6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

July 20th, 57 days post flip. Plant is maturing well. I was worried with the color changes that she wouldn’t put on much weight but the buds are still fattening and gaining weight. Starting to see some of the branches not caught by the scrog starting to collapse. Most Trichomes are still clear, seeing some orange Trichomes on the leaves but none at all on the calyxes so thinking another week or two. I did lower the lights from 80% down to 60% on July 19th to slightly lower my DLI in the last week or two. Will continue to give only water, been watering by hand as the auto set up was under watering. She seems to be responding much better to hand waterings. Smell has been and still is crazy, cannot wait to smoke this thing. I tried squeezing one of the upper buds and she is beyond dense, I couldn’t even get the bud to collapse. I took a small popcorn and will give it a test in a week or two likely around the same time the plant gets chopped. God bless!

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. I'm going to be shooting for 1gram per watt on the next run. ----------------------------------------------------------- FINAL THOUGHTS ----------------------------------------------------------- DarkOwl is the best autoflower I've grown yet. I'm now eager to give the Bruce Banner #3 they released a run and will surely acquire future releases from DarkOwl. ----------------------------------------------------------- THE END ----------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for checking out my diary! Little green crack is filling out nicely and looks to be a week or so behind the others , tied her down and regular defol and hopefully gonna get a decent yield still . She’s a lil cutie .

she is doing great ... growing thick and bushy. she has about 6 main steams and multiple strong-looking branches on each of the main stems. her roots look good even though they are not bleached white, i should put a microscope on the roots one of these days to see the micro root hairs that high-pressure aeroponics tends to promote in plants. i was not sure how to grow her out - i like canopies but she branched out too much to grow in a 2'x2' space so i may have to scrog her in a larger space. i must learn how to ask plants to self-fim as she did - i have never done such a good job with my own hands, and may never.

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

They both have started to flower! So far so good both plant seem to be doing great with no issues.

Back to the 1000 wt as temps here are modest for July atm. Still 1 plant not flowering like the other 2. I will be patient as it’s overall structure looks amazing. Slowly easing into the process not as much anxiety about every little thing. Changed my light out for my lower power 600 wt led instead of the 1000wt TMLAPY. Maybe not the right move i really don't know what to do b/c i have tip burn and my tent gets a bit hot in the low 80s when its in the 90s here in Illinois. I have an makeshift cooler w fan and some fans and my exhaust fan system which im pretty sure is under powered and overall and bad beginner purchase. I will upgrade as soon as i can financially afford to. Also had flooding issues in basement which is always an adventure, i eventually need a better way to get my grow tent up off the ground b/c water does get in there sometimes. Doing everything in my power to avoid mold and have fans and filters and cleaning, but again this may have been a beginner mistake and i may have to find a new home for the tent for the next time. Also I definitely had been under watering the girls and came close to one of them dying and have to remove some yellow leaves at bottom, they all look stable now. 1 out of 3 plants has a darker color and looks fuller and healthier w less tip burn but it is shorter only has a couple of hairs where the other 2 are going full on into flowering with so many hairs and growing much taller. Possibly stunted the growth... Anyway the word of the day for this week is TIP BURN. I will submit a question to follow. i recently uploaded a video that should show all 3 plants w the tip burn.

🗓️ WEEK 2 (veg) 🔙 The first week proceeded very well, and the seedling is growing robustly and quickly, even though the humidity and temperature in the grow box are on the low side. 🌱 This second week passed quite smoothly with minimal intervention required. The light was set to 75 watts, maintaining the same distance. I only needed to moisten the substrate once daily with about 20 ml of demineralized water. I also monitored the DWC solution's pH, correcting it whenever the probe indicated it was drifting outside the ideal range for this stage (5.6-5.9). The EC remained stable at 0.6 throughout the week. Towards the end of the week, I removed the first set of true leaves, as they were growing slightly too close to the substrate.

The RQS liquid kit, look doing the job, not overfert or deficiency sign for the moment. Trichromes look milky, end probably in one or 2 week, Next watering will be flush. Lamp @100% and start to be really close to the plant, but not burning sign for the moment.
