Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

This week compromised of vertical growth (still) and development of the bud sites. Pistils are in full production, and buds at the nodes have doubled in size this week! The girls are drinking steadily from 10L to 13L daily by the end of the week. Defoliation continues on a seems-to-be weekly basis.

First week of flowering. Added a mixture of hydroponic nutrients, added a 50w lightbulb (for a total of 250w) and did some more and final defoliation; now she's ready to bloom at peace.

All is well. I'm continuing to feed 'bloom' nutrients every other time I water. I'm giving heavy calmag doses every time I water. I'm trying to take out any unnecessary vegetation that is preventing air circulation. Lights are all at about 85% intensity... I won't be turning them up any more than that. I have reduced my nitrogen load... By the end of next week I won't be giving any more nitrogen at all.

This jack orange is such a beautiful plant for real, the flowers are going to be absolutely awesome, she's producing some trichomes so far just like the rest of the plants on day 23 of flower and the smell is citric but veeery sweet, I'm very excited about this one, this is my first time working with her, hope to taste amazing tasty flowrs. Hello everyone im still a bit noob on everything even on posting here and staff. ill figure it out in a couple of days hopefully! Lets start by saying that big bang had an issue because ........ i was growing it and i didnt see that my flores was empty and until i received a new it was almost a week had a lot of yellow on the leaves dying and falling out like doing full defoliation on the plant. have no clue if im lucky or something i do right but when i started feeding couple of days i saw signs of buds getting bigger so i continue. now we are at week 13 and from what i have seen from my previous 2 plants bb and king Tut autoflowers will not forgive when u stun them nut they will forgive slow growth or deficiencies and stuff when they are close to maturity at least for my garden. Whatever i did to them and i monitored closely everyday made them move on a slower pace but didnt stop them from being huge the only downtime i saw was more time to be ready for harvest. ill update by the end of the week with pics with the lights out (hps) . The pics are a bit shaky but cant do anything about it atm sorry! Any advice welcome the first red spots in some of the sugar leaves should i start flush? or wait to see on almost every bud?

Next week is the last week before 2 weeks flash:) I'm a bit sad that they haven't become any real fat buds, but the next run will be with extremely good seeds, you can look forward to it. Final Report: Grow: The plants has grown very beautiful and healty without pests and diseases. They grown bushy and with medium height during all the life cycle. I had try to use LST in third veg week but i did't made correctly and after that i dicided to return to grown normally without any particolar tecnique. I used a littel more fertilizer then mine usual and that made the plants grown fast with only a littel bit of leaf margin burn which I solved by decreasing the quantity. In the first two weeks of flowering stage the plants started grow not to very tall (except for one) and the number of the branches increase, in this phase i only defoliated when the fan leaves turn yellow in late stage. During all flowering stage the flowers grown but they remained very soft, they turned dense and bigger in the last weeks and this time i waited until almost all of them were mature before harvest the plants(I waited a littel more respect OG Kush CBD). I changed the taller plant from one grow room to another(in the sixth week) when she became too high and she couldn't stay more in the smaller grow box(nothing changed in the enviroment between the two boxes). Equipment and grow box: The enviorment of grow box has been optimized every stage with the right temperature, umidity and air flow. Vegetative temp/umidity --> 23-29 °C/45-55% Flowering temp/umidity --> 20-26 °C/40-50% The air flow was created by two pc fans and one big fan. Harvest: This time the plants were full of dense buds but the lower branches had many fluffy flowers(i used them to make some hash) but the result not change too much . The result of this grow is amezing compared to my old expiriences. I harvested the flower and i made a fast curing process after i washed the crop and i let them to dry with a fan on it. After five days a take the branches which were to dry and i did the final trimmig before put all the harvest in a open jar for finishing to dry. I collected all the leaves, fluffy buds and trimming scraps in a bag and i let them dry. I harvested the taller plant before the other two because she had matured earlier(with the OG Kush ladies). Later i put the bag in the freezer and when i collect and dried all the scraps from OG Kush and Dandoverde Haze i did some Ice-O-Lator hash. I used 250g of trimming stuff and i made 11.50 g of hash, I had use a set of 5 bag and i take the resin from the 160µ - 120µ - 73µ- 25µ bags. I pressed all the resin in a great block of tasty strong hash. Always better every time 😊💪 Total harvest ---> 126g only of dense buds and 11.50g of hash.

Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺
