 Hanging in dark room with temperatures ranging from 71-77f Rh 50-80. The higher humidity is a result of turning the home a/c off during the night. Since its drying time and not much to say. I decided to locate photos of the same plant at day 20 of flower when I did the last heavy defoliation and side by side comparison to the day of harvest. I don't know if this is a normal harvest or small yield for OG Kush. See last pic in week 16. She will be drying for 2 weeks or so. I have been checking the stem stiffness or bendiness since the humidity fluctuates. It does not snap yet.

So far everything is going great. Girls are are stretching nicely approx 2cm per 24h. It's looking that will cover entire scrog net with these 2 beauties. Simple plan for the week. Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net. La deriva que observo en GD no me gusta, el esfuerzo gozado antes, se ha convertido poco a poco, para mi, en vano y fútil, yo he buscado el conocimiento y compartirlo... ¿Hay alguien ahí?, he mantenido la independencia frente la industria del fertilizante soluble, orgánico o de síntesis química, y sus tablas predeterminadas de nutrición, me he resistido a algunos patrocinios... porque, algunos, piden más de lo que dan!😯 y ahora me encuentro como Simón en el desierto, pero, aun así, prefiero mantener mis diarios de cultivo limpios y libres de polvo y paja... ser o tener!! Habitualmente, recibo "me gusta" de desconocidos, a viejos comentarios de aquí y de allá, también mensajes amables en mis diarios de cultivo, pero serializados la mayoría, obviando cualquier contexto... todos a la espera de reciprocidad, y así me he comportado hasta ahora con este asunto, pero observo que esto lleva a una pérdida de autenticidad y hasta una perversión del sistema, porque creo que el interés ya no pasa por los diarios de cultivo. Yo por mi parte, no voy a devolver ningún "me gusta" descontextualizado o sistematizado, sea en mis diarios o fuera de ellos, agradezco y animo la comunicación entre cultivadores, y yo estoy siempre abierto, con entusiasmo, a compartir mi experiencia con quien lo desee. En cuanto a mis diarios de cultivo, voy a ser mas críptico, a ver si consigo rescatar algo de tiempo y energía para hacer otras cosas y acabar los diarios de cultivo en curso. Esto es todo por hoy...
