Our Black Runtz by Zamnesia has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they'll go into flowering. She's a plant with a low internodal distance, they're not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but you just need to let them grow a little and not go into flowering straight away to get an excellent result anyway. As a general rule but very general plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of the techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance which are very easy to handle, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent dimensions even if worked with techniques that keep them low. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but without making her go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were in quite evident over. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a soil fertilized with gradual release or in fact start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. I’m Missing a lot of pics but so far the grow has been great. This is my second grow and first organic grow. Started in early feb. vegged for almost 9weeks. I haven’t had any major issues with this strain whatsoever, will definitely grow again. Has a sweet fruit, gassy and earthy smell. Smells amazing can’t wait. Hoping to yield a few ounces hopefully she bulks up some more before harvest.

Led on 75% things seem to by flying at the moment I have taken off 1 leaf and tied her down with a peg looking a little bit stressed hoping she bounces back

A little more than a week update. Two big girls are happy. Flowers are still ripening and putting on some weight finally. I don’t own a scope but it’s still early. Some males were pulled out of the smaller ones, and more from veg were put in their place. Veg box is down to three pots now. The clone, the og lemon x cupcake, and 5 more unknowns. Sprouting another round. I don’t want to put the two big girls in veg into the tent, however I will be forced to once these two big girls are done. A sad but exciting day it will be. More to come.

Waiting on buds to start swelling. Have a few rust spots on a couple of leaves. Nothing too major, may need to recalibrate my PH pen before next feeding. Starting to get a little more pungent of a smell. Sweet and earthy in the whole tent so far.

This girl has started her stretch. She is looking perfect accept for a little wind burn from my fan getting stuck in her direction.

Se ven saludables y sigo esperando el estiramiento de la pequeña que quedó atrás. Iré actualizando. Día 25. Hoy hice una corte de hojas grande. Esta noche voy a aplicar EMRO foliar. Algunas plantas se van muy arriba. Pero dentro de todo vienen parejas. En unos días paso a floración. Probablemente ya la próxima semana sea naranja. Día 28. Último día de crecimiento. Esta noche cambio el depósito. Voy a tener que comprar otro, o ir rellenando a los 3 días del cambio, dado que estan tomando mucha solución. Algunas se estiraron más de lo esperado y la pequeña no alcanzó el tamaño deseado, pero no importa. Voy a ir aplicando LST para mantener una altura pareja. Las raíces crecieron muchísimo, pero por ahora es manejable el tema. Ahora llega la hora de la verdad.

First feed of bloom nutes today at 577 PPM. Had to add a small mid week water to the schedule, only water PH’d at 6.5. Had a pretty good stretch this week, seeing lots of growth with a good amount of bud sites, smelling nice, warm cheese and a fruity berry sharpness. LST going well, trying to spread out the lower branches

Pretty serious defoliation this week again.

The plants react well to the switch to 12/12 and continue to stretch and fill out their grow space. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and have a healthy green color all over. The first signs of flowering (=white hairs) start to appear and both plants are female (as expected from feminized seeds). Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plant #2 is appr. 12 cm taller than plant #1 at this time.

No sure what to make of this week one. She seems extremley short but very bushy with super close nodes. Might see if she improves, if not I may get rid of her.

Was a busy week in this tent . Needed my 2x4 tent for some tutankhamon that I have coming up so this big girl got a roommate . Starting to have to feed her every day and a half and she's drinking 1.75 gallon each time . Also had some leaves higher up taco and the tips of the edges go brown and figured out that I sm pretty much over driving the plant with the light . So dropped it down to 70% for now to see how it reacts .

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.
