Day 42 This plant has been topped many times (around 8–12), creating a very wide structure with lots of potential bud sites. However, it is currently in poor condition due to stress from overwatering. Most of the leaves are drooping heavily, showing a clear lack of vigor. The color has faded from healthy green to a pale light green, with some areas even turning yellowish. This suggests that the roots are still struggling to recover and the plant isn’t able to take up nutrients properly. Two days ago, I watered again after holding off to let the medium dry out. The plant has not bounced back strongly yet and remains weak. The canopy that once looked promising now looks tired, with leaves hanging down and a general lack of growth. Given how stressed the plant looks, it may take considerable time to recover — if at all. Because of this, I’ve already started planning to grow a new strain alongside this one. This way I can still move forward with a healthy plant while monitoring this one to see if it pulls through. At this point, the priority is minimal stress: careful watering, steady conditions, and patience. I’ll give it time, but expectations for this plant are now lower compared to the others.

Trimmed out some, flushed and replenished the nutrients- looking at 3/4 more weeks until it’s done I think! Plant seems very healthy- and dense! I can see needing proper airflow in harvest will be important. Any insight on Hindu mints/kush afghani strains hit me up!

10 weeks total for the first phenos and a bit more than 11 for the last one! I could have easily gotten double the projected yield on these had I not neglected them but whatever I pulled is rock hard, dusted in sugar and smells absolutely stupendous! You did it again FastBuds!

Starting off week 8 pretty solid. High Tide amendment from Commonwealth Canna has really helped the plants out. Added a 4 foot stake to the tallest plant. Pound Cake does not need much nutrients. My tips were burned as a result of too much Humic Acid in weeks 3-4. You and learn. Besides for that issue, they are rolling alone very nicely.

Beginning of week 3 of flower. Should be nearing the end of the stretch but if she can give just a little more we will get the screen full! Should be a great week will add more pics!

Day 35, start of week 2 in flower, everything is going great so far✌️🏼🌱 Day 37 - All the ladies are looking great✌️🏼🌱 Day 38 - ladies got watered today, looking good & starting to put off a nice smell😍 Day 40 - Still have a lot of yellowing leaves towards the bottom of almost all the plants can’t figure out exactly what’s wrong😅😅

The super skunk feminised is doing well through her recovery. Her leaves are smoothing out more and leaf colour is stabling. I removed the bottom leaves. Her stem is reverting back to pale green. She is still growing gaining 4cm this week. I will need to continue the drying out substrate methuntil she is fully recovered. She stands at 42cm tall

4202024 or backwards, it’s 4202024. I’m sure there will be other palindromic dates in future, but this is the one and only stoner palindrome date that can happen in our lifetimes. Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy. Flowering Week 26: Storm Battles & Resilience Update: 10.09.2025 | Day 187 Hey Growmies, Week 26 decided to throw some serious weather at us – rain almost every day mixed with strong winds. It was enough to blow my African lady right off her socks! Durban Poison took a full tumble under the weight of those wet, dense buds. Lesson learned: never underestimate a sativa in a storm. I reinforced the whole support setup – added more stakes and wired everything firmly to the fence in the back. Blueberry, on the other hand, stood strong like the queen she is – not even a lean. Strain Check · Durban Poison: Took that fall like an absolute champion. Didn’t skip a beat – just kept bulking up like nothing happened. The smell is now coming in strong, and the colors are getting wilder every day. Respect. · Blueberry: Her buds are swelling nicely and the colors keep intensifying. She handled the monsoon rains and wind like it was a gentle breeze. Starting to give off a faint smell – still subtle, but it’s there.
