Amazing old school strain. Cakes to the stem and oily to the touch. All buds are rock hard and freakin hand size. Taste is of harsh lemon while some are more haze. Both pheno tastes are great imo. This turned out great and would grow again in the future. If only trimming were easier with this one.

This strain is amazing. Super frosty and the buds are rock hard. I suggest wait an extra week at the end of flower before harvest. The buds really pack on new large calyx the last week. The First smaller one yielded 3.68 oz including all the sugar leaf trim shown in the sticky note Pic. Second larger pot yielded..... I learned a lesson to use a bigger container for future grows. My smaller plant was small due to the 3gal container. My larger plant was in a 5gal and grew much better. My buds are much larger on the bigger container. I will be using minimum 7gal from now on. Smaller plant I harvested 2 weeks earlier and had 3.68oz dry. Larger plant 2 has wet weight of 630g. I pulled clones from the larger one before flower to test pure organic nutrients and soil I'm am building against advanced nutrients and happy frog soil. New diary to come in the future with the comparison.

According to the research that I have done this should be the halfway point for this cultivar. This was a easy week again, started the week with a regular watering of Liquid Seaweed, Molasses, Humic Acid and Recharge, had one additional water with CAlMag, by the end of the week the plants were starting to show signs of starvation!! I need to adjust the feed schedule these girls are heavy feeders. Ended the week by top dressing each plant with 1 Cup of EWC, .5 Cup Compost 2 Tablespoons of Flower Girl and 1 Tablespoon Seabird Guano. I brewed a compost tea with 2 Cups of Compost, 1 Cup of EWC, 30 Mil Molasses, 10 Mil Liquid Seaweed, 30 Mil Humic Acid, 30 Mil Yucca Extract, and 30 Mil Herculean Harvest. Changed the straw out and mixed new straw with organic rice hulls and the compost from the tea and applied this as a top dress.

Everything’s looking beautiful !! 2 weeks in .. not a lot of different between the two nutrients canna and remo , I cut of the canna rhizotonicxp and cannazym just using canna coco A&B and canna boost I’ll use canna pk1314 half way through week 4 and half too the end of week 5 .. remo nutrients I use all 6 nutrients...

Sour Diesel haze is packing on some weight. Bud development is looking very nice! She still has a way to go (3-4 weeks I assume). I backed down a little on the Recharge this week, but still giving twice the suggested amount. Also still giving her Mammoth P. Will start with MegaCrop (Greenleaf) nutrients later this week. 👍

Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

I decided to skip out on the 3gal and upgraded to a 4.97 or 5gal container. The plastic is cheep and looks like it was going to break but its all the grow store had in stock at the time. Was talking to them about going from a 2gal to 3gal and how it did not do much for the plant but stress it out. They also gave me a free sample of a bokashi fertilizer, I divided that in between the two plants. It looks identical to the regular non fertilizer branded bokashi, and I feel its the same but with a mist of NPK on it or something. Plants are doing well, Dynomyco had a slighter bigger root ball upon transplant and the plant its self is a tiny bit more robust. Given all the other soil boosters and microorganisms I have added into this, I don't feel I will see the true potential of just Dynomyco vs soil nothing else added. I just can't not add the others as it feel like a massive step backwards and end of day a big healthy plant is worth it. This diary may not have massive contrast in favour of Dynomyco but I will still use it none the less and I think its helps plus its not over just yet. Both girls stretched nicely despite selective defoliation on Mar 9. They bounced back almost immediately. Started adjusting mixtures towards removing fish mix completely and replacing with Bio grow. In coming week will adding bio bloom and top max to mixture. There was 2 waterings of 3ltr on Mar 9 + last foliar feeding and second on Mar 13 and it was first large feeding 6 ltr beetwen both. Surprisingly only a few drops of runoff. Watering in stages of approx. 500ml every 20-30min. Decided to not install a scrog this time as want to have opportunity to apply more old school methods of training and to be able to remove/rotate girls easily. Let's see if this will pay me off. Day 28 I’ve been training the girls branches this week and they are filling out nicely.Watered with recharge and ph 6.5 they still are not drinking heavy but watering when pots are dry.I increased the light intensity to 50 percent power and they are taking it well.Ive noticed signs of flower development so i will top dress with 50/50 Gaia green power bloom/gaia green 4,4,4 and water with recharge.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 👉👽11/17/19 - After two days of heavy defoliation, there were signs of a little stress. Mostly leaf dropping. Not much but, different than before. Gave a feeding of 2 cups of each solution. Solution #1 A+B Silica Blast Solution # 2 Terp Candy Bud Sweet Sens Cal Overdrive 11/19/2019 - I noticed a couple more white fly's tonight. I have used my UV/Ozone bulb tonight for 30 min two times. I also hung 2 more sticky pads. Lets see what happens. Had to hold my breath (because of the ozone) as I took the pics. 11/20/2019 - 2 cup feeding of each solution. Saw a couple flies but not as many. Going to run the UV/Ozone bulb again tonight. 11/22/2019 - 2 cup feeding of each solution. Flies seams to be dead. Ran the UV/Oz again for 30 min and this seems to bee a good time over several days to kill the little bugs. 11/24/2019 - Well, have one girl that got a little fucked up from the extreme defoliation and was a little dehydrated. She re bounded nicely after some tasty treats. I think she will be the one that just hangs on to harvest

Week 12 of Gelato 41 by seedstockers, Just look at that growth😂 Shes been loving the rain it looks like 😍 Showing no pest issues... showing no nutrition issues either. Her colour is beautiful 😍 Letting her soak up all that rain water from the pot. Probably wont water for 7days to see how she does. Have Still been morning spraying them when its not pouring with rain. Also topped her on a branches they i felt like needed it.

21 september She is really close. Weather forecast is pretty good the last part of this week. She has 3 or 4 more sunny days to go. After that she will be harvested in steps. Big first, bottom second. Probably couple of days in between. Same process for all my plants. MAROC was also harvested like this during the past week. It was a tense few weeks with all the rain we had. I had to cut out some buds to keep mould from taking over but i managed to keep the damage under control. Biggest surprise was that fungi now grow underneath the plant as well, not just in the buds😅 Lovely sight to see!!

Imagine if I knew what I was fully doing. 😂🌱 got it hanging to dry . Will be back to do smoke report and final weight when dry and processed. Ladies and gentlemen today is day 42 and this girl is thriving.. i ended up switching my plants around and giving her the smaller tent because my other plant is just too big for the tent .. she's growing fast at 27 in and as you can tell, she's still stretching, although I think she's almost done, and we can start producing some flowers .. And use that only and you will have massive plans, and that bag will last you a year.. j/s .. i don't see many or any one else in here using it which is crazy because it grows the biggest plants i've seen out of any other nutrient... i understand it's salt based.
