well well well, weed masters. here we are !!!! ..... we have come to the end of another fantastic experience !!! I begin by telling you that I just broke my single plant crop record ... grown outside for all its vegetation and then integrated into a very small tent of just 80 centimeters, in the company of 4 other plants! fantastic reaction to every stress ... he pulled up on his way like a fucking tractor and at the end of the race he was able to satisfy me decently determining the right balance between quality and quantity .... I will definitely try other great beans from this serious company

She’s looking nice looking healthy, drying up once every 2 days so she’s starting to drink, I just hope she doesn’t stretch too much as she’s already the tallest in there. Got some nice purple on the buds from the cold nights. Let’s hope she can get nice a fat 🌱🐞🤙

Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis stretch 15 centimètres (Stretch explanations more) EXPOSURE TO LIGHT One of the main culprits in abnormal stretching of cannabis plants is the lack of light. Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. 8/5-After letting the bottom branches grow for another 4 days they were showing plenty of amber and had firmed up enough to harvest. Did a rough trim and hung the branches in Cannatrol Cool Cure to dry. 8/11-Overall the buds were a lot smaller than previous Mephisto grows. I'm going to let them cure for 2-3 weeks and then do a real taste test.

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. She has a lot so I'm hoping it doesn't affect the harvest. Would have preferred this to begin with my flush. For more content on all my grows please check out my Instagram! Link is on my profile!

Week 2 - Transplanting Transplanting is the second part of securing a solid foundation for the roots, by using the rock wool cubes I am providing to root ball with a headquarters. I use root excelurator in my feeding and soaking the Rockwool cube so you can expect a very healthy root system and by having a healthy root system you have bigger trees, thicker stems & bigger buds.

Easy going week. nothing much to report. The EC pen I got is acting weird already. sometimes I'll put it in the feeding liquid and it will display 400ppm something. Then if I move it about or drip it in and out it will jump up to 700ppm something. I doing it over and over till I get a base line and go from that. this weeks EC was aorund 680ppm but the video does not show the other dips I did. PH still kicking aorund 5.9. I find it more annoying to adjust just the waters PH for these plants on the balcony where everything else is "as is" Will try this again indoors in a peat and perlite medium void of any other additives when It can have more of my undivided attention. maybe on the other seeds I got from FB via a friend in the mail. Side note uploading videos into the diaries is great and all, but takes to long to resize and process, can't hit save till its all done... no idea what its doing in the backend. stupid rule on contest must have videos every week,

PSA!! PSA!! PSA!! WATCH those ZeroWater pitchers... when the filter goes, it goes FAST. Leaves you with a ton of undesirables, and AN EXTREMELY ACIDIC PH!! Acidity in the body leads to CANCER! will kill your plants fast as fuck too. ======================================================================================================== 2 Girls 1 Cup week 11? We should come to a finish this week... oh the excitement. Can't wait to see WG without her leaves. Going to have to cut each branch and hang individually due to the density of its structure. Got this far, don't want to risk moldy weed.. damn I'm gonna get bored while drying/curing not having a plant or diary to occupy the time. Day 77- currently flushing the girls. GC isn't ready for it, but she isn't in charge here. She should have stuck with WG when she extended a helping hand. Since falling behind, WG has thrown up a peace sign to GC as to say "see ya sucker". It's my favorite bud by far on WG. Bitch has got an attitude 🤣. RES sitting at 87ppm @5.9. Yellowing has started.. going to have to check trics more often so I get that sweet spot I'm looking for. ======================================================================================================== Day 78- these girls are starting to stink! Come on WG... ripen up so we can get this over with.. lowered lights power a bit today. RES climbed from 87 to 137. Drained 2gal, added 2gal RO. down to 38ppm. Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Full bottle got Temps too low for my liking. ======================================================================================================== Day 79- tick tock.. tick tock.. come on WG.. she's showing a little fade on her leaves. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. Time will tell ======================================================================================================== Day 83- still waiting... 💤 Going to order some bubble bags. Freezing all GC and trim/larf from WG for some bubble hash. GC is frosty and all white like WG, just tiny popcorn shit everywhere since it's been neglected and abused over and over and over and over 🤣. ======================================================================================================== As always, thanks for stopping by and checking out my current grow. full timelapse added to this week 27-70 (looks better on YT.. https://youtu.be/8JdUkR36Wfc)
