Good morning friends of growdiaries, As you can see in the photos it is a real jungle. In bloom. 3 of the 5 plants exceeded 150 cm, I had to bend them strongly so that they remained under the lamp. For the rest you have seen, the plants are strong, robust and healthy. The central stem is really large, and having stretched from the beginning in each internode to product various branches, which are already filled with inflorescences. Let's see what comes out. Here's your weekly update with all the exciting developments in my grow: 🌸 The Smell is Popping: Week 7 brings a delightful aroma to my grow space. The scents are becoming more pronounced and captivating. 🌬️👃 🌈 Colors Galore: The plants are showing off their vibrant colors as the flowers mature. You'll notice burpling on the leaves and the emergence of orange and red hairs on The Queen plant. LOVE IT ! 🌺🎨 💧 pH and TDS Levels: Throughout the entire flower stage, my pH has remained steady at 6.33. That's great! As for the TDS levels, they currently stand at 750ppm and 1150ppm, providing the necessary nutrients for your plants. ⚖️🌱 ⏳ Flowering Progress: The Queen is proving to be a quick finisher, with only 46 days of flowering under her belt. She's looking almost ready, and it's time to grab my handy DIY microscope to examine the trichomes closely. Keep an eye for the desired level of ripeness! 🔍🌿⌛ 🍪 Oreo Big Stuff: Although not as far along as The Queen, the Oreo Big Stuff will need an additional week of flowering before she reaches her peak. 🍪⚡ 🌿 Zweet Og: The Zweet Og requires a bit more patience. It looks like it will need at least two more weeks before it's ready for harvest. Keep monitoring her progress and let her mature fully. 🕒👀🌿 🧐 Drying Dilemma: Unfortunately, I currently am facing a problem with drying The Queen. She's positioned on the back left side of the grow tent with a scrog, making it challenging to remove her without disturbing the others. It's a tricky situation indeed! 😬🌿🏋️‍♂️ 🌱 Future Plans: Despite this dilemma, overall, I'm extremely happy with how things are going. No herms or other issues have arisen, which is fantastic news. I'm even planning to do another run with The Queen, as I already have six clones ready to be transitioned into flowering immediately after this run. The plants are growing fast, we forgot to check pH in this week but no problems.

Our beauty is looking good, isn't she? Her buds are thickening and the trichomes getting more of that gorgeous purple color. Some are already cloudy, few (most of them are damaged, probably due to looking at them under our mikroskopic lense too closely) turned amber. Harvest is set to be at week 8 in flower, so it's 2 weeks from now on, but we'll see how she develops by then. Smell-wise it's pretty bareable right now; we feared that our whole apartment would smell like a huge coffeeshop in amsterdam, but by keeping the door to our "growroom" closed you can hardly smell anything. It's only when touching some frosty leaves while defoliating that you get some of the strain-specific scents, mostly consisting of citrusy aroma with earthy undertones. Temperature is stable right now; the severe heat wave should be gone for the next weeks and by meagerly opening the door we can adjust the temperatures quite good. Humidity is also pretty solid thanks to our dehumidifier.

Look like they are off to an OK start.

Just started to give them full dose of cal mag, mammoth p and recharge. Their leaves got a dark green shiny, yellow tips and curling down, I think my ppms are too high and I will start flushing it out to 1500. I am growing in organic and only feeding cal mag, mammoth p, molasses, recharge and every other week a compost tea with living soil girl flower power full dose. Ph Is around 6.7 and giving it 6.5. Hopefully the next time they are read for a flush I’ll fix these.

definitely should have switched to flower a couple weeks earlier, only my 2nd time doing a scrog, the last one worked awesome, this one is way more full since I only did one strain instead of 4, but now it's too full, I have some real nice looking branches and tops going UNDER the canopy, week 4 I do a final defoliation, I will have to see if I can get these all up and in the net or remove some smaller ones to make space for the bigger branches

About a 1-2 weeks away from harvest.

Hola, esta es la semana numero 11 de estos esquejes y es su ultima semana de vegetación. Es más de estos 7 días los dos últimos fueron ya con el ciclo 12/12. Se les realizo la ultima defoliación el día de cambio de fotoperiodo para que entraran de buena manera a la floración. El cambio de fotoperiodo lo hago de manera progresiva, voy bajando dos horas diarias de luz por día hasta llegar a 12/12. El día 04/08 fue cuando comenzaba el ciclo 12/12 es por esto que se hizo la segunda aplicación de delta9 vía foliar, la tercera será en 10 días mas y a través del riego. Por lo demás todo va bastante bien, las dos plantas van con buen aspecto y sin posibles carencias, espero que todo siga así. Empezamos con todo la flora!! Cualquier recomendación será bien recibida!!

This week brought some challenges—I discovered thrips on the leaves of my plant. Thankfully, the infestation isn’t too severe yet, and I acted quickly to address the issue: 1. Sprayed the plant with plain water to knock off any pests. 2. Removed the top layer of soil. 3. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat as a protective measure. I really hope this will help. After reading up on these nasty pests, I learned that they can completely devastate the leaves if left unchecked. Unfortunately, I have only myself to blame for their appearance. Due to the cold weather, I’ve been using a heater in the room with my growbox, which has caused the humidity to drop significantly. It sometimes dips as low as 30%, and it rarely goes above 50%. Most of the time, the humidity hovers around 35-40%, which is an ideal breeding ground for thrips. To answer the obvious question—yes, I do have a humidifier. However, my growbox has a very powerful exhaust fan (315 m³/h for an 80x80 space), so the air is refreshed too quickly for the humidifier to make a lasting difference. Aside from fighting thrips, I also made some adjustments to my grow this week. On Day 20, I did a little LST. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on using any training techniques in this grow, but I decided to give it a try anyway. One thing I can say for sure—I want to skip LST in my next grow. It’s quite inconvenient to water the plant when the leaves are practically touching the soil. Additionally, I defoliated the first two sets of leaves. I felt this was necessary to improve airflow around the plant and reduce the risk of pests spreading further. Watering: Day 17: 400 ml Day 20: 500 ml I’m keeping a close eye on the plant and hope to overcome these challenges successfully.
