Hi 420 Family. Start of week 5 and things are looking great. These ladies have exploded... They all seem to be doing well at this point. Only problems that I can identify last week was that the stems (especially the main ones) started to wilt later in the day. They are not soft or limp, they just sort of bend slightly at the tips. I am not sure what is causing it, but about 1-2 hours after watering they seem to be fine again. I have taken off some of the larger lower leaves, like 3-4 per plant; during this process I snipped one of the main cola's mini side branches by accident... She seems to be doing okay tho. They are also starting to smell at this point and it gets a little more intense by the day. Smell is very sweet and earthy, so quite pleasant. On day 27 I gave them 700ml of water with the growing schedule nutes; yesterday they were quite dry, so I gave them 1L of plain PH'd water. This was for preparation of the pre-flowering schedule feed I will give them tomorrow. Let's see how it goes, so far so good! D32 - 8 Aug - I have taken the advice from all the comments and answers to my question; I have done some LST on all of these ladies. Only the one WW's main stem is pulled to the side, the rest already have too thick stems... For all 6 of these ladies I have pulled open the very first 4 branches from the bottom and one or two of the third set from the bottom just to open them up to more light. This was last night and the pictures are of this morning, they seem to respond very well to it. Can already see a bit more pistils and they are all facing up. Still keeping at the pre-flower nutes until the end of week 5. For now, they have had their last feeding on day 30, late the evening and I want to have them dry up a little more before I water them again - I assume by this afternoon. So far so good!! Current height: WW1 - 35CM WW2 - 35CM WW3 - 55CM PL1 - 50CM PL2 - 55CM PL3 - 58CM D35 - 11 Aug - The stretch is hopefully over soon..... They have gained about 10CM average in the past 3 days. Light is sitting at 45CM+- from tops, I have moved the tallest ones to the sides, with the shortest ones in the middle; it seems to even the distance from the light in a way. I know that I am losing a lot of light at this stage tho. Nevertheless, I have accepted my first-time-growers-fate (lol) and I can just hope for the best at this point. I have learnt a lot from this grow and I am definitely going to improve on the next one. For now, steady as it goes. Feeding approximately every 1.5 days with 1L of bloom-schedule nutes. My one Purple Lemonade has very strange leaves and some of them seem slightly deformed and lime green on the inner part of the leaves. I have flushed, and I have also done a week of just water, I reckon it is just this specific seed that was sort of bad. 7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! I am not that versed in checking preflowers, though I know the difference for sure once flowering starts, but it appears both of these may be ladies! 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. Also, as shown in the pictures, and while still under 18/6 light, DC#2 has developed balls, and is definitely a male. I have been contemplating growing any males out for pollen, but that just might be further down the road for me. He will likely get the plug soon. On the plus side, DC#1 definitely has hairs!

5/5/2024 Pistils pistils pistils 5/8 these plants are fucking exploding! Super exciting to see them like this. Pistils everywhere and they’re just STACKING! don’t even see budlets yet, just pistils. The structure of these plants is beautiful. They handle training fairly well. I topped one and super cropped it and did a bit of lst. I was feeling impatient so I decided to see what happened if I pushed the one a little harder and left the other to grow naturally.

Had a great week. These babies grow slowly but thoroughly. Definitely will be running more.

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 4 weeks of flowering completed 10th March 2020 💪💪 She's Got the spirit this one and is really growing to the expectations of my wildest dreams The Buds are very sticky and have a distinct aroma unlike anything else in my canna Garden. She still has about 6 weeks left before I can harvest her so anything could happen between now and then , but if I can get her right thru to maturity I think I'll have some of The Finest medicine available 👌 Been feeding about 7 Litres a day of either plain water or water with some added goodies . Today is day 72 from seed!! This week went real well , 2 of the Forbiddin Runtz have been getting flushed an the rest will also start flush through this next week, I can’t believe the smell of this combo strain,, super fruity smelling an all are super sticky!! Stay tuned for next week yall !

(technically, writing this on 9/19..sshhhhh): not too many updates again - still thickening up and getting foxtaily so i've decreased the light intensity. I cut a small tester nug as you can see (ended up being about 1.5g dry) and dryed it for several days. I was too impatient so i defintetlely broke in a little early, but hey, that's what a tester bud is for, right? I vaped part of it and took one bong rip, and it's amazing y'all...the terps!!! THE TERPSSS!! I really hope I can preserve them when I cure this time. It's seriously like a watermelon candy now, and the effect was very clear-headed and relaxing - great for day vibes. Also, can't remember if I said this or not, but I started just giving plain tap water since they're both clearly near the end. Mi técnica de germinación es 100% efectiva ( si la semilla está en buenas condiciones ) La hidratamos 24hrs + 48 hrs en germinación en papel absorbente + 22°C + oscuridad absoluta ! Se hidrató el 22 de septiembre del 2021 y se puso en el papel a sus 24hrs . Todo lo anterior es una calculacion dependiendo del dia , la temperatura , y la calidad de la semilla , me ha tocado ocasiones que la semilla demora hasta unos 4 dias en germinar , demaciado dura ... Ya vamos a ver que me entrega esta belleza ! Gracias madre tierra padre sol... Se pasó a sustrato la madrugada del dia 27 de septiembre . Buena evolución ,hoy 29 de septiembre , crecen bastante bien
