I use a 70/30 solution of H2O2 and tap water inside a small capsule, allowing the seed to soak for 24 hrs, and she was ready for her birthday, already showing a tap root in that time span... I then place the seed into a damp paper towel to allow the tap root to extend a little further out in preparation for the transplant. I'll start her in a small grow bag filled with my amended Pro Mix seed starter blend, hopefully making a strong seedling for my first AutoPot run. This is for their grow off, which I found on their Discord server, but they are very active on FB and IG... Their catalog of offerings are definitely connoisseur genetics, most importantly, Made in the USA! 🇺🇲

I’m still not sure about the FIM job on the LSD, and the purple haze is looking a bit runtish, but we’ll see how they go. I cut some leaves on the PH today to give the bud sites beneath them more light. All in all, they are doing well I think.

Great week again...work effort was like 3h whole week...only had to refill NS (+-20L every 2 days) Buds getting fatter every day...no brown pistrills yet so budgrowth is still in full effect PH was very stable again, 6.1-6.2 all week EC fell slighty before refilling NS I think EC 1.3 could be a bit too much for them...leaves are quite darkgreen and they start to get nuteburn on tips...but i'll leave it at 1.3 for the rest of the grow I decided that i won't exchange NS completely anymore...will leave it be till i replace it with pure water in 2 weeks (will be a 3 week cycle then) Roots look great + i put in 15g of TNT Bactorr, water temp is at 20-21° so no need to worry about rot till the end of the grow i think

Day 69: As you can see, lucky the buds gone bigger but because of these intense feeding to fix the grow, they start to get nutrient burns. So for the new week i might only give water until the end with maybe some Regulator, enzymen, humic-blast... They also don't drink fast anymore. Another indicator that they having a hard time taking all the nutrients and that they are at their end of their stage. Some smaller plants, that finished growing and flowering faster, are already done and will get cut down in the comming days. These plants are some Gorilla's and some are cherry cola's. As you see, some have been foxtailing because i had to raise the lamps everytime. I personally don't like fox tail buds but i know some people that love them, pure flower to smoke. I really liked to make those photos in the dark, It shows many flowers and thc.

5/25 Today is day 45 for this beaut. She just recently started really packing on weight and scattering trichs all over. Ive been picking fan leaves off and giving them to my dogs, they seem to love them. Shes really starting to smell like sweet lemon candy. A true treat to grow. Shes getting a slight blueish tint to all of her leaves. I cant wait to watch this beauty continue to grow every day, in my living room ;) Happy growing!! 5/28 Ive been watching her dry out day by day. Every other day, i rotate her a full 180 degrees to give her canopy even exposure. Her towers have been putting more weight on. Such a beautiful girl.

6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

All 3 plants are different, the one at the back is as big as the other two. One of the plants in the front is in a 9 liter airpot and developing quicker than the other two. Also the buds are looking a bit different, very white on the bluecheese in the back. This week I also started adding Acti-Vera and Bio-Heaven, hopefully they like it. Not noticing anything unusual and I am glad I have the extra 20 cm to grow in hight in the new tent. Day 46, switched to bigger lights SF-G3000, fits perfect in a 70x70 😇 Light at 60%, 40 CM from top.

Day 38-45 (Day 39) Almost overnight, nearly a third of the white pistils turned red. Not sure if this is something do with environment but it wouldn’t surprise me if it had something to do with the feeding I gave it yesterday. Who knows (Day 42) I was going to give a fat defoliation today but I’m second guessing myself. I might take a few of the leaves that are sitting on top of each other but that’s it. After that, I’m on cruise control until the end. I’m watering in a gallon every other day and 1 day off when they look a little overwatered. All plants look happy and herm free. Bud size is still lacking overall. In my experience, buds don’t really swell that much after day 45ish so this is pretty much it. Can’t say I’m too happy but I’m certain the quality will be on point. (Day 43) I’m seeing a little more fade each day now. It’s almost pinkish right now. (Day 45) I’ve been taking a few leaves per plant every couple days or so. Once I can see that almost every budsite has adequate light I will stop. Just for good measure, I’m going to give a final feeding of seaweed extract. We still have 2 weeks of fattening up to do and they could definitely use a K surplus. And since this is a water soluble nute nothing is lingering and breaking down for more than a few days. Earlier in the season I had a seedsman white widow and a local m39 plant I was going to flower if I got less than 4 female BBB’s. I was lucky enough to get 5 so I gave the insurance 2 plants to a family member. M39 is now done after 60 days of flowering. And the white widow, which was really stunted is going another 10 days at least. Both plants were flowered in a closet under 2 cheap amazon blurples totaling about 200w. They were in 1.7 gallon pots with amended soil nearly their whole lives. They were only top dressed once around day 30 of flower. M39 must be a low feeder because it really didn’t get any deficiencies after it left my hands. It was consistently the most vigorous plant in the tent during veg too. From what I understand, it has the classic fruity m39 smell and because it’s not grown with paclobutrazol it’s not freakishly dense. Awesome. I will post some more pics and report on the smoke once it’s dried.

My mom is coming to the end of 6 weeks. She feels great and cheerful, develops well, visible progress. While I do not train him, and give him free growth. The next day, I watered with plain tapwater and runoff EC was the same as our tapwater. That Wednesday, was the last day I gave them water. On Friday, they had their 12 hours of light for the last time. I forgot to make a family picture just before harvest, but I did make a movie during those last hours of light. After 36 hours of darkness, I harvested on sunday. The coco had dried up quite a bit. The pots felt light to the touch, but when I removed Jannine from the tent (the one that was always in the middle), she immediately collapsed under the weight of her own buds! The same happened to Kim, only Iris was able to holdup most buds, but with a lot of effort. Apparently they had support from each other and the walls of the tent all that time. The buds were promising: heavy, hard and dense. Can't wait to see how they work out after drying and curing. Even the buds lower on the plants were not nearly as fluffy as my first grow, but more like little marbles. My first grow, I trimmed everything wet, but this time, I only removed the fan leaves and some of the bigger sugar leaves. Also, I kept the branches bigger this time. I threw a lot of the little buds in the trim pile, but since they were still looking and feeling like some good buds (but just small) I decided after harvesting the first plant, to throw them in separate containers. So I now have the trim from all the plants, mixed with some of the smaller buds from Jannine and two separate containers with the smaller buds from both Iris and Kim. It went into the freezer fresh, directly after harvest. Since I am lazy, I ordered a bubble washer, which will be delivered somewhere this week, to ease up the hash making proces. Can't wait to try some of the hash from these girls! As for most of the buds, they are drying in the tent. The circumstances could be a lot better: for weeks during flower, RH in our house was at 60%, but in the 24 hours directly after harvest, it came down to 40%. The weather changed from very humid to very dry and it will be like this until the end of the week. Considering it's about 23 degrees C in the drying room (maybe 22 during night) and the fact it will become increasingly warmer the next few days, I am worried about the buds drying to fast (by far my biggest concern), but also loosing some potency. It is now 24 hours after harvest and the buds are still pretty wet, so at least 3 days of drying should be possible, maybe 4. A few days slower would be better, but probably unlikely. Anyway, this ends my second grow. Off course, I will be back with the final results in a few weeks, after drying, curing, making hash of the trim/popcorn buds and off course, testing it all.
