Been busy so I’ve been slow to update. Thinking 3 weeks until I can chop. Gonna be a much smaller harvest than I’d like (thinking/hoping for at least 2-3 ounces) but from what I’ve seen just getting to your harvest on your first grow can be considered a success. Just gotta keep them alive for 3 weeks then I can focus on the scary task of drying. I would imagine small yield is due to beginner lighting equipment, shorter veg time (coulda gone like 3 more weeks to really pump up the roots which I’d imagine would equal bigger buds), mistakes I’ve made and uncorrected nutrient deficiency. Really hoping that they put on some more size in the final week when they ripen. I dialed back the nutrients by half for their last feeding. I think I mistook the normal senescence for nutrient burn and I got worried. EC last night when I made my nutrient mix was 1250 I think. Regardless the quality is there, just not yield. Reallly looking forward to when these are fully dried and cured to test them out. Lots of trichomes starting and the smell is great!

On day 1 week 2 flower the Gals are really stretching now, hope I have enough room 😂They seem to be taking the flower nutes well even without a transition phase 😀. On day 3 the gals have stretched so much they are within 6 in of my light hoping The stretch will slow down soon yikes 😱. I defoliated the lower and upper canopy to bring in more light and air flow. On day 6 the stretch seems to be slowing down. I increased my light intensity from 75% to 100% to see if I can halt anymore stretching. I also bent my highest colas down as they were touching the grow light 😂. On day 7 flower clusters are forming and the stretch has slowed. I will continue to bend over the tallest colas and do my best to manage the canopy without too much loss of yield. It looks like some of my colas might get light stressed/burnt. There is not much else I can do except learn from my mistakes...next time I would flip the plants earlier and give them stronger light intensity before flowering stretch. The top leaves are canoeing so I reduced light intensity back to 75% to see if they improve. I got my first clog in my blumat systems main line... I will be switching to liquid based fertilizers for the next run as I believe my fertilizer caused the clog. I released the clog by using a pipette filled with water. I took the pipette and squeezed liquid through the main line exiting my reservoir. Then the lines were running smooth 😂

Die Seifuku kämpft seit mittlerweile ungefähr vier Wochen mit den Schädlingen. Um dem endlich Herr zu werden, wurden beide Pflanzen in einem Bad mit Spruzit Neem getränkt. Der Wirkstoff ist extrahiertes Azadirachtin und damit komplett unschädlich für uns (in diesem Kontext), und wir sorgen zuverlässig dafür, dass wirklich jede Larve dieses Zeug abbekommt und die Seifuku endlich normal wachsen kann. Zwei Tage nach dem Bad wurden beide ordentlich mit FertiPlus eingesprüht, einem Aminoboost mit etwas Stickstoff, damit sie sich schneller erholen. Die Sour Zoda wächst einfach extrem buschig, kaum Höhenwuchs, aber mit so vielen neuen Trieben und enorm großen Blättern. Deshalb habe ich die Lampe etwas höher gehängt, damit die Pflanze sich hoffentlich etwas streckt. ----------------- The Seifuku has been struggling with pests for about four weeks now. To finally get rid of them, both plants were soaked in a bath with Spruzit Neem. The active ingredient is extracted azadirachtin and therefore completely harmless for us (in this context), and we reliably ensure that really every larva gets in contact with this stuff so that the Seifuku can finally grow normally. Two days after the bath, both were thoroughly sprayed with FertiPlus, an amino boost with some nitrogen, so that they recover more quickly. The Sour Zoda is simply growing extremely bushy, hardly any vertical growth, but with so many new shoots and enormously large leaves. That’s why I raised the lamp a little higher, so that the plant will hopefully stretch a bit. _ Die Seifuku erholt sich nicht und es ist viele Blätter komplett verwelkt und wurden entfernt. Keine Ahnung warum, aber ein weiterführen ist nicht wirklich sinnvoll, deshalb wird nur die Sour Zoda weiterwachsen.

Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. It's Day 54 Week 08 0f Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream by atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry by Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Today I Started My Day By Checking My Tricomes On My 2 Kombucha Cream. The 02 Where Looking Fully Milky So My 02 Kombucha Cream Got Flushed TODAY with Some Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients . The 2 Received 80ml of Flawless Finish mix with 1OGallons Of Water Ph at 6.0. Tomorrow they will get Rinse off with ph balance water. Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. Sorry for the broken lens. My harvest was 19.5oz. I left the main stem and one of the branches to seed, I'll grow with the next generation of female plants, if successful. There was a week of rain and it was starting to seed, so I harvested it a week early. In the end though the terpene profile was crazy for edibles and for smoking. The slow drying allowed the buds to retain a lot more terpenes, the fan leaves shield the buds and prevent them from drying out too quickly.

Good growth this week but I think she is still in Veg mode.... I hope I have not made a big mistake not FIMing her or any of the others in the tent. She is easily the tallest of all four.

Same as theirs sisters, they looking pretty good and growing nicely. trellis net been added yesterday which I should have done earlier but it’s another lesson for next time. Defoliation is also done and no more will be done till harvest ! Let’s hope those buds get biiiiigger 😍😍 🖖🏼🖖🏼

Weekly update on these beauties. They've started the flower phase showing preflowers everywhere. Two have stayed more on the smaller side but still stretching where the 3rd has takin off probably 30in tall. All in all excited for the weeks to come seeing them progress further into flower.

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer week 10 Update 18th Feb 2020 Finally She's flowering. Now that all of my Photoperiod strains are flowering I can see the End is in sight. I performed the last of the HST I'll be doing to this girl on a few branches that were taller than the rest. Now that she's in flower mode I'll need to start introducing some of the Dr greenthumbs Bud and bloom mix. Ive already added about half a kilo of fresh worm castings to the soil and some Epsom salts to boost magnesium levels. As youll see in the above pics the plant is looking lovely and lush and when I rub the stems she eminates a marvelous smell I simply cannot describe.
